Shane and Jesse were very nice. They explained everything that needed to be done on my car. They are working with me to fix the most urgent things first due to me not being able to afford all of it at once. They called back when they said they would and had the gasket replacement done the same day as promised. Thank you both for being so kind, accomadating, honest.

I appreciate how this shop prides itself on putting the customer first. Honestly, this is not a common occurrence anymore. I also feel like the explanation of suggestions is done really well at victory.
Victory auto is the new name on this place, but I’ve been going here for years since it was called autopro. It still has the same helpful, friendly staff, efficient service, and is very straightforward about assessing and helping with what your car needs. Recently I was in a car wreak and had it towed to here. They were very helpful in the process as I decided what to do with my car, and one of the staff even went above and beyond to help me get a ride while I didn’t have a vehicle. Other times I have been able to get a loaner car from them when my car needed to stay for more then a day.
At first I was hesitant over the name change to Victory Tire and Auto but Brett really put my mind at ease! Not only do they have digital inspections again but even more quality care in everything they do. I felt comfortable from the first time walking in talking to Jesse and Chase and then Brett really wowed my entire experience while helping me with my 2015 Nissan Altima that kept losing air in the tires. Consider me no longer concerned over a name change! Thank you Victory Tire and Auto!
I have been going to this Auto Repair shop for many years. The staff there are very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I have always had a five star experience when they work on my cars. They do honor their warranty if some fix needs to be revisited. That has only happened once and it was the part that failed not the work. I have recommended this shop to my friends and they too had a great experience. Will keep returning for maintenance and repairs.
The main reason I came here was because the previous owners had a great online inspection and authorization system. However, upon arrival they didn’t have an online report at all because they were currently undergoing a computer software change to Victory Auto’s system.
The people were nice and helpful, but I ended up getting charged $70 more than we agreed. There was no invoice printed before I had to pay. I didn’t notice till I was home reviewing the paperwork thinking the amount seemed higher than expected.
My wife and I recently purchased two used cars from a dealership in Brooklyn Park. We brought them to Victory Automotive for pre-purchase inspections. Extremely happy with the service we received! They were quick and thorough. They caught a couple issues, which gave us leverage to ask the dealership to fix them before we bought. Victory made us feel confident that we weren't buying lemons. Shoutout to Chase for being so wonderful! Clearly he has a knack for customer service. You couldn't ask for a more friendly person to work with. If I lived in Brooklyn Park, I would definitely make them my primary mechanic. Highly recommend!
Was quoted 700 for just thermostat and coolant exchange. 700! What a rip off. Chase seem ok at first then got impatient with me because he kept talking as Im deaf I couldn’t understand every word he said so I asked him to please write instead and he said he won’t write to me as my daughter heard him. Not really good people and bad service to be offering 700 for two simple basic things he mentioned “5 years warranty and best employees” to reason his quote 700. I don’t know if he trying to take advantage me because I’m deaf and a female or what. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
I was able to get in the next day and they had my vehicle done when they said it would be. Friendly staff and they didn't try to sell me additional work. Cost was appropriate. Definitely going back as needed!
It was amazing experience for me, because they communicated everything in detail to me. The guy I talk to even helped made it lower price for me to afford to get my car going. For my first time bringing my car to a car shop as a female it was great. Didn't over charge or treat me like I was stupid as a female. I got the most respect by them and they fixed all my problems. I'd recommend them to anyone!
I brought my car in for an oil change and it was fantastic! I was able to schedule the appointment online quickly. Dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by lunch time. Very affordable!

I've been in twice and each time they were super friendly and accommodating. They squeezed us in last minute for a brake job that we urgently needed on a Friday afternoon.
I also overheard a conversation with a customer and you can just tell they'll try and look out for you. He was essentially talking someone OUT of getting some work done to avoid dumping money into a pit. Shady mechanics don't do that. Lol.
Maybe not the cheapest, but they're in line, they're thorough, and they warranty their work. I'll definitely be back for future needs.
I called all the highest reviewed shops around town for my problem, and these guys were the highest rated. Once I spoke to Darrin and got the help I needed I understood why Auto Pro Auto Services were rated as the best of the best. It feels good to get your car fixed, but it might feel better knowing you found the shop you want to use for all future problems.
