I’ve been trying to find a specific battery. I went to 3 locations that had it in stock, and all batteries tested bad. Finally, this location had one in stock that tested bad again. Tabetha was so kind and patient. She called other stores in the metro and asked them to test their batteries so I wouldn’t waste a trip. Great customer service, which is rare these days. Thanks, Tabetha!

I think the new manager name is Jamie. I came to the site with issues regard changing my plate and needing assistance with the frame and other tasks. The guy was really awesome and helpful. He took the time to address all my concerns and was extremely welcome. I would definitely recommending going to this site as the staff are well trained and knowledgeable. Thanks Jamie for all your help!

Had great service thanks to Cory and MyaNayeli. They helped me get the things that I needed to get some work done. I've never used the free tool loan program before but they explained how it worked. I borrowed a radiator cap pressure tester to check my coolant system for leaks. Normally it's $230 bucks but I only needed it for like 5 minutes! I checked Napa and they didn't have one for loan. Not only it was AutoZone open later, but they had one that I could borrow for free. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Jamal B has been so helpful in trying to get my bus to start! Came in 3 times in one day and each time he listened to my problem, asked questions, showed me what I needed, and help determine next steps.

I went in to purchase two wiper blades. I found my sizes and saw there was an “earn $15 reward when purchasing *specific rainx wiper* blade”. I picked those two that were listed. When I went to check out and had to wait for the associate as they were on their phone, not paying attention. When he noticed me I went up. I asked the associate how the $15 reward works with these wipers. He said, “I don’t know.” I asked what he meant. He said he didn’t know. I explained there was a tag that says “earn $15 reward on specific wipers, how does it work?” He again said, “I don’t know.” I asked if there was someone we could ask and he pointed to the manager. I asked if I had to ask the manager or could he? He said, “I don’t know man, I just work here”. I asked for clarification that I had to go get the manager for a simple question and he wouldn’t being doing that? “I don’t know man.” I tried to show him the tag and he refused to follow me. The manager came over, said “it says it right there on the tag”. I put the wipers back and left. I usually have mediocre service at this AutoZone as I come in here fairly often. But it’s whatever. However, this was beyond ridiculous. I’ll be buying online from RockAuto or driving out of my way to OReilly now instead of walking two blocks to this store. I’ve never walked out of a store before, especially an auto parts store. This was wildly ridiculous.

Jose helped me replace my dead car battery tonight in the bitter cold without complaint! It was very difficult on my old Land Rover and I was very distressed. He put me at ease and sold me the best product at a decent price. Highly recommend, Thank you Jose!

AutoZone sold me a faulty battery, which caused me to have to pay to have my car jumped and taken to a mechanic who installed a new battery. When I went to return the bad battery, they told me they were only able to do “warranty exchanges”. I now have a useless new battery from AutoZone and I’m nearly $700 in the hole because of a crappy battery they sold me.

They have a lot of different windshield wipers and i found the perfect ones for my car and one of the workers even put them on for me. Great place.

Needed a new battery and they threw in an installation for free. Miguel was great and helped deal with my neglected battery terminals and installed the new battery. Very helpful and I'd recommend to anyone.

I've come back to exchange the bulb for the third time and the young man basically stated that the bulb that was sold was correct yet what I showed him I needed was different. Granted the customer isn't always right. Yet when I showed him what I needed, he proceeded to make me to be wrong. Yet I had proof that I was correct. It's amazing how employees don't want to admit that they're wrong once in a while. This is poor customer service. I know that I won't be back. It's tough when money walks out of the door.

What a pleasant experience after less then exemplary customer service at O'Reilly's in town. The staff were attentive at AutoZone, Hands-On and helpful, and they insured that I received a veterans discount at check out. Even returning an item was made easy, and the credit posted almost immediately. This is a well-run operation, and if you've been accustomed to going to Napa or O'reilly's, give this location a try, and breathe in a new level of customer experience.

Tabatha was amazing! I called in to verify an alternator was in stock, she physically checked and held it until I arrived. The other employee was very helpful, checked me out and answered some core return questions. All around great experience.

Went in to inquire about what I needed to change out the tire/valve/etc on my cousin's van. There was a long line, no big deal. We waited patiently, as there were 2 staff members, a youngish looking kid and a 30ish man with glasses, probably 5'7"-5'8", helping people and we knew they were busy. Our turn came and I started telling the younger man about what I was looking for. The other staff suddenly interrupted and started yelling and telling me about what he thought I needed. He was yelling so loudly that everyone became quiet. I asked him if I should come over and simply speak with him, even though he had a customer with him. He didn't say yes, but continued to yell angrily about what he thought I needed. The young man helping me remained calm and continued to try and help me. The older staff who didn't know what I needed said "well, we don't even sell tires". To which I replied "I already have the tire" and finally he stopped yelling at me from the other counter. He halted his own transaction to interrupt mine and yell angrily at me. It was abrupt and disrespectful and %100 inappropriate. He needs some continuing education on customer service, professional behavior, and kindness. That is not how you speak to another human, especially if you're trying to sell them something. To halt the entire stores function, be yelling loud enough that everyone stops dead in their tracks, and to be wholly disrespectful like that is insane. I hope that he gets the proper training he needs to work with and around people or he will drive away all of your customers. Shame on him and if nothing is done to train him, shame on this store. I visited on 9/14/23 in the late afternoon.

I don't often write reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to the new(?) manager, Eric at this location. I came in extremely unhappy with the quality of service from the night before - a different employee installed the wrong battery in my car, and when my car wouldn't start, did not offer any assistance in solving the issue, and actually then left for the evening, leaving me and my car stranded overnight (should've known better than to come close to close, but my battery was dead and I work all day). I came in the next morning, still pretty mad about the whole ordeal, looking for a manager. Eric was quick and considerate, making sure the new correct battery was installed, and ensuring my car started again and that I could leave. He assured me that it would not happen again, and left a huge positive impression on me. I think he is even a recent transfer to the store, and just did a great job. Thanks again, happy to not be parked on your lot a second night in a row!

I had such a good experience here today! Christian helped me find the wiper blades I needed, and told me the benefits of the more expensive ones without trying to pressure me into something more than what was in my budget. Also, when I asked how I would go about replacing the bulbs in my headlights, he actually came out (while it was still raining a bit!) and taught me how to take the bulbs out and install the new ones myself. I didn't even buy new headlights yet, but Christian stayed out in the drizzle for like 10 minutes with me until I felt comfortable doing it on my own. He wasn't the slightest bit judgemental and didn't talk down at me while teaching me basic car maintenance like this. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He stopped at each step and repeated when I asked to see something again, and really just wanted to make sure I would be able to do it on my own. I'm so grateful for the help and instruction, and will definitely be going back there when I do get the new bulbs in a few weeks. Thank you again!
