I came in to get a simple tire rotation but unknowing had wheel locks on and no spline key. Julian and was so patient with me and he went above and beyond to help (he even sent me home with a free key so I wouldn't have this issue in the future). I ended up getting brake fluid service done as well, and throughout the entire process, they were so thoughtful. The level of respect, kindness, and consideration I experienced from this team was unparalleled. Julian also took a lot of time explaining their pricing, helping me get the best deal, and I left their shop feeling like a million bucks. These are people who truly care about their customers. 10/10 I liked their Maplewood location but had been considering switching mechanics altogether. This was a different level of care. I will definitely be back!

I've been coming to this location for well over 10 to 15 years with my various cars. They always take good care of my car and me, not holding it against me that I'm a woman. Talking to me straight is something I really appreciate, and that's what they always do. This time I came in for a flat tire and they took care of it right away! I highly recommend victory Auto service and Glass!

I came in the shop because my air was not working. And the guys were able to find that my blower motor stopped working. They were able to get it fixed and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours.

Just all around less than ideal work, ran wiring through my truck door jam for all the wires to get crushed and then didn’t connect to adequate power source. I’m just glad I went to a professional reputable shop to have the issue diagnosed and repaired, nice try victory.

These folks are reliable, experienced and time conscious. They take their time to explain what to do and what not to be done before getting their hands on. Highly recommended

I called Victory at 7:00 a.m. to see if they could get me in after work and they were able to. Thought I'd have to bring my car back to get it fixed but they got everything done within an hour and 45 minutes! Was happy I got to take my car home. They also offered me a car if I didn't want to wait there but I sat because it was only going to take an hour and a half. Very satisfied.

Filled my tires in 21- weather. Firestone, my usual service ctr refused, too cold. Victory steped up and filled my tires so i could make to the hosp where I work. No cash on me to tip,but i'll be back. With a nice tip for that guy. Thanks Victory, you guys ROCK!

I had high hopes for this business but unfortunately was left disappointed. I’ve had work done at the victory location in Stillwater and had a great experience so I thought I’d come here for major work. Had my truck checked, which cost $200 to do, and was left with a bad transmission diagnosis which I didn’t feel was accurate. When a friend freed up at his shop, he had the lead frame done, as he’s done a dozen times for other trucks of the same model, and it fixed the issue. So that means I paid $200 for a wrong diagnosis that would have cost me $8,000 at Victory to “fix” had I trusted them but instead, the fix only costed $1250. It’s also important to note that they claimed there was contamination and metal bits in the transmission fluid but when the pan was dropped(they hadn’t done that but somehow knew enough to claim I needed a new transmission), it was perfectly within acceptable scope. I strongly encourage major work to be done elsewhere.

Very very friendly and helpful staff. Darius amd Julian are extremely helpful and attentive. Everyone has a great sense of humor too. Great work and greay people.

Victory replaced.my battery under warranty. They came to my house and swapped out my battery. Vehicle runs great, just before needing to leave town for the holiday. Great job!

I brought in my 2021 Nissan Sentra for tires and I didn’t really have too much money but the Nate was able to get me a good set of all season tires and had me out less than $1,000. I’m glad I was able to get what I needed without breaking the back. I’ll definitely be back.

I brought my 2012 Toyota Camry in because the headlights weren’t working. Nate was super friendly and got me in quickly as he could. Turns out it was just a fuse. They were able to get me in and out and less than an hour.

Nate, Julian and Darius are absolutely great guys. Got my oil changed on my 2015 Nissan Altima and then they sent me a visual inspection of my vehicle. I can't even question their recommendations because I could see them. Thank you team for taking care of my vehicle for me.

I travel a lot for work and my schedule is not consistent at all, so scheduling service is not easy. Julian and his team always find away to make it work for me. It’s always done right with fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I went to Victory Tire and Auto for the first time for an oil change. customer service was great. Darius was very helpful and patient with me, especially with all of my questions. I was told what the expected wait time would be, and cost immediately. When the tech was running behind, Darius kept me updated and informed. I would definitely return again. :)

They were able to get me in same day without and appointment and have me in and out of their shop in under 1 hour for windshield repair. Very reasonably priced and friendly. Thank you!

0 Star not capable of performing their duties. I brought my Chevy Traverse for a oil change and Battery change. I was charged $534.01. Didn't get a call that the Vehicle was ready, took them 5 hours. Finally I called and they said the Vehicle was ready. Upon picking the vehicle up my check engine light is on, and they returned my vehicle to me. Don't take up what you guys can't manage. They said I should bring back the vehicle for them to Mess it up some more. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VICTORY PLACE BECAUSE YOU'RE GONNA GET RIP OFF.

I’ll start out by saying that we’ve been taking our vehicles to Victory for about 15 years (Mainly Fridley and Chanhassen locations until moving to Maple Grove). We brought our vehicle in for diagnosis and determined that the rear axel seal should be replaced. We agreed to the $1973 to do so. We picked the vehicle up on a Friday evening and didn’t drive it until the following Monday. On the way to work, the dash lights came on and once we hit the freeway, the vehicle began to shake violently. In other words, our vehicle was returned to us with a problem that we didn’t bring it into the shop with. Called them immediately and got the vehicle in for yet another inspection. The manager asked if we had hit something as if we were trying to scheme them or something. Then informs me that he is very sorry and didn’t know how they “missed” this problem and would help by covering “some of the labor”. The manager claimed the fix would (remove and replace rear hub assembly) would typically cost over $1300, but they do it for $562 after taxes. We reluctantly agreed, as this is the vehicle we use to transport our kids and dog and couldn’t be without any longer than the 2 days they already had it. After getting the vehicle back, we contacted the Fridley location and explained what had occurred. The manager of the Fridley location agreed that the entire situation seemed odd and offered to inspect the vehicle free of charge and even gave us our money back for the $562 we were charged after our initial “fix”. After going to the Fridley location, we realized how terrible the Brooklyn Park location is. The vibe at the BP location just feels very “scammy”, unprofessional and not genuine at all. We most certainly will not be going back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone who’s looking for an honest, straightforward mechanic.

I gotta say finding a good auto repair shop is a challenge but the guys here at Victory make it easy, the quick professional job they provided on my 2012 Mazda CX9 was amazing. There wasn't a thing missed when checking for additional problems with my vehicle, they will make sure you're back on the road quickly and safely that's for sure so stop on in and they'll take care you.

I brought my 2013 Subaru crosstrek into victory auto service because my engine was shaking. Nate and Julian was able to get my car in the shop and had it looked at right away. The technician Tyler said I had put too much oil in the Engine which was causing the shake. They were able to drain the oil and get it back to the level it suppose to be at. I’d definitely recommend victory auto anytime. Thanks guys.

I recently contact the shop and spoke with Eric, who I highly recommend, for a pre-purchase inspection on a car. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! He was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain the inspection process in detail, which really put my mind at ease. Their customer service is top-notch – they were easy to work with and answered all my questions patiently. The inspection itself was thorough, and I received a detailed report that helped me make an informed decision about my potential purchase. This place has been a lifesaver for me. I was extremely stressed about my car issues, but they walked me through everything I needed to have done.
