Went in to check the health status of my battery, turns out it was dead. I was ready to buy a new battery and I asked if they could help me install it. Immediately the employee said they couldn’t because there wasn’t enough staff. There were 4 employees total! Yet, I was turned away for no legitimate reason. Poor customer service, I would give 0 stars if I could.
The nice lady working today, Sunday, was so extremely helpful and polite and made the experience of buying three lug nuts and a tool a smooth experience for us two ladies who knew nothing about lug nuts. She was patient and informative. You have a gem of an employee.
I went in to get my battery tested, knowing it would most likely need to be charged on Monday evening (8/4). Vehicle sitting, not being used, etc., bare in mind battery has less than 300 miles on it since January.
Autozone employee tested the battery, and it failed, so they said they'd charge it up. Should only take about an hour, they'd call me when it was done xyz.
When I went in to check on it two hours later, they said the battery should be done charging. They tested it, and it failed again. Ultimately, the employees' determination was it was a faulty battery. They did willingly check to see if I had bought it from autozone and let me know I hadn't. I said I'd contact the company that sold it to me and move on with it from there.
Now, here's today (8/6). I get AAA out for battery service. The tech just applied the jumper cables, and the battery has enough to trigger the vehicles alarm system. A full jump and within two minutes the car starts up. AAA guy says, "Let it run for 60-90 minutes to recharge and use it more regularly, and you'll be good to go."
Having wasted one of my calls to AAA for the year over what I assume to be an Autozone employee lying to me about having charged my battery. It's safe to say that I won't be spending money at this store again (purchased oil&filter 8/4).
I understand battery testing and charging is a free service, but this store lost my trust by simply not delivering.
Visited 7.27.25 today are day was made better by one hispanic woman who was running the entire store. No complaints, just work. Her customer service was amazing while handling a 2 to 3-person job. She was not just handy but resourceful and helpful with handling our needs. I hope Auto Zone doesn't make a habit of having only one employee handle all of the work but that employee should be a district manager or something. Our day was completely turned around because of her attentiveness on an extremely hot day.
Devyn was great help! We needed a battery check about 20 mins before they closed and had tried a different location who wasn't as friendly and refused to help us.
I've been here a few times for various parts and I am always impressed with how helpful the staff is without being pushy. I leave feeling taken care of and know this is the auto parts store I will continue to shop at for a long time.
I walked in on a Sunday morning and got excellent service from Alex who replaced my battery on the spot. He was polite and efficient. I’ll be coming back for my car needs!

Louis was great! I stopped in for a new battery for my key fob this evening on my way home. He helped me not only in finding the right one, but he took the time to put it into the key itself!
2/23/24: I had to replace my car battery as it was no longer holding a charge. Louis helped me select a battery that would be good for cars that sit outside all year around and one that would be good in winter weather. He installed it for me and within minutes, I was on my way. AutoZone is just the best, as was Louis! Highly recommend.

Came in to buy a simple quart of oil. Chatted with Louis for a few moments, since he was very friendly in welcoming me when I had stepped through the door. Went on to tell him about some little things going on with the car in the course of a chatty conversation. Next thing I know he’s out checking my “Check Engine Light” with his little diagnostic tool. Back in the store, he makes a suggestion for a tactic and a product that he thought might be helpful. Not a case of upselling, but rather an insightful and helpful suggestion that I’m going to try. If every business had such a positive, customer-service oriented person like this that goes above and beyond, the world would be turned on its head. Thanks, Louis!
AutoZone is an outstanding store, and I had the pleasure of receiving excellent assistance from Louis and Gaby. They were not only knowledgeable about automotive issues but also polite and good-natured. Their guidance and patience in helping me solve a car problem were commendable. AutoZone itself is well-organized with a vast selection of parts and accessories. The staff's overall attentiveness and helpfulness made my shopping experience exceptional. I highly recommend, and I'm grateful for the assistance provided by Louis and Gaby. They truly went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Big shout out to Ronnie and Louis for their help in getting a replacement bulb installed on a very cold day. They ran into a bit of trouble, but kept going until they got it. Excellent service.
Called and spoke with Ronnie about a battery issue I was having. He resolved my issue (going above and beyond) in approximately 15-20 minutes with professionalism and kindness. I had called 3 other stores before calling this one. All I needed was a simple O ring for my oil cap. The last that was there was all by herself on a Sunday afternoon. I was patient as I was driving and had to hold, it was worth my time. When I asked for what I needed and gave my vehicle information she had 1 in stock. When I got to the store she remembered our conversation and grabbed my part. I brought the oil cap in with me and she installed it while I grabbed a few quarts of oil. I will be using this store again. I wish I remembered her name. She is a very sweet Hispanic Lady who learned all about cars working there!
This is the busiest I’ve ever seen an AutoZone but the employees they had on staff handled the rush well. 20 ppl deep on a Sunday afternoon?! Who would have thought. They didn’t have my replacement battery in stock so I had to drive to the Blaine location which was an inconvenience. But the gentlemen who helped take out the old battery and install the new battery was very polite and courteous. This location was super filthy on the outside, both outside garbages overflowed and spilling everywhere. The parking lot had all types of fluids everywhere as well.
Bought a jump box last night from them, after a nice recommendation from the guy working. He was super helpful about it and put my troubled mind at ease. The jump box worked perfectly today and now I can drive again. Thank you for being an awesome store! Glad to have this be my local shop.

Andrew and his manager in training were super awesome. They were helpful in helping me test my battery, finding the right replacement and giving me options in my prices. They literally showed me the computer screen that showed each price and if they were in stock or not. They installed the new battery for me for free and the customer service was off the charts. Happy to have a trusted place to go where the people are happy to help and treat you right.
Every time I’ve been to auto zone the employees have been so kind and helpful. When my sister and I arrived at the store today there was only one man working. He did an excellent job helping and acknowledging each customer even though he was very busy. Soon a second man arrived to help. Chase helped my sister snd I check our car battery. He had a great positive attitude and did an awesome job explain the potential problems and solutions. I think auto zone has saved me a ton of money with their free services and advice!
I was helped by an incredibly smart individual named Chase. He was able to help me with every question and solve EVERY issue. He was also able to save me a significant amount of money. His customer service was second to none, and was such a delight to work with. If every company had someone like Chase, we'd all be better off.
P.S. this man needs a raise ASAP!!
