Just got my car back in the perfect condition it was in prior to my rear-end damage. Lupient Collision was sooooo great to work with. Had a factory defect on a brand new car lupient kia got the ok from kia for the warranty work , and fixed the defect on the roof in less than an hour and a half ( perfect ) . The staff was fantastic even though I was not fantastic ( new car was not perfect at delivery) . Plus I did not purchase vehicle at lupient kia on top of that. Highly recommend lupient collision.

Very busy. Takes a long time to get an appointment. Good quality work. Friendly and informative. Paint match on a pearl white finish was a touch off from factory, but that's with an understanding that that's a hard color to match for anyone. I would return here for work in the future if needed.
