Just left this place. I went to get a headlight for my car where I have typically had good luck. I went in line to check out as the only person in line. I had 4 employees make eye contact and then go back to doing something else. 1 on the phone, 1 with headphones in scanning items who went around me to continue, 1 with a pile of boxes who radiod someone else should help, and another looking for something it appeared. I left my purchase and left after all 4 decided they would rather continue doing whatever they were doing. I figured I would be nice and let them.

From someone who was not looking forward to spending a pretty penny on a new battery Leelin (I’m not sure how to spell his name) was extremely professional and took tell good care of my vehicle, I’m very thankful for his service.

I had to return a part to AutoZone recently, and the experience was a nightmare. I brought the item back with the original packaging and receipt, but the employee acted like I was trying to scam them. They questioned everything, gave me attitude, and made me wait forever just to process a simple return. On top of that, there was no clear signage about return policies, and the staff seemed annoyed that I even asked. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. If a store can’t handle basic returns professionally, it’s not worth going back. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

I buy some items. And I lost the receipt. Come to this store asking for the recipe. And the guy didn't provide me that . Argument they don't save information that's sad .. he was on his phone didn't want to work. This store need to hire a hard working people not this lazy guys.

Car needed frequent jumpstart after being idle for weeks, battery corroded. Thought I’d get it checked for replacement. Went to this Autozone. They offered the right diagnostics and setup to make sure my car was safe on the road. Picked up some new filters. Thanks!

The employees at this location are so awesome and helpful. Two separate times in the last 2 weeks we've gone there to buy something and the workers were super helpful and even though we were 3 dollars short to buy our headlight bulb they covered it for us with their own cash and the second time we came to pay them back they we so helpful with all of the many questions we asked, helped us find everything and helped us install the light bulb!

I live in St. Paul & was on that side of town tp visi Granddaughter & suddenly my vehicle began to vibrate so I pulled on. Friendly, Fast. HONEST & PROFESSIONAL, unlike their competition O'Reilly up the street. The Young man was twitching & didn't look Healty. I was very uncomfortable & it wasn't a medical issue; if you can read between the lines. IJS.. The Entire Sraff @ Auto Zone that evening were on point. I felt like Family. They were a Life Safer. Thank You So Much .

I just stopped here to buy an old filter and air filter and I wait 5 minutes and no one was attending, after I said hello this guy was seated beside of one of their computers and he said hello to my, but he was on the phone with out putting attention to me, what a service from this location.

I went to the AutoZone in brooklyn center and was told that they couldn’t help me change my battery. I ended up coming to the AutoZone on bass lake road and a guy there name Nate Quaye was very kind enough to help me change my battery after the other store told me that it’s not part of their job. He went above and beyond especially with how cold it was outside. I truly appreciate him.

My battery died one cold night and I needed a jump to get going, so I stopped into the AZ in New Hope off Winnetka to have my battery tested. After a wait of about 20 mins, a clerk told me that their tester was broken, so I had to go to another AZ. Luckily, my car started, and I drove to the Crystal AZ. Had battery tested there and was told I needed a new one. I asked the young clerk whether or not they install, and was told no. My BF said he was willing to put it in, but when I went inside the store to pay for the battery, I complained to another clerk that they should install batteries, too. He told me they do, and said the young guy would put it in. He ended up doing it, but it was weird that he told me they didn't install them, and had I not said something to the other clerk, I may have just left with a battery and my BF would've had to put it in the car.

We were having car trouble and all of the nearby repair shops were closed. They were about to close, but one of them still was able to help us out with basic diagnosis and confirm that the car was safe to drive.

I called today bright and early to ask if this location had LED headlights for both of my vehicles. I was told they were in stock. When I came dealt with less than helpful employee I spoke to that sold me fog lights for only one of my vehicles. I’m not we’ll informed in the auto industry and it would’ve been really nice to have some explain that I wasn’t purchasing the LED lights I specifically asked for but only fog lights. Terrible customer experience. I’ll make my purchase somewhere else. Unfortunately now I have to head back to make the return. One star, bc I had to in order leave a review.

Very helpful and nice staff at this location. I had some questions regarding a few parts on my car, and was led to exactly what I needed. They did not try to up sale me or to get anything else I did not need/want. They were very friendly and accommodating. This is the place I plan to come back to whenever I need auto parts! Highly recommended!

Never again. Had to go back 3 times to get my $50 back for bringing back an old part, and the third time I was there for over 30 mn. Barely even worth going back!!!

Helpful staff. Got me the right windshield wiper, I had initially taken one for the rear . It was raining immensely. Staff let me stay in there until I was ready to change the wiper.

None of the workers wear a GD mask! Can’t say I’d go back to this location because of their ignorant employees not wearing a mask when working with the public! @ Autozone not sure if you’ve heard about the world wide pandemic going on!? Please mask up! Or lose business! You’ve definitely lost mine!

Always seems pretty clean in there. Seem to have most stuff in stock. I prefer o'reillys but if they have what you need it's just a good of place as any.

Basic store design, followed by workers either not interested in you or so interested (in your needs) they want you the hell out as quickly as possible (usually to get back to doing nothing, gossiping or needing a cigarette. Bottom line is if you know what you want (basic needs) then this is your place. Probably even conveniently located between where you live and a store you actually want to shop in.

AZ's website indicated the item I wanted was in stock. When I got to the store to buy, it was not available. I returned home, ordered online for pick up at the store. It arrived 2 days later. The product was fine, as was the service at the store. But, inventory was not shown accurately, resulting in a wild goose chase.

Disorganized at best. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ended up leaving after one of the employees walked away from me without warning, in the middle of attempting to test my alternator (which he couldn’t figure out how to do). I grabbed my alternator and battery and walked out after he continued to ignore me because he couldn’t figure out what to do. Go to O’Reillys across the street - far better service.

Had to stop by the store to get my battery tested, the gentleman who came out to test the battery didn't seem to have a clue as to what he was doing. He continued to ask me where he could hook up the battery because he couldn't get a proper connection. Nothing quite as much fun as standing outside in early March waiting for a "trained" tech to try asnd figure out how something works. Piss poor, next time I'll just go across the street to the other auto parts store.

Deep freeze of 2018, I needed a new car battery, so when I pulled into the lot and went in, "St. Nick" informed me my brake lights were out. I had no clue. He worked with me on an affordable but good battery and even almost froze his buns off out there installing my battery in his "big boy" shoes (no boots). The car almost didn't want to give up the old battery, bUT "St. Nick" got it with frozen patience!! He made sure I stayed warm and safe inside the building while he braved the freezing temps. I BELIEVE IN ST. NICK!!!! Thank you, kind Sir!!!

I got what I needed and the diagnostic was free. It saves me 98 dollars just for not going to Sears and the person I talk to provide excellent customer service compare to O'Reilly. The issue was clear and the employee spend time answering my questions. All of that was free including papers on the issue. I would like to thank u Auto Zone keep up the great work. It has made my day.
