Very fast response. I sent an email late at night and heard back the next morning confirming they could come that day. Under 24hrs from reaching out they took my outboard motor and grill away. The actual time they were at my house was maybe 5 minutes. Worked out great

Donny and Tyler were great to work with, they were able to remove several unneeded items from my house and garage in a short period of time. Their previous client had them disassembling things so they were slightly delayed but Caleb called and texted me to make sure it was going to work for us. Their bid was reasonable and I was relieved not to have to get the big bulky TV out of the 2nd story bedroom myself! Outstanding service, very pleasant experience.

They made its very quick and easy process. Very easy to work with and there were no hidden costs. We had a full house needing to be emptied out and it was done in just one day. They did forget to empty out a shed on the property but came back within a few days and took care of it. I would highly recommend them! They’re prompt, pleasant, and efficient, adjusting the price downwards when we decided to keep some of the furniture we had previously planned to get rid of. We can’t recommend them too highly!

Maybe that's not always available but for me, day before Christmas Eve with company coming and having an old piece of furniture in the way, it was a Christmas miracle they could come right away. It was very easy to make an appointment. I was able to book the appointment for within a day. I was given a 2-hour window. The driver called at the beginning of the window. He said they were 15 minutes away. They arrived on time, gave me a quote and began working. I was clearing out my elderly mom's apartment. The 2 men were polite, conversant, and thorough in getting things moved. They assured me that the items that were in good shape would be donated, which is what my mom would want. The crew was absolutely wonderful—so kind, honest, and helpful. My garage finally feels like a garage again instead of a storage unit. Junk Masters removed a large deck, lots of rock from under the deck, deck footings, rock from garden beds as well as old flagstone and concrete pavers. They did a phenomenal job! Hot tub removal. Phenomenal customer service! I called around to a bunch of junk hauler companies, and Junk Masters had the best customer service, BY FAR. They even price matched another quote I’d gotten. Great communication, prompt arrival, and hard-working professionals! They took a bunch of other large items for me as well, in addition to the hot tub. 10/10 would recommend!

The guys were awesome! I called an and they were out, gave me a very reasonable quote, and had my treated lumber removed within an hour. They were very friendly and took care of a big headache. Had I know it would have been this seamless I would have done it much sooner. Highly recommend!

Prompt, professional, and efficient service. I received a very reasonable and accurate estimate, and they hauled everything away immediately after I accepted the price. I had a large amount of heavy concrete and debris, and the cost was only about $50–60 more than renting a dumpster, without me having to lift a thing. I highly recommend them. I also have clients who use JunkMasters, and for standard junk removal, their prices are extremely affordable.

Derick & Avery were great! Very nice and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. They carried an old 1950s stove (that wasn't safe to be used as an oven) up 14 steps and out the door to the truck. I was impressed. I'll be honest. Same day service, professional, excellent communication, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and will call back if ever the need arises!

Had a great experience with Shane and Brandon who helped us clear a bunch of tree brush out of our backyard! I submitted a booking request at 8p on Saturday and by noon on Sunday the tress were gone! Overall great communication from the company, Shane and Brandon were on time and did a great job of explaining their pricing system to provide the quote. We had a hot tub for 17 years and it cracked. We didn’t know what to do so it sat for over 2 years taking up space. Then I googled and found JunkMasters. What a delightful service! I sent them the pictures of the tub and the dimensions. They gave a very reasonable quote and said they would send 2 guys to cut it up and haul it away. It was hard work and I’m so glad I didn’t have to do it myself. Now we have a beautiful new sitting area where one was a useless space. The guys had it done in about an hour! So great! I already have another job for which I will be utilizing this wonderful service.

Junk Masters was definitely a GREAT Choice for us to clear out my Father's home, after his passing. Mitch came out and gave a us a quote, then the very next day, Otto, Carter and Braden, came out and cleared out my Father's home of 60 years as I watched from afar. The empathy and extreme care they took in removing these items from his house was all I could hope for. Even though they were going to dispose of everything, never once did they treat his belongings like junk. Also when they completed an area, Otto or Carter took me on a walk through to make sure nothing was missed. Truly amazing service. The before and after shots really show what they can do. Oh and by the way, it cost even less than Mitch estimated. Otto showed amazing leadership with his Team. And Mitch (The Owner!) treated me like his best friend.
