This was my first oil change at this location. Everyone was exceptionally nice and let me know everything I needed along the way.

Personnel was very friendly. However, the tech left the cap off the oil in the engine. This caused extensive problems to clean and re-place oil, under-hood padding etc.
4 days later it was fixed. Positive note, I was allowed use of a courtesy car at no cost.Feb 09, 2026 -
Came in to have my rear brake replaced and the price came out to 1600$ and they offered to buy my car for 2000$ please make it make sense. Yes I replaced the rear brakes at that price

Generally a great experience with vehicle service at Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru. Actual work done and communication about the work is excellent. Had a scheduling snafu which necessitated an additional trip and some inconvenience but they have taken ownership and apologized so will continue to use their services.

Came in for a 66k mile service. Also I had a very loud rattle in my dash. We went on test drives and multiple reps and technicians took the time to address. They found the potential problem made the adjustment. My car is for more enjoyable to drive.

Can't recommend them enough!!! After getting a quote for 5k-6k from a different mechanic, I wanted a second opinion from Subaru. Morries's Brooklyn Park confirmed the issue was my transmission and that it was going to be an expensive fix.
Tyler submitted a warranty claim on my behalf, and THANKFULLY, the entire transmission and install was covered at no cost to me. *Keep in mind, I did not purchase an extended warranty on my 2019 Ascent*
Tyler went above and beyond, far exceeding my expectations. SO glad I didn't go through with the first mechanic because they wouldn't have gone to bat for me. Plus, their pricing for an alignment and diagnostic was higher than the dealership.
To wrap it up, I would literally give my right arm to Tyler

Warrenty repair on what turned out to be faulty sensor. We got a nice lowner during repair window. Service done in the estimated repair window. Everyone polite and helpful.

I brought my 2009 Outback in to see if it was ok for a long road trip. I love my Subaru and Morries, but it was tie to say goodbye as they found cracked serenpine belts. Morries has been the best!

The service was fine, though the sticker for my next oil change had the incorrect mileage and date, and I was scheduled for an appointment 6 months out and given no reason for it.

We had a thorough overall inspection completed before our car reached 100,000 miles as we had an extended warranty . A few items were noted needing repair/ replacement that were covered under the warranty. Unfortunately , the car had another problem after the work was completed and when it was brought to the service managers attention , he took responsibility and the repair was completed . We then decided to have the car detailed both inside and outside. After picking up our vehicle, an item that was left in the car was missing . We brought it to service managers attention and he took responsibility for the loss and paid for it . Overall , we are happy with the service , the rental car that was provided and the service manager who took responsibility when it was necessary

I was able to schedule service several days earlier than other centers. Service adviser Ben was friendly and knowledgeable about the issue as a potential warranty claim. He arranged a loaner that made it more convenient for my schedule.

Was hearing a clunking in my suspension, they checked everything out and it was all good. The tech and I went for a ride and we no longer heard the noise. It made for peace of mind that nothing was wrong.

I received some of the best service I’ve ever received at a car dealer. The attendant was incredible. He was able to squeeze us in for some minor repairs without an appointment and was very communicative throughout the repairs. Top notch service on my 200500 mile Outback ! That I’ve had for 11 years!

I bought a 2022 Subaru that came in after a lease. I love the car, but after going to Europe for about 10 days in June, it wouldn’t start. I paid someone to jump it. I put a trickle charger on it for my next trip without incident but came home yesterday and had it jumped twice without it holding a charge. The second time, I was at the grocery store 4 miles away and drove to the dealership while I waited for a response to my inquiries. There was no point going home since it would continue to need jumping. The manager and service agent agreed that Subaru had upped their standards for the batteries and that my car should have had the battery tested before selling it to me. I got a new battery without charge. It was a hassle, but I know this is behind me.

The service was fine. They did as I asked of them. I could not get a loaner though and that is the only reason why I go to a dealership. As someone who is on the road for work it makes it incredibly hard to make a living when there is no offer for a loner.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru Service Center. When I had a trailer hitch installed on my 2024 Subaru Outback the hole Morrie's placed in my bumper wasn't centered and it looked horrible. Instead of apologizing and correcting it I had to complain in order to get it corrected. In addition, Morries charged me a CUSTOMER PAY SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER OF $4.76 on an oil change. Never in my life have I heard of an oil change being called a "REPAIR ORDER" and being charged an additional $4.76 on top of all the other charges and fees Morrie's charged me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru Service Center. Save yourself a headache, time and money and go somewhere else.

Service was helpful in confirming the problem with my Outback. One minor thing, They did let me know my outback was a quart short of oil but the tech didn't say if he topped it off or if I needed to do it. When I got home it did appear low so it would've been nice if it was topped off considering the amount I paid for the diagnosis.

when getting the corrosion package put on my new car, they said it would take 4 hours, but it took less than 2!
they also offered me a rental car despite being under 25 years old.
when i bought my car here, they didn’t pressure me at all, and they took extra time to make sure i was getting the best deal possible.
also, when i noticed a small scratch in the paint when i got the car home, they offered to touch it up for free!

No pressure. No tactics. Rick Diamond was absolutely fabulous! He is very knowledgeable in all things Subaru. He was very honest and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need or want. He listened to what I needed and what I liked. Along with the Business Manager, Finance Manager and Accessories Manager, the entire team I dealt with was fun and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and honesty. This is my second transaction with BO Subaru buying a new car and it won’t be my last. They are the best! Thank you for making the experience fun and easy!
