Was at the store a 9am on Sunday this morning and the door still lock and can see employees walking around and won't open door for customers even though there multiple people's waiting outside the store. Guess they don't want my money so customer leave and go to O'Reilly.

I found AutoZone Broadway, Michael asked if I needed help. He carried some of my merchandise out and helped with the light bulb for front headlight. He didn't complain about the weather.... Very nice people there, including Mike's brother who was installing something outside in the snow slush for another customer. I will definitely go back.

I came for a broken tail light today. A man named Lo greeted me at the door and when I explained my issue he came out to help me.
Not only did he help me with the taillight but he showed me several other things that I needed.
This was the best service I could have ever asked for.

AutoZone Broadway Branch Minneapolis. I received great service from Michael. I stopped in late night with a blown headlight bulb. Michael came out to my car, removed the faulty bulb, found the right replacement, and then he came out and installed the new one for me! I really appreciate the service and assistance he gave me, and want to acknowledge his outstanding service; he was also very polite and respectful towards his elder, something often not found with our younger generation. Thank you Michael.

Came to this location because the FOB case on my key was falling apart. I was greeted by a welcoming store manager who explained to me my issue and gave me direction to where I can find the solution. He even helped me change the battery in the FOB at no cost. I was very impressed with his kindness and willingness to help, even though it didn't benefit him or his store. I left feeling uplifted and hopeful for my key FOB situation. Highly recommend this location! Excellent service from staff!

Great customer service service due to work at the front desk. He didn’t have the parts so he ended up calling all the nearby locations and he end up sending us to the warehouse and Fridley I believe and from there we picked up, but we’re looking for great service.

Came for new windshield wipers. Turned out to be more of an ordeal than I thought. Michael, the manager, was SUPER helpful with the whole situation and really went above and beyond. Definitely coming back here when I need car stuff

This was on Mothers Day, and I was treated with the utmost curtesy and respect.The guy went above and beyound to help me. I was trying to buy a thermostat housing he looked it up made sure it was right.

Dionte literally made my day. He not only helped direct me towards what I needed, not gauging me to “buy the best product” rather, the good, basic product for what I needed. He changed my headlight, which although may be an easy task for some, was a frustrating task for me as I had already been to another store, and was told they would not install it for me. Everyone on staff was clearly taken care of and was treated fairly and as a team member. Thank you for your patience and fairness, come to this location to be taken care of and treated kindly, fairly and like family!

Only getting a 4 star because there is a woman there named Ce ce who went above and beyond and helped me put my break light In. I asked 2 guys in there and they were rude and didn't wanna help. Which is fine but don't be rude about it. It gets a 4 star only because of her! She is a gem and deserves a raise. She has good customer service and is very friendly !

I buy a lot from this chain. That said, this specific store is not my favorite. While they often have copious employees working, few know much about auto parts. Also, the employees seem consistently apathetic/unfriendly when asked for assistance. I guess my point is, I simply prefer other locations>>>because they have friendlier, more knowledgeable employees.

If I could rate it zero star, I would. Bad customer service. In fact, it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call them multiple times, and my call was ended after a rings. Went to the store and asked them to help with a part, and they ignored me. I don't know if this is about race or just disrespectful.

I had a messed up time one of the workers came up to me and just assumed that I had no knowledge about what I was looking for or doing because I was a lady I was very upset when I left and he followed me around the whole time like I was gonna steal something I mean literally he was like five inches away from me I felt very violated by the worker because of how close he was to me ask him to step back and he act like he did not hear me I can't believe the customer service i should say Thier was no customer service Thier in less u was a white person older person I can't believe he got a job Thier and because a lady cea in Thier don't mean she don't know what she is doing because I so believe I knew more then any one of them boys that work in Thier were man don't had boys skills only

Very disappointed!!! I needed a new battery for my car, so, as you normally do, first I called to make sure they have the right item, giving them all the details they asked about my car. To make it short, their incompetence cost me 2 uber round trips and the penalty I paid for the mechanic who came to my garage just to say I had the wrong battery.

Workers are lazy, Workers can't operate a phone. Workers take 20 minutes to find a part. Workers are disrespectful. Workers answer phone just to set it down without even asking why you called. Works mumble into phones when answering. Would recommend a restaff. But hey that's probably the best you'll get from north Minneapolis

The store is to be open until 9pm. At 8:05 the doors are locked and the light open was still on. No special hours on the doors or windows. Smh. Shady as hell.

It okay store till today a gentleman young and really helpful ... Me and my guy friend was going to pay half and half but the machine broke down so he tried so hard to get it fixed so what I did was like let me go and take out the rest of the money out my card. And get this payment going and he was so helpful and patient that I needed to help too. Btw he is kinda cute .

The employees would not let me us the bathroom and I told them I had one kidney and the guy told me he didn't care! Tben to top it off I spend good money in that store. Not never again will I patronize that store I will not refer anyone to go there! He also, made a mockery of me having one kidney...

Sometimes, over north, the service can bre a little rough. Not here! The staff is so knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful. They give you the items you need, explain things clearly, and are really pleasant while doing it.
When I told them I changed my car battery on my own and it wasn't too hard at all, I got an encouraging, "Way to go!"

Came in with minimal battery knowledge, and the gentleman who helped me out went above and beyond to help review with me pros and cons with different options, as friendly and encouraging as could be all throughout.
