Absolute Tire, Pep Boys, and Blaine’s Service Garage all couldn’t get my lug nuts off, even with their machines. I took it to Affordable Tires in Brooklyn Park, and they got it done fast with pure strength and skill. These guys know what they’re doing!
My vehicle had broken down on the side of the road and one of the gentlemen that works.There came across the street to help me.The prices were excellent, and the service was so fast and clean they were a blessing
Ask Sohsoh, he’s diagnose car and fix it in a second, I want to 5 different shop and they all said come different, but for Sohsoh, it was a minor fix for him
It's a horrible place to buy used tires, they sell crappy and expensive tires, stay away from this used tires business for your own good. I'll never come back.
Such a great place! I had a blown tire and wasn’t able to get it fixed right away so when I got back to my car I realized that my other tire was flat. Of course my battery powered air pump was dead and they were nice enough to charge my air pump while I waited for my blown tire to be replaced. I’m so happy I came here!
I checked this company out and purchased two tires. When they had finished I noticed the wrong size tires installed on my vehicle. I said something and even though I did not agree to purchasing those (sized)tires was made to feel I was inconveniencing someone if this was to be corrected and since they had my money already I was left with that old saying on my mind that made me feel the old saying "to little to late".
So I said thank you, collected my car and got the heck out. I will go back to getting my tires from a reputable company. FYI to anyone going to this place be weary... It's all "OK business practices" until you hand them money (in my case cash; that went directly into the mans wallet).
What followed after I paid was horrible business ethics. I couldn't help feeling treated like a "processed order" and that I was no longer an appreciated part of the business model.
Lastly one of the mechanics (right in front of me and others) was cursing a prior customer (I can only assume) out on the phone which was eye opening.
This company is going to facilitate another negative stigma and/or impact on our neighborhood and needs to be checked hard immediately.
My family has been in Brooklyn Park since it was a township and so the locally owned businesses means an awful lot.
I'll end this short but needed review with this... Quality over quantity and understanding your customers is a vital parts of a successful business.
Sad to see things falling apart more and more in what was a beautiful part of Minnesota not so long ago.
Got a flat tire they stay open later than the others that close at 5 or 6 when people get off work. They got me in right away 20 minutes and vwala I was outta there at 40 w taxes n everything, for a tire replacement. And I didn't choose the cheapest one either.
The gentleman I dealt with was very polite and curious got me in an out all together took him about 20 gave me a deeecent tire 4 80 bucks all in all it was a great experience went to Elliott Park auto before that and they said we have to do all 4 I said why do you want to do all 4 and I only need one so I got it towed from there all about making a dollar with them glad I found this place saved me a cool thousand dollars I appreciate them and that
Needed a quick tire fix and they were literally the only place that said they could do a repair in short time. Ended up just being a bad valve stem. In and out in 30 minutes, even with other jobs in progress. Every other tire shop said they couldn't promise a simple drop off repair same day. Appreciate shops like this and use them. It may not be as pretty as the corporate big box shops but they get work done!
The guys here are great!!! Very affordable prices. Also, had everything I needed in stock and changed tires with the quickness!! Had needed spark plugs replaced and they did that quickly and efficiently. Also gave me insight to what I had going wrong with my vehicle. Thanks again guys
They replaced 2 bad ties for cheap. One tired had a slow leak so I brought it back the next day. The man remembered me and before asking for a receipt he said we'll change it right away for you. Great customer service and low cost. Will definitely use in the future
Had a blowout this evening. Saw this place and thought "great I can leave it there till tmrw and they will get a tire on it". Nope they have signs saying they will tow overnight parking?decided to use my aaa and find a tire at the tire guy in osseo tmrw whom has no such signage. Bad business model when your business is tires. Nobody plans a blowout.
They were fast and professional, the place I took my vehicle to previously put the tire bolts on extremely tight, and they were able to get it off and changed when I had several other places try to get it off.
I needed a tire re-mounted onto a new rim, and really appreciated prompt and attentive service as a walk-up customer, within a half hour I left content with the great service received, half as happy as my subaru which was back rolling on a full size tire!

Came to buy used tires for a truck, they offer me some really bad tires I reject the offer and All of a sudden they found a set of good tires. When they switch the tires the guy told me that he broke a sensor and asked me to come back because both of our schedules were busy, When I came back she said I need to pay for the Sensor, I went back in for with him and he finally asked me to go down the street get it fixed and he was going to pay for half of it. I came for affordable tires and I end up paying extra to get my car fixed.
I decided to give this local shop a try and it will be the last time I come to this place. Bought two used tires, a bit overpriced but I wanted to support a local shop. As a former tire tech I was not pleased on how they went about their job. They didn't balanced my wheels, I asked and they said they wouldn't. They tightening the lugs without using torque sticks. After I payed a for the service they wanted to throw in the old tires into my trunk, I simply said no and that it was their responsibility to get rid of them.
These people dont know what they are doing. Call them and they said they could install ANY size tires. Went there and they told me they cant work with my tires because it's too big. Dont say ANY size if you cant do any size tires. Plus they dont even know what spacers are smh. Would give them zero stars or negative stars if I could.
If there was a zero option they get ZERO stars,!! I bought a tire 3 days ago, it loss air later that day. I go back the next day for a replacement tire and all they did was patch it saying there was a nail to which I replied then you sold me a tire with a nail in it. Today my tire is completely FLAT!!! Mind you I have had to put air in every day since. I don't recommend this place to anyone...
