I’ve been trying to find a specific battery. I went to 3 locations that had it in stock, and all batteries tested bad. Finally, this location had one in stock that tested bad again. Tabetha was so kind and patient. She called other stores in the metro and asked them to test their batteries so I wouldn’t waste a trip. Great customer service, which is rare these days. I think the new manager name is Jamie. I came to the site with issues regard changing my plate and needing assistance with the frame and other tasks. The guy was really awesome and helpful. He took the time to address all my concerns and was extremely welcome. I would definitely recommending going to this site as the staff are well trained and knowledgeable. The staff were amazingly helpful after I came in and needed to add oil to my car. They helped me select the right type and even helped me add it. Will definitely come here again.
