  I called my sister this morning of course she was at work like normal. I'm checking with her because her kids are at home by themselves because of the weather. Why does this employee start talking about my sister being on Section 8? Why is that a factor because you're late for work? They can keep doing stuff like this in that store, but Renee is not in Minnesota alone. Her family and her entire family live in Minnesota, and if we gotta show up at that store so she is protected at work and not in a hostile environment, that's what we're gonna do. Dont worry about where my sister lives. I bet her house is bigger than yours, Section 8 or not. I've read these reviews, worry about giving the customers the correct parts before you worry about where Renee lives. Get to work on time before you worry about where Renee lives. Are you petty enough to be angry because she got that nice Tahoe, too? My sister is smarter than yours. Ha‼‼ ha‼‼‼ These men just too disgusting and petty. Don't mess with Renee. You got a woman for a boss. If you don't like it, quit your job, ninja, and she aint taking yall bullshit‼‼‼

  I bought a used car this spring and it had after market wheels that needed a special lug nut drive key. After going to 2 other auto part stores. I told Joseph at O'Reilly auto parts what I needed and he checked the computer and went right to the right lug nut set. Then found the special lug nut key and grabbed it from the back. We walked out to the car and the FIRST lug nut key Joseph tried worked! Amazing knowledge at this O'Reilly's to find the right item on the first try! This is after failing at two other major auto part stores. I'm so happy I can actually take my wheels off now and change my brakes!

  Worker had no idea how to replace and install battery, almost damaged the battery terminal and made assumptions it was already damaged. I now do it with a blind fold on. These guys and overall orielly hires run of mill, dogdy workers, use computers to find parts but have little to no knowledge of how to install or it would make sense to buy or match a part. Few and thin who at this chain are geared enough to be as helpful as an auto parts store worker supposed to be.

  Was in a pinch stranded on 610 with a flat tire, they sold me the wrong lock lug for my car and ended up costing me way more for uber. Will not go here again (I am mechanicly inclined)

  Went here for a replacement of my back windshield wiper. Even though they did not have the part I needed, service rep Nick directed me to another location that did. He was charmingly nice and very accommodating. Great job!!

  This is the first time I have been to this location since another location in the city has been a disappointment. I had ordered two brake calipers a prior day which came from the warehouse. When I went to purchase these in the morning around 11 a.m., I looked over the calipers and thought everything was there but I was wrong. I did not start on the repair until 7 p.m. and then noticed one of the calipers were missing the bleed cap. I called the store and Nick picked up, he was very friendly. He was able to locate my old parts I had brought in earlier and he was fine with me coming in to grab the caps from the old parts. He told me to go in and ask Greg or Anthony for help since he was done for the day. As I got in, Greg knew right away my purpose and brought out the passenger side calipers. Anthony stepped in and flicked it off with a small tool. I had asked for the other bleed cap since I was already in the store and Greg brought it out and Anthony flicked that one off as well. Long story short, Nick, Greg, and Anthony were the friendliest and most helpful staff members I have met at this location. I will totally be back to this specific location. Keep up the great work guys!!!

  I always go to O'Reilly's for my parts. If the store I go to doesn't have the part I need there is always another O'Reilly's close that has my part. I had a friend who had a big brake failure and I got the parts in one shot. I would like others to know that if the part you need has a core charge and you don't have the core with when you get the part, you can always return the old damaged core for the price of the core charge. But always check first with the parts person.

  My experience here was excellent. I went in looking for a passenger windshield wiper and the gentlemen were more than helpful. When I got there they were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and reassured me (even though he was with a customer) that he would be right with me to help me out. Then he asked my car descriptions and just to be sure he was grabbing the right wiper he wanted to see my car to ensure the right fit. After he got the windshield wiper he then asked if he could confirm that the wiper would do the trick so he secured the wiper on the car for me! To say the least, the experience I had from Autozone to O'Rileys is not even comparable - without a doubt I will be taking my business here.

  Helpful and friendly employees helped me fix a problem with my car in minutes for $5! The guy even came outside to look inside my engine for me. Excellent customer service, will be back (hopefully not soon!)!!!
