Better off calling your warranty provider (if you still have) and going to a different location, more focused on selling additional service instead of repairing the issue. 0 stars if possible

I totally trust Morrie’s Subaru of Brooklyn Park. That said, they replaced my tires as instructed and take care of my car every way possible. The service people are great. A shout out to Tyler!

I have ALWAYS had exemplary service at Morries Brooklyn Park. Each of their service staff is friendly, helpful and highly professional. I’ve also never had a problem with the work completed by their expert mechanics.

Personnel was very friendly. However, the tech left the cap off the oil in the engine. This caused extensive problems to clean and re-place oil, under-hood padding etc. 4 days later it was fixed. Positive note, I was allowed use of a courtesy car at no cost.

Service was helpful in confirming the problem with my Outback. One minor thing, They did let me know my outback was a quart short of oil but the tech didn't say if he topped it off or if I needed to do it. When I got home it did appear low so it would've been nice if it was topped off considering the amount I paid for the diagnosis.

We had a thorough overall inspection completed before our car reached 100,000 miles as we had an extended warranty . A few items were noted needing repair/ replacement that were covered under the warranty. Unfortunately , the car had another problem after the work was completed and when it was brought to the service managers attention , he took responsibility and the repair was completed . We then decided to have the car detailed both inside and outside. After picking up our vehicle, an item that was left in the car was missing . We brought it to service managers attention and he took responsibility for the loss and paid for it . Overall , we are happy with the service , the rental car that was provided and the service manager who took responsibility when it was necessary

I’ve been getting texts from you for a year even though my sister-in-law is the owner of the Subaru. (I initially set up the sakes appointment). I’ve asked her number be inputted and she has repeatedly done that but you have not straightened out the system. I too have a Subaru. The technical issues with your contact data system are not giving me confidence in your operations. What will it take to fix this?

Shaky start with all my dash lights with check engine and iSight and I drove to service and dropped off the car. I was taken back a little by the time it took for me to get a call and was beginning to feel like there is no attention given, only to realize that they had to make sure they had all the details on what the problem was. The calls stated to come in with updates on what was going on and the sales rep Sarah also reached out and followed up with service. Walked me through what was going on and all issues resolved. Thank you very much for your diligence and follow through.

I took my car in for a regular maintenance visit. The team identified a problem and let me know. Just in time as my warranty coverage was close to expiry! Because the work would take a few days, I was given a loaner vehicle. The work was finished early and my car is cured! Pao was conscientious about staying in contact with me throughout the process. He is a huge asset to your organization!

Morrie's is great. I would highly recommend. They were able to save me money by getting a lower interest rate on my loan. They have excellent customer service as well. I do miss the car wash (buy happy promise) in Brooklyn Park. Maybe they could give out holiday car washes or something instead. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me but wanted me in a car that fit my needs and budget.

Great experience! I brought my impreza in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and, from the mileage of my car, the spark plug was due for a replacement. During the inspection, they found a minor issue and had to remove the engine, and they were able to include the spark plug replacement along with the rest of the work on the car, and I was able to save money. My service advisor, Mark Huibregtse, was very attentive, he gave frequent updates on the car, explained the breakdown of the service prices, set me up with a loaner car for the two days the car was in the shop, and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured to commit to a service I didn't want either. The waiting area was nice and well-stocked with amenities. Booking and adjusting my appointment online was really easy. I love that it was pet-friendly. I brought my dog with me, and he enjoyed the fenced-in dog area connected to the lounge.

I had a great sales experience when purchasing my vehicle. The salesperson Paul , the taller manager with a beard , Dre the tire specialist, and finance specialist all were very friendly and professional. I had a minor issue with a replacement part and the manager of the service department, as well as my advisor Cody met me with incredible customer service and professionalism. They went above and beyond to help me and my issue was resolved within 24 hours. I can’t emphasize enough how incredible this team is and I will recommend them to everyone.

when getting the corrosion package put on my new car, they said it would take 4 hours, but it took less than 2! they also offered me a rental car despite being under 25 years old. when i bought my car here, they didn’t pressure me at all, and they took extra time to make sure i was getting the best deal possible. also, when i noticed a small scratch in the paint when i got the car home, they offered to touch it up for free! highly recommend checking this place out!
