Went in to have my battery tested and diagnostics for my check engine light. The guy was very rude, handed me a device to do the Diagnostics myself and said that it was too cold to check my battery even though it was 18 degrees out. I will definitely be taking my service elsewhere.

I came to get new wiper blades for my vehicle. I only came here because there a big sign on the window saying free wiper blade installation with wiper blade purchase. I go in and purchase the wiper blades then ask the guy to install it for me, he goes on and says “oh I’m the only one working right now and I don’t know how to install the wiper blades”!! Like come on are you serious ? What the hell ? Now I had to go and figure it out myself and install them myself . Even though there a big sign on the window saying “free windshield wiper installation”. This is unbelievable I’ll just go to autozone next time . Terrible experience and I really don’t know how this guy got hired honestly .

Very poor management. Went to the O'Reilly's in Chaska to see if they had some parts I needed. The Assistant Manager (Jose) said they did not, but the system showed the Eden Prairie location did and personally called them to make sure before I headed over there. The employee who picked up the phone agreed, saying the system shows they have them, but when Jose asked them to get their hands on the parts and ensure they actually had them, they just reiterated that the system says they had them and refused to check further. Jose told me they said they have them but didn't want to check. Since I need the parts ASAP, I took it on their word. When I got to the EP store, I couldn't even tell who was an employee or not. I saw 4-6 people behind the desks and in the storage areas, but only 1 or 2 of them were wearing anything showing they worked there, let alone actually working. Pretty sure some of the employees were letting their friends back there to hang out. When I found someone, I told them the parts I needed, and turns out the system was off and they did not have them, which would have saved me the time if they had actually checked earlier. When I talked to the manager (who also wasn't wearing anything showing he worked there), he had people double check to no avail. Went back to the Chaska location afterwards and got the parts ordered. Jose was very helpful with that as well.

I have had multiple experiences with this store. That have gone beyond wrong. I have a commercial account (own a auto repair business) This store will give you the wrong parts time and time again when you try to call back and resolve the issue there is not a single care in the world. On another occasion I walked into the store and an employee was sleeping with his head on the counter snoring away. We are all human and mistakes happen, but this goes far beyond a mistake, this is lack of care to the customer, Lack of discipline from management. Ect… Avoid this store at all cost!!!!! I’m a professional and have more insight on these things, i especially feel sorry for the DIY guy in his driveway getting or installing the wrong parts and not having the experience to know beforehand. Factory motor parts & others will be getting by business from now on.

Don is extremely rude and unhelpful. he was extremely annoyed when I asked for assistance replacing my wipers, he kept throwing up his hands in annoyance. He ended up dropping my items on the floor and lied and said he’s “going to grab more parts”. He never came back out, and I went back inside to find him at the cash register. He doesn’t seem like he wants to help any customers at all. There was a young employee working there who is very helpful, he came out to help me and did a good job. Give him a raise!!! He was doing so much work!!! I am giving this place 3 stars because Davyd is a hard worker, he was running around trying to help every customer. Don was not helpful and very rude, he does not seem to respect his customers at all.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! My sister, a single mom went into the Eden Prairie O’Reilly Auto Parts at 8868 Aztec Drive at 8:30 AM on Saturday October 4th to get help with her battery. There was a young man that tested her battery and it was low, but yet he told her it was fine. Her car definitely needed a new battery but the young man named Gabe had his phone to the side with a video game playing on it on the counter. It seemed like he was not wanting to help. This single mom left the store and then came back to purchase a battery and asked it they could come out and put in the new and take the old battery. This is a curtsey that every other O’Reilly auto parts store has done as well it says on Google this is a service they provide. The young man said he would not do that, and then another older man named Don overhearing this also did nothing to help. This single mom purchased the battery and did not even get offered to help carrying it out. The man named Don only offered to get the door for her. We have shopped at multiple O’Reilly auto part stores and never have had such poor customer service ever!! I then called and asked for the manager which I was given to a Don and told him that was terrible customer service and he just said ahhhh, sorry have her come back, which I told him it was too late since my mechanic husband put in the battery. I asked Don the managers name which was Annie and will be following up with her. If this is how the customer service is at O’Reilly Auto Parts- my entire family will take our business elsewhere as well as my mechanic husband will as well.

I was served by two guys who speak Spanish and English. It was the best experience. They scanned my vehicle, helped me find the spare part, and gave me a solution to the problem.

This afternoon went to this location to get my key batteries, the man destroyed my key and and put some parts in the Trash. My key would not work. He told me to get out the store and never come back, he threatened me I called the Police to help me find the missing part

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would—they don’t even deserve one. I visited this location in the early afternoon and was extremely disappointed with the service. When I arrived, Don (the assistant manager) was at the front counter. I asked for assistance with a diagnostic on my car, expecting the level of support any customer should reasonably receive. Instead, he just gave me the tester and told me to do it myself. When I asked for help, he said to go somewhere else if I needed assistance. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making it clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcomed.I would strongly advise others to avoid this location if they value respectful and helpful service. There are plenty of other places that treat customers with the basic courtesy and support they deserve.

I was told Oreilly plug your car in to do diagnostics. Went Oreilly Eden Prairie early in the morning. Found Annie at the front. Borderline non-social to begin with. Said here is the tester and told me to do it myself. I asked a few questions and feeling very unsure of myself and what I was going to do looked for "a plug in". After a few minutes of stress and feeling like a dolt, I decided I would just bring it back, go somewhere else where they actually care and help, and write a review to help others avoid feeling stupid.

I read on their Facebook page that they will install for free if I buy two headlight bulbs, but they flatly refused to do so. Not a happy experience. Anyway I bought bulbs more than 50 bucks and had to pay for labour in another place.

Walked in, found my product, waited at the register for someone to appear to check me out. Finally, a guy shows up, ignores me, takes a Phone call, helps that customer, then walks out of sight. Finally someone else comes in from outside and checks me out. ZERO customer service….

I went to pay parts from this location I waited someone to come to the cashier. I waited at cashier almost 20 minutes. There were people inside back office I call out for help. They told me wait. This is not the first time. These people are very bad unprofessional.

I called up this O'Reilly Auto parts location to get some help. Kent answered the phone and was immediately helpful. He was an absolute pleasure and seemed like a genuine help. I then went into that location later that day and Kent assisted me once again. If you want top notch service from a guy who will go above and beyond and do everything he can for you no matter who you are. Drop in here for Kent as he is an ace in the hole. THANKS KENT!

Love this store! I went to get a new wiper blade and they had what I needed. I accidentally got the wrong one and the lovely fella let me swap it out for the correct one easily and quickly. Very friendly gent, great service, quality items. Thankie

Came here at 930am, open sign was on, door was locked. I waited for a half hour for someone to show up while 3 additional potential customers showed only to become equally frustrated.. if 9am isn't the stores open time that's fine.. maybe the signage should be updated. I would also suggest that the open light be shut off at closing time , it's deciding and it's not exactly easily accessible

Extremely clean, efficient, and professional. Ordered a part in advance, but the incorrect part was ordered. Thankfully, the team working that evening were able to sort things out and send me on my way with the correct parts flawlessly and quickly. I can't forget to mention the friendliness of the team as well. I always appreciate the charisma and energy.

I called their store to locate a certain lubricant. They had none in stock, but ordered it and I had it later that day. My neighborhood hasn't had an auto parts store for several years, so I was very pleased when a new store was built nearby.
