I had the worst experience today after shopping here for nearly 15 years. The person at the counter clearly did not want to help anyone. He told me that we’re not in the business of selling parts in an effort to figure out what your problem is. It’s a parts store. I had a $20 part to return and wanted to buy a $300 part. He didn’t know the latter but he decided to tell me that I was trying to cheat the store, so I walked out and bought the $300 part at O’Reily’s. Everyone else on my block (a mile away from the store) has had a similar experience. We’re not going to break the bank here, but it sure would be nice to go to the neighborhood store and work with someone that doesn’t assume the worst in a person.
These guys are great at this location. They do a large volume of business and things usually run smooth when we have been here getting parts for delivery vehicles.
Happy that I was able to rent a retraction brake piston tool. Seasoned employees knew exactly what I was looking for. Even though instructions were included, they were helpful by demonstrating its use. I left there with a smile on my face.
No help at all. Wouldn't even look up my car to find a part number, instead grabbed a book and was trying to make me match my fasteners to items i couldnt even pick up and hold. Will not be back.
They always have everything you need. Warehouse location in St. Louis Park ,MN is open later.
Always has both Asian and European maintenance items. Need antifreeze or oil for your Bentley or Porsche? No problem, they have it. Along with plenty of other items for American vehicles.
Do not use this SLP store. They will not take a return purchased at another store. Waste of time 2 drive here, and the scruffy/poorly groomed male employee who "assisted" me was RUDE/DISMISSIVE. Very unpleasant experience. Corporate>you have a store in SLP that refuses to take returns from other stores, despite the item being in pristine condition and purchased only days ago.
I have a wonderful experience working with this company, they were so nice, patient and kind. I felt very comfortable and i got all the parts I needed. Mr. Jason, Mr. Mario, and Mr. Edwin was a big help to helping me find the right parts that I needed. I was very pleased I will come to this company anytime.
just after being reassured don't worry the employees there will be able to help you find what you need the guys that are there are very helpful and being a female walking in with the expectation of receiving customer service and assistance.
literally asked the employees working behind the counter five times to come help me find something that I was unable to find the gentleman would not get off of his stool to walk down to show me.

I walked into NAPA Auto Parts to pick up an online order and I left knowing that I will always go back to this store for any of my auto part needs. The person working the front desk on Monday night at 6pm was phenomenal. He genuinely wanted to make sure that I had the right items for my car and he took the time to ask questions and give the right amount of advice so that I could leave better off.

AJ was incredibly friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person! It was a really refreshing experience, even though I love Napa for my parts anyways, they made it extra great! Had the part I needed for my '97 Impreza in stock, when the guy at the dealership didn't even know what I was talking about.
Amazing service! I went in for a replacement bulb for my headlight but had no idea what I was supposed to get. A staff member actually came outside to see my car and figure out which light was out and even helped me replace the bulb. So thankful!!
Had an order to pick up that was assembled and ready promptly. Straight up locked my keys in my truck when I got there to pick it up. The guy who helped me with the order pulled a kit out of the back to fish my keys out, and no less than 3 employees helped me successfully get back in my truck so I could go wrench on my project. Big ups to the guys at this store. They know their stuff and obviously care about their customers.
Wow, what a great experience. We needed a new car battery for our VW and this was the location nearest to us, open today, with the one we needed in stock. So we ordered online for pickup in store and immediately after ordering the friendliest man I think I've ever spoken to let me know that this battery was stored in another building that was closed today. He helped us look for another option that would work but we decided the original would still be best and arranged for pickup tomorrow instead. Several hours later he called again and let us know they had transferred one from another store and we could pick up today before 5pm or any day that was convenient.
We were so impressed with that level of service and thoughtfulness.
Once my husband arrived at the store they were again nothing but helpful and friendly - he'd forgotten his wallet and once small tool he needed to install the new battery and they loaned him the tool and came out to make sure it was going ok. We are just so impressed and grateful. We will definitely be back. Thank you, we really appreciated it!
is the best store out of all the Napa's to go to. They are most knowledgeable and have the best selection of parts along with a great clearance section. Their employees have no problem stopping what they're doing to explain to you the details of things and they don't treat you like you're wasting their time. Those parts that I have posted in the photos I could not find those parts at any other NAPA store in this state or at a different auto parts store
Needed a very particular wiper blade and some other supplies and the customer service here was friendly, prompt and helpful. Would certainly recommend! It’s kinda tucked back and away from the main streets but there’s lots of parking space available. In some cases they will come out with you to look at your car depending on the issue -and if they have enough employees on hand- to help you figure out just what you need too.
Called ahead to make sure they had the bulb I needed in stock, and the very helpful and knowledgeable staff walked me through how to properly install it so I didn't have to drive home with a headlight out. Wonderful service!
These guys are the best. I go out of my way just to come to this store. They even asked if they could help me scrape the ice off my windshield. It was freezing out! Thanks for installing my new wipers for me! I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Thanks Dominic!
I went into this location for some wiper blades. Dominick proactively asked if he could help me out looking up what the right blades were for my needs. Not only did he find me great blades for a good price, he helped me swap them out which ended up being more difficult than he or I had anticipated. Very impressed with his customer service and assistance.
We went in for a specific item for our truck. After being talked to with attitude over the phone we had to wait for over 40 minutes for a simple item that took 2 minutes to get when they actually attempted to get it. The second guy that helped up was great but could have tried a little harder to do what needed to be done. They didn't have the part we were looking for but we bought it in seperate parts to make the whole part. Yes a pain but it got the job done.
Nice people make my day. My headlight was out again so I went to NAPA to replace my headlight. Steve was very nice and helpful the whole time I was there. He spent about 20 minutes of his time helping me replace my headlight (my cars headlight is not easy to replace)! I'm happy there are still nice people out there that are willing to give up their time to care about strangers!
