Went in on a Sunday to order a muffler and tail pipe, gave them the truck info and he pulled up a bunch of trucks that weren't mine and told me that there is to many to chose from and to go home and measure the muffler and pipe. I left angry and went to lunch, during lunch I found the parts on your web sight. Went in Thursday and ordered them and the lady found them ok with a little help of my part numbers. Picked up the parts Saturday and the muffler had two dents in it. Looked like a dent from a fork from a forklift. The inlet was bent in but I got it pounded out. Bought 2 muffler clamps and one box was missing a nut. I was out in the county, no store for miles but i manged to find a nut.I used to love O'Reilly but it's getting fustrating.

An OReilly that was put of 5w20 motor oil. Actually 2 OReilly's I went to did not have enuf 1qt bottles to do an oil change of Valvoline Advance. The 3rd store did have 6 qts!

Worst place to buy a battery, they won’t give you a core charge for your old battery! By going here, you’ll lose out on getting $12 for your old battery. Go anywhere else!

Picked up 2 oil Filters for my Dodge Ram 1500 2011. Once I was home, drained the oil and removed the filter I discovered that the oil filter they gave me was literally twice the size of the one I took off. So I went back thinking thay they just grabbed the wrong one but according to their computer the bugger one was the correct one, So I typed it into their website. And the correct one came up right away, so there was something wrong with your computer/date, etc but In my opinion, if they can't even get an oil filter correct on one of the most popular vehicles in the world. I don't trust them to get anything right plus they did absolutely nothing to compensate me for all my time. I would have been better off just going to valvoline.

The only person who knows what they are doing at this store is the old guy. I understand that the staff are new but it literally took everyone in the store to get me a battery. Not sure where the breakdown is here but this folks need more training or someone needs to do better at hiring capable staff.

I help people out of tight spots as I own a mobile repair service. A customer of mine purchased rotors and front pads for his car. He hired me to install them at his home for $120 +all parts. My typical charge including my fuel cost to drive to your location 1 time anywhere in the Twin Cities Area for front brake replacements. After arrival, removal of 1 front wheel, caliper, etc., I explained in detail how good the pads & rotors looked. I then undid what was already done and proceeded to the other front. While walking around the rear of the car I looked and felt through and around the rear wheels I found that the 1st rear wheel I inspected was missing 1 pad completely and the rotor was damaged. Right away I removed the wheel and tire and advised the customer. He then said, "but Shawn I had another mechanic car dealer guy do the rear brakes and I paid him $180 +parts. There were no new rear pads or rotors installed here I said to him. He replied, "huh? That must be why he blocked me then?". I drove us to this O'Reilly's where he purchased the front pads n rotors. The exchange was quick. The other parts we needed were in stock and more inexpensive than the front parts we didn't need. Saved my customer $25 I replaced them instead of both front customer tipped me the $25 savings happily knowing I looked out for him and only did what was needed properly, quick, and with pictures of the caliper supposedly done without a pad loose bolts and incredibly overtightened lug nuts to ward off anyone who might uncover the scammers' wicked ways. Please be careful and lookout for possible scammers out there Everyone!!

Still the best Auto store...This has been the best Auto Parts store I've been to. The employees are amazing and I'm there almost every day either to chat about parts and get ideas or I'm spending money on parts to fix vehicles. Thank You Rob, Tim, Josh for helping me almost every day And one of the managers I can't remember his name he's awesome and enjoy his ideas.

I bought a battery here and a few other items that totaled up just under $200. A few days later I returned the battery and got my car issue resolved elsewhere. I was too busy to return the product myself so I sent my wife there with the receipt and product but I forgot to give the original form of payment. The manager helped my wife with the return and stated she did not need the original form of payment because she provided a receipt and that the return would automatically go to the original form of payment. He then provided her a receipt and told her to wait a few days and I should see the return. I never received a refund. I waited weeks to a month before pressing the issue. This same manager then had given me documents of the original purchase and the return to figure things out with my bank in which they still never seen the return. I eventually let him speak personally to my bank and he then determined the refund was issued to a completely different bank. I then was contacted by HR who then tried stating the refund was issued to my wife who never used a card to return the product and also does not own the banking accounts they provided us and we cooperated and provided them the accounts we owned and after speaking with HR again, a refund was issued but later that night they took the refund back and they shrugged it off and stated they did not want to lose any money because they had issued a refund already to an account me nor my wife owned. When I disputed the transaction with my bank, they provided my bank with receipts to make it seem like they provided me the refunds originally.

Place felt a little shady but I got what I went there for at a very reasonable price. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Not sure how these guys manage to stay in business in the age of Amazon, but I appreciate there being brick and mortar businesses that I can visit to casually peruse through the store to see their line of offerings.

Bad service, no help with employees they just sit around and look depressed to be at work. You ask for help they have an attitude the worst place. A customer car battery went died in front of the store and she asked them for help, no employee came to help her, my husband had to help this lady. Because the employees was to busy sitting on there a** what kind of service is that, very disappointing.

I came in two months ago to purchase a new car battery. As someone not knowledgeable in vehicles, I had thought my issue with the vehicle stalling was due to an old battery since I was at the dealership days prior, and they told me my problem could be the battery. However, after talking with Glenn about the issue, we agreed to have him perform an electrical diagnostic on my vehicle free of charge. The results concluded that the vehicle's battery was still good; however, the alternator needed replacing. Most importantly, I could have wasted money on a new battery for no reason believing it was the issue, to have only spent more money replacing the actual problem at the dealership later. Overall, asking Glenn a simple question saved me so much hassle and money. He did me a solid. Keep up the great work, Glenn!!!

I had a very memorable interaction on 10/10/22 with Glenn and a woman who's name I did not get. As a woman I usually get mansplained and talked down to when I do anything related to auto care. That was NOT the case with Glenn. He treated me like a human. He was kind and listened to the symptoms, tested the battery and alternator and offered other suggestions when both of those tested within normal limits. Thank you, Glenn and your coworker who you were training how to use the diagnostic tool.

Fast & Friendly store..Thanks!! Plus warehouse is local if part ever not in store....Side Note: The Warehouse helpers used to be nicer., now you wait out in the elements while they retrieve your parts, sometimes quick, alot of times SLOW!! 9+ minutes

Terrible Terrible management here i was there 06/08/2022 and heard the gm manager talking to one of the employees i believe it was a female employee like they was a child they was on the phone yelling at them because a schedule situation quite frankly he/she thats management should be disciplined for being unprofessional i feel sorry for the employees here i would never want to be treated like that.... I've been a few times and seen the family environment team that used to work here disappeared i guess its that Terrible of person y'all call manager

Kai was amazing and kind! Highly recommend this location, excellent service. Kai replaced 3 wiper blades and an air filter in 13 degrees with no complaint, I really appreciate him going over and above. So wonderful, and I lft with a huge smile knowing I was taken care of. Thanks again, Kai!!

I talked to the online representative regarding car battery replacement. They said I could take my car to the nearest local shop to buy a new battery and the shop will install it for me for free. The information regarding the free battery replacement service can also be found on the website. Guess what? I came to the shop and the staff there said they didn't offer such service. Such a waste of time. Please communicate with your staff before promise about the service because I could've gone else where, where someone could actually help me. So there. I would give 0 star if I could.

Meh experience. Customer service was ok at best. Didn't have a part but sent us to the distribution center where I had most likely the worst service. Waited an HOUR for on air filter at the distribution center and the employees were just... Awful. 0 customer service training. Not a I'm so sorry. Not a let me see what I can do to speed this along. Will not shop here again due to these two experiences.

The guy's name was Glenn; he was super helpful and though I had to pay for a lowbeam bulb that he helped put it in for free during the coldest part of the year without any extra unnecessary steps like popping out huge parts. On top of that, he honored the company's veterans' discount; which I always appreciate even though some companies are wishy-washy about when it applies. THANKS GLENN!

I live 1200 miles from here and had a brake stop light bulb go out. I asked for the bulb and explained that I didn't have tools with me and asked to borrow some. Not only did they have the tools but changed the bulb for me. Customer service above expectations!
