Arrived 10 minutes before closing (posted as 9pm on the door). Doors were locked. Workers were inside and behind the counter. Called, and they said they are closing so they can leave at 9pm.

We visited the Lake Street location and I never will patron this store again. First, my daughter went into the store, but she had to wait to be let in bc they locked the door bc of some shady characters outside the store. Second, I purchased the refurbished alternator online and when we were informed the part was in, we got to the store and they gave the part to someone else! I had to wait to get my money back before I could place another order, but by that time I decided to purchase a new alternator for twice the price. What a screwed up system!!

Drunk employee sold me the wrong powertool. Store refused unopened return. Had to call and complain then they gave me a refund the next day

several times now they’re happy to take my money for my online order to not have the stuff to fill it in-store. not the employees’ fault, just a terrible company i’ll be glad to see go under. go literally anywhere else, there’s plenty of other options nearby

Excellent customer service. Not only did they help me find the right parts, but they also offered to check stock at nearby locations to ensure I could get what I needed as quickly as possible. They even offered me a discount on my purchase, which was a nice surprise!

I’ve been going to the store for years and most of the time is a disappointment. Unless it’s the most basic auto need, it doesn’t have what you need, they’re not well stocked, the lighting is poor. One time the clerk asked me for my email, I told them I didn’t want to give it if I was going to get spam, and he told me I wasn’t going to, and I started getting spam from them right away. Usually, I end up going to AutoZone if I can.

Had an issue with my new battery, went all over the city and I stg this was the only place where an employee would actually come out and take a look at it. Keith was super helpful and managed to find a fix pretty quickly.

We had a great experience here. I didn't catch the employees names, but one person helped us right away to find a battery jumper and windshield wiper, and then when we were trying to put the wiper on in the parking lot another employee walked out and offered to help (and he got it on in like 3 seconds). It was HOT out too, so extra appreciate the friendliness. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience at Advance Auto Parts today. Deon was so much fun to work with. We initially had trouble finding the right part but he made it fun and sent me home with the right stuff. I almost want my car to need more repairs so I have an excuse to send him on the hunt again, because I know he will get it right.

I stopped in to get wiper blades at about 8:30 pm. It's been a long day so I was tired and grumpy. But the guys working were AWESOME. I was in and out in 5 min. Miguel put the new blades on in 2 minutes. Thanks Miguel and thanks to the counter guy. I didn't get his name but he helped me before I could even ask. Great service, clean store, nice guys!

I went to my closest auto shop but they didn’t have my light bulbs. They gave their second location but luckily I found this amazing shop. The staff are very welcoming. Miguel help and he did pretty good. Thank you miguel if i say your name wrong i am sorry cause I forgot to asked you how to spell it. Appreciate your help and definitely will recommend who ever wants auto parts

Called a little before 8:30pm Wednesday was put on hold twice. When I finally spoke with someone, they left me on hold again. I decided to stay on the phone while I drove to the store which isn’t far. When I got there it was about 8:45pm, people were being escorted out, lights were out, closing when they are supposed to stay open until 9pm. The woman who I believe is the manager and who was the one who kept putting me on hold and then not getting back to me, was the one who was trying to lock the door. I said “hey I’m the one that was on the phone just now,” and she said “the registers are closed, there’s only two of us here.” This was annoying and frustrating for not just me but for the others who were being escorted out. It would have been really helpful if the manager would have said on the phone we are starting to close or something/anything instead of waisting my time and ultimately saying without words that “your not worth respect.” Maybe the store needs to have more than 2 people on to close up shop, maybe don’t have it open until 9.

I have had several troublesome encounters there not only with other customers but with there own employee. This guy that works there or he claims he works there anyways anytime I ask him to help me he has told me he's busy and he can't right now I even said to him if you read my code for the car I will give you $20 tip!! He still just wanted to be argumentative rude and combative.

Great experience - purchased a new car battery online (can always find 25% off not looking too hard) and picked it up yesterday at the store. Yeah, I choose a day it was snowing pretty good, but they gave me no fret and installation was super quick. Definitely recommend!

Like others, I had a great experience at this location. I purchased a new car battery online over the holiday weekend (at a nice discount ) and picked it up today at the store. Bruce promptly and efficiently completed the install. He was professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to visit this location in the future. Thanks for the great service, Bruce!
