Ugh, I got the wrong control arm. The girl helping me seemed clueless. When I went to return it, the guy at the register needed my plate number. I didn't remember it, but I had the VIN. He said it was too long to type, so he wouldn't take it back. I was like, "Fine, just do a return, and I want my money back." He said they don't do returns on cash purchases, seriously? Luckily, I paid with a card, so he did the return. The last time I go there, the guy was rude. Watch out, you can't get a refund if they mess up and give you the wrong part.

I’ve been here many times, and the service has always been satisfactory, but unfortunately I won’t be coming back again. I asked for help 3 different times from 3 different employees with a stuck clip on a part, so I could see which type of connectors I needed, and I got no assistance besides someone handing me a screw driver. One bloody hand later from fighting with the clip, I went back inside to return the screw driver. When I turned around to leave, clearly upset, the staff just said, “Goodbye!” While I was trying to ask for the part I needed, the staff was talking about how “the big boss” was “bitching” about where they parked their cars. Not the level of service I expect.

They helped us actually understand the part we needed and how to install it ourselves. Instead of just selling us a part we didn’t need they took the time to go outside and show us so we understood. We will be coming back for all of our parts and needs - they saved us time and money!

I had to get a new car battery, and they made it really easy. They even carried the battery to the front door. It was clean, and there was no line to wait in on a Monday at noon.

"I had a 911 emergency such as an oil leak and needed to put oil back in my car. Did the research for the nearest location there's was the closest location so as not to continue to do further Damage! Even though I should have gone at least five more whole blocks to go to "AutoZone" where I would normally go to gotten any items at an way better price and "Price Matched" that has been around before the people working at that Napa! Of whom actions was said because "I don't do it or I don't know and I'm old enough to know about the word "price match* but I don't know what I want to do because I don't think I'm capable of that so ask him The other person see what he wants to do as to price matching. Of which if the car didn't cut off from no oil an I hadn't seen what it did when it over heated from that and the Damage that it could cause and cost to even try to repair from this cause from an used vehicle. Followed up with they say they have it in stock and you show up and then they don't have what you came their for and need. Then you go to your phone to do an compare to see if it in stock some were else to get an price for what they do have there to balance out your interaction in this transactions and they get rude in the process or procedure of how they dealing with you the customer due to you asking do they price or can they price match!" Pictures are what's listed and when you get there only the higher items are what's offered and available for you to actually buy. "The old bait and switch up selling purposes!"

Simply ordered a part with online store pickup. Called ahead to check if they had received the part I needed and the man on the phone was extremely unhelpful, needed to repeat the part number several times, and was hostile and aggressive the entire time. Would not recommend this Napa

So rude and condescending. My check engine light came on. I was told by friends that parts stores will read the code for the check engine light so I stopped in at this Napa location near my home to ask if they could read the code for me. I didn't know that Napa does not do this but now you know, too. There was one other customer in the store and 3 employees behind the desk. The employee who "helped" me was vey condescending and rudely told me they are not a repair shop and I'd have to do it myself but could use their code reader. He repeated over and over that it was so simple to just plug it in under the steering wheel and other instructions about what I needed to know about the car. The other employees kept their heads down. I took the reader, tried, but couldn't find the place to plug it in. I gave up and returned the reader. Just wasn't necessary to be that rude to an elderly woman, or to anyone. I went to Auto Zone where all employees were so friendly and helpful and a nice young man read the code for me and printed out the results. I will never set foot in that Napa store again and definitely will not recommend it.

Worst customer service ever!!! The clerk doesn't know how to change a battery in a key fob? I had to check online to see what battery was needed and do it by myself. There were no other clients in the store....just laziness , take your business somewhere else!

This isn’t really about the store but more the employee I worked with today. He’s a very sweet man with long curly brown hair and despite being the only one at the front desk, he was incredibly caring and a pleasure to work with. It was nice to see even with a long line of people in the store he was giving them all great service in a timely manner. I’d shop here all the time if I only ever had to work with him. Give him a raise!

I place a pickup order yesterday and when I came in to get the part there was an issue and the part was out of stock at the location. Jiwan went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and get the part today so I would have it in time for a trip out of town. Thank you Jiwan and staff for the friendly and diligent customer service!

Visibly ill employees in a cramped space, snot nosed and red eyed. Stay home when you are sick, don't spread it around to your customers. On top of that they gave me the wrong bulb after taking 30 minutes to find it. The new guy helping me was clearly struggling while the other guys twiddled their thumbs.

Everyone at this location is very helpful. But, my guy Jiwan P. went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. Called me back when I was asking another customer service rep about coupons, made sure I was comfortable, and was just all around a knowledgeable and kind gentleman. I recommend this location with my whole heart.

Unbelievably rude employees. When I went in to ask a question about my battery the employee (who I didn't get his name) was extremely rude and condescending to me when I was asking for information. If I knew the answer to the question I obviously wouldn't have needed to go in to the store, but this one employee seemed angry to even be asked for his help. Upset that I had to spend any money there, but that will certainly be the last dollar I ever spend there when they have employees that are that rude about basic questions. Terrible customer service. There are 2 other auto stores on that corner that should be where you go every single time before having to step foot in this napa location

Super helpful staff. Every time I need a part they have it, even obscure strange things that don't commonly need replacing. The prices seem pretty fair and I've never had an issue with any part I've picked up from them.

They was helpful gave good advice and was very polite everyone wear masks and use sanitizer or wear gloves no need for social distancing because us customers was in and out quickly because the stuff helped us get what we come for quick and in a helpful friendly professional way

I have an old car so I am always need something fixed. Went there today and one service person helped me refill refrigerant into my car at no extra cost. Excellent service and advice. I go there all of the time now for my self-repair car needs.

Just stopped in to buy wiper blades - an easy and quick transaction. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter without even being acknowledged. The person working the register was on the phone with someone who didn’t even know what part they needed or what year their vehicle was. Understanding how frustrating that could be, I waited patiently, even after the stocker in the back looked at me and didn’t say anything. Finally, without even an acknowledgement or any kind of communication, I left, hoping that this lack of any kind of help or communication wasn’t because of my gender (I’m female). I went down the street to O’Reilly, and they helped me within a couple minutes, even though there was another person there when I got there, and I quickly and easily got what I needed. The communication and treatment of a customer makes or breaks a sale - and I bought the best wiper blades I could get. I hope other customers will get better service, but my experience won’t bring me back here.

Nice staff, but very overworked it seems. Phone rings endlessly at times when I’ve called. Recently ordered some heater hose on a Tuesday, was told arrival by Friday (they’d call)...stopped in next week (they never called) with nothing for me. So that was frustrating. But they are always helpful in store. Just seems like they are swamped handling auto shop orders or something. Store is small when you walk in, but don’t worry, they have EVERYTHING in back. Hard to walk out of there empty-handed - and if they don’t have it, they’ll call other stores to hold items for you.

Absolutely one of the best places to go for car related stuff. I just happened to go when they were having an epic sale and was able to get the best oil for my car at a cheaper price than getting the cheapest oil for my car when it's at regular price. The staff was knowledgeable as always.

This place is usually helpful and friendly, but you need to be cautious with one particular employee who has control issues. Bottom line is that no single employee is greater than store policy or covered warranties, so my advice is to let the neocon exhaust himself, then demand the very service that is indebted to you as a customer.
