A $2000 repair took 8 days. I've had a whole front end replaced in a shorter time than it took them to repair a dent and replace the bumper cover.
They initially told me 5 days at the inspection, then called me the day before it was supposed to be ready and said it would be another 3 days. When I showed up on the 8th day it still wasn't ready so I had to borrow one of their loaners and come back later. The extra 3 days forced me to pass up work opportunities that will probably end up costing me thousands of dollars.
Don't bring your car here if you expect it to be repaired in a timely fashion.
I am VERY picky about car repairs as I used to be an Auto Body Tech. Joe, the Service Manager was excellent! He always let us know what was happening and kept us updated with the progress of our car. The quality of work was top notch!

Dropped off my car on the 29th of March. Got a call for pickup on the 7th of April. I don't even know what kind of sorcery this is, but I think it speaks a lot of the expertise of the repair shop. Grateful to have my car back looking like new. Highly recommend this shop!
Joe was extremely knowledgeable, kind and prompt at replying to all questions via email or taking my phone calls while I waited for my stolen vehicle to be fixed. I really appreciated him and Rachel getting me into a loaner vehicle after my 30 day insurance rental was up, so I did not have to pay for one out of pocket. Thank you also to the team members who fixed my vehicle specifically. Looks good as new!

Got into an accident that took out the entirety of my front bumper. The rep who helped me was very transparent about the issues and costs, and had it fixed in only a few days. Definitely plan to have them as my go to whenever a new issue pops up.
Very disappointed in their shady business practices. I was hoping the positive reviews would outshine the negative ones, but the negative reviews were spot on. Marty and the rest of management should be investigated. I would not recommend this business.
Had a horrible experience with them. Went to the shop because they were preferred by AAA insurance. Was given a quote and told the car would be ready in 3 days. It was in the shop for over TWO weeks and they charged double what was quoted.
Just got my car back in the perfect condition it was in prior to my rear-end damage. Lupient Collision was sooooo great to work with. The got me in quickly kept me updated on the repairs and got my car back to me quicker than anticipated. Had a factory defect on a brand new car lupient kia got the ok from kia for the warranty work , and fixed the defect on the roof in less than an hour and a half ( perfect ) . The staff was fantastic even though I was not fantastic ( new car was not perfect at delivery) . Plus I did not purchase vehicle at lupient kia on top of that. Highly recommend lupient collision.

Soo I picked my car up after 2 1/2months of being in the shop. 22k worth of repairs on my 2018 traverse. They made it seem like she was back to new. A few days later, my oil change light comes on. I don’t think anything of it. I just got in an accident, it’s been two and a half months in the shop. Of course it needs an oil change!! Then my oil level light comes on. Hmm. That’s never happened before. So I go buy a quart. THATS STILL NOT ENOUGH TO FILL her up on the dipstick. Add another quart. I bring it in to Lupient. Where they tell me they know all about the oil leak AND have pictures, several. This was never mentioned to me at all through the whole process. They say it’s NOT a result of the accident (so why mention it to the vehicle owner, they just covered their axx and moved on). I call my claims adjuster who then calls them and asks the same questions and is told that my vehicle wasn’t well maintained and this is an old problem. I take my car in at least once a month or every two months for an oil change/check!! My shop ALWAYS lets me know when somethings wrong because THEY KNOW my vehicle is still under WARRANTY. If this has been a long existing problem, how come they never said anything? How come the dealership (Walser, not a rinky dink dealership) never said anything when I brought it in for these repairs? So now, my warranty’s up, because I drive my WELL maintained vehicle for work l, which HAS to be well maintained, as I drive clients around alllll day, children. All because they didn’t mention this “long existing problem”. Not to mention my accident was end of June, I didn’t get my car back til September. No communication, nothing. I had to call and ask. Continuously have to ask for updates. I get we’re in COVID/Pandemic and parts are scarce. But felt like I just got treated as a woman, who didn’t maintain her car and just got stuck holding the big expensive bag. Just save yourself from dealing with this place.
Terrible customer service and communication. Poor workmanship. Vehicle was there for a scratch repair on a brand new vehicle and I had to return the vehicle multiple times due to paint not matching, additional scratches that occurred during the initial repair and overall poor workmanship. The final repair of my vehicle is below the industry standard. Paint is starting to peel on panel that doesn’t look like it was sanded down properly.
Very busy. Takes a long time to get an appointment. Good quality work. Friendly and informative. Paint match on a pearl white finish was a touch off from factory, but that's with an understanding that that's a hard color to match for anyone. I would return here for work in the future if needed.
Couple of months ago, I checked my car after a minor accident which requires body work. They kept my car for almost 2 months which was at least twice as long as it was supposed to be. Work looked OK from outside. 2 months later I took it to my dealership for regular service. I was informed that a sensitive equipment was damaged during the body repair and they asked me to take it back to the body shop as the expense would be substantial. I took it back to Lupient they they were pleasant and said that they would stand by they work, they kept the car for another 2 weeks then they asked me to come and pick my car up as they were waiting for the part that they damaged. I said OK picked my car and waited to hear from them.They never called me again. These people are nice from outside but they have poor work ethic and quality of the work is below the standards. I would avoid this place if I could.
Horrible, trash!!!!! My truck got broken into, and they had the nerve to say "That's how we received the truck " how is that possible, when I'm the one drop the truck off directly from the carwash/detail shop!! Definitely will never do any business with them!!

Marty and Todd made sure I had a loaner car, handled the insurance claims process for me, and got my car back to me, looking better than ever, in a very short turn around time! Marty was knowledgeable and straight forward. He provided me information that he did not have to, but was very helpful to my situation. If you're looking to have your vehicle fixed up, you should choose this place. Great customer service, and very kind and outgoing. Johanna also helped me very quickly to find me a rental vehicle. Great job.
Not impressed. They did decent work, but it's never nice to be called a liar by your adjustor. I also had to initiate all communications regarding progress. I won't be back.
The free rental while my car was being repaired was a huge plus. My car was clean and in perfect condition when I got it back. Their customer service is amazing and I got my car back timely.
