Kariss, was just a bit of amazing! She made my entire day. Her customer service was excellent, she was attention to detail, and made my entire battery swap out process smooth. My warranty just expired and she was able to still honor it. I am so thankful that she was able to help me with my car troubles. She was even kind enough to swap out my battery which took no time! I will definitely be coming back to this Autozone.

Matt came out to help me get some stripped screws off so I could change my plates and really went out of his way when he realized the wrong screws were used he corrected it for me definitely loved the way everyone was so willing and nice to help me during my struggle lol

This location is super helpful! Matt saw me outside the store trying to decipher my car and he assisted me right then and there. He showed me what I needed and helped me put it on. He was very friendly which mattered the most to me.

I had a lovely experience talking with Sarah in the red shirt today! We came in with an issue regarding what we thought was the battery, but Sarah wisely advised that the problem was the starter. Thank you so much Sarah for proving such an easy and clear experience :)

I’m about a month late, but huge shoutout to Lucky Lisa at this AutoZone! I was really struggling to get new bulbs for my headlights. Not only did she help me get the RIGHT bulbs; she also helped me install them! Thank you so much for going the extra mile! It doesn’t go unnoticed!

Auto zone had the cutest rhinestone pepper spray, and all the time I'm thinking parts. Employee was so very helpful as she knew what I was talking about. They had sold out but she called another store thay had 1 so she asked them to hold it for me. Good Customer Sevice all day long

Store Manager was very helpful. They didn’t have my type of battery, but he was able to direct me in the right direction. And he offered to install my battery if though I didn’t purchase it at that location. 5-star customer service!!!!

Great service! I bought windshield wipers this evening for my vehicle and without me asking, the employee offered help to install the wipers in the cold weather, very appreciated!

On line says they have a tool. Went there, and the old guy @ the counter blew me off, said he didn't know what I was looking for. It's a spreader part for calipers. I had to go to their web site to find the part number for him. He spent a hot minute looking in the wrong section and said "I don't know what to tell you ma'am. " and walked away. Then proceeded to be rude as hell to the next customers. I drove over to Larpenter Ave. and found the part myself. Nice lady running that store!

We went to the AutoZone in Brooklyn center on 63rd and the customer service is horrible. We actually walked out and went to the one on Brooklyn boulevard and right off of Zane and the customer service. There was impeccable. It was a day and night experience. I will never go to the 63rd and Brooklyn boulevard AutoZone ever again. The guy was extremely rude. And yeah just disrespectful and yeah but otherwise yeah do the Zane and Brooklyn boulevard one good service. Very knowledgeable

Isaiah, Doug, Kaleb were absolutely fantastic. I cannot express how helpful they were when I was in an emergency. Please make sure these gentlemen get the praise they deserve!

I like that it’s really nearby and their staff is nice but their stock isn’t very updated in the system. I have bought things online to pick up and they would fulfill the order only for it to not actually be ready and out of stock when I arrive to the store. They have said it twice to me now within 6 months that they’re short staffed so the stock hasnt been updated online. I guess it takes that long to get it up to date. I’ve been having better luck with the one in Brooklyn Center. Too bad I’ll have to make drive.

Came in, asked the workers for a battery for my vehicle, switched it out with my old one and left. Quick in and out visit probably spent no more than 10 minutes with 6 of those minutes spent waiting and 4 was spent with the actual transaction. Knowledgeable staff ? never had issues before unless you count them being out of stock of something as a problem

I still gave it a 4 star due to the other staff and previous experiences. Typically it’s great. This time though the lady behind the counter seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had an attitude the entire time. Didn’t offer anything but one word answers and asked someone else to go find one of the items we were looking for.

There’s an employee at this particular store by the name of Nathan. Nathaniel P He is very knowledgeable and has such great customer service. I was greeted as I walked in the store not only greeted but with a smile which is very appreciative. Employee took his time to search for the item that I needed not just telling me the computer says we have it but we don’t. He offered to call another store to see if they have the part telling me exactly where the store was located although I did not need to go to that store because he was able to find a substitute part that would fit on my car. He took his time and was very patient. As I have always had great experiences at the store I just never had someone take their time to ask how my evening was going in to be sure that I got the correct item needed. So I want to thank you Nathaniel for all of your help this evening and I hope that you and your family have a wonderful holiday.
