I needed to buy 1 inch HD foam. Spoke to a representative and told her I was a consumer. She told me the foam was in stockI. went to Rochford to buy the foam and was told they no longer sold to individual consumers. So sad! I made a trip for nothing!!!!

What happened to Steve Varing? He was so helpful. Plus everytime I call now I sit on hold forever just so you can tell me your out of stock of very common Seabrook vinyl colors and others. Then you try and push something new that is garbage! . The changes you made are very poor. Been using you since 1999.
I never received tracking for my items, and I figure someone stole it off my porch, as i called Rochford and they said it was delivered. Rochford was of no help whatsoever, although I understand someone stealing isn't their fault.
I'm shocked by this company's lack of customer service. I purchased a 10 foot length of a product as a "test purchase" prior to ordering 360 feet. When I placed the larger order they sent me something else, and now have been dodging emails and phone calls, and taking absolutely no accountability.
I suppose they only provide customer care for account holders. I've never had a company just tell me: "Oh well, stinks for you and your small business."
Listed as in store shopping, but doors are locked and phones are not answered in middle of the day. Spoke with warehouse guy and he said you need to call a sales rep who can let you in. On hold for 6 minutes after a phone tree and then their system hung up on me. Don’t waste your time.
Solid place for hard to find outdoor recreational fabrics and related supplies. You can pick out your materials and put your hands on it before you receive it.. I’ll be back for other materials
I always get a real person whenever I call and ordering is easy. Prices are fair and my orders always arrive quickly. Selection and quality are superior to anything else that I have tried.
I called Rochford for some specs on one product and ended up with the whole project 85% planned with Mike Lee's assistance. It doesn't get any more pro than this. Why would I go anywhere else? Thanks Mike!
I want to say, that their product (Pontoon Vinyl) is absolutely the best that I've seen. They did miss the shipping date. With that said, Rochford supply made up for their slight error and took care of the shipping charge for me. All in all, a very upstanding company. Do not hesitate to do business with them!!
They have a great inventory to choose from and a ok price for the items but their shipping charges double the cost of the purchase. On one item it was over double the price of the item. So beware to take this into account when you are looking to purchase from them.
Great product are found here for sewing and upholstery. They may be short staffed. They Appeared almost to busy to give us time. But it was sufficient. Thanks.
I just recently began patronizing this company. I used to buy my upholsterly supplies on Amazon and another company. But it's so much more convenient to buy from Rochford. I can get my things the same day and everyone is so friendly. I love how they bring it right to your car too. I love the quality of their dacron.
Steve Varing knew the process and recommended a Youtube also so I could see what procedures others have used.The Infinity vinyl was really nice to work with and feels great walking on it.They rolled and wrapped it real well too. Thank You

I have been ordering from them for years. I started with other companies, but these people have been consistent throughout the years. Have there been some glitches? Why yes, but overall no one has beat them and I don't want to try.
A few years ago I was assigned to a particular sales person and that has helped a lot.
They are the fastest shipping company I order from. Sometimes I order in the late afternoon and it is always shipped out that day. They also package their products well and and efficiently.
Very deception company when it come to placing out of state orders. I called and talked to a lady about receiving fabric samples because I was interest in the Nautolex line that they carry. I was told that it would be $50.00 for they sample book. I at that point ask why is their a charge for samples.....while being a fabric/designs store myself....we never paid for sample books from bigger companies like Keystone Bros, Miami Corp. Larry Dennis etc... that just to name a few. I was told because they were open to the public and they charge for their sample books.
I agree to paid the $50.00 for their fabric sample booklet because in our line of business it never hurt to have addition suppliers. So I placed the order and was told that what I would be charged $50.00 after given the sale rep lady my CC information on 02/19/2020.
The next day on 02/20/2020 I was notified of a transaction of $76.78 charged on my card from Rochford Suppy. I have an idea that the extra charged is for shipping. But the point is that I was not told that the sample book would be $50.00 plus shipping. I was told that I would be charged $50.00. The company is close now but I will contact them in the AM.
I am just very disappointed that this company believe that they have the right to make addition charge on my CC without my permission.
I have been buying from these guys for many years, shipping to the west coast. I have always been super happy with their products and services. I have done a lot of marine, auto, cover work with their products. I used to buy and ship when I lived in CA and was about to place another order, but just realized since I moved to MN I am down the street, now I am super excited to be able to drive there! Great place!
Full 50 yard roll of their fish house fabric was slit at different company, turns out to only have 46 yards? 100 yard roll of 18oz RSI slit and only measures 94 yards??? Owner replies we do not have control but would not pull roll out of their stock to varify, not a answer. Last straw, I placed an order of 16 yards of clear vinyl to make (12) 1.5 square pieces for my job. 4" short... request 1.5 yard piece shipped asap at my own expense. I have had an account with Rochford for over 5 years and thousand of dollars while I ran Canvas World MN. They refused to pick up the $23.10 cost to replace this shortage. BBB complaint yeild resolve, they credit funds this amount to my card. The sursprise, next order called in, "your account has been closed" Really?
Fabric Supply Inc. might be a hair higher in price but 100% customer service. Buyer beware at Rochford. Sadness
Upper Management has a lack of personality and vision. But the sales associates are great! Fire the owner and hire someone who has a personality and customer service skills...just saying ..
Iam not a big buyer by any means about 5 times in the last 15 years. but they treat you are. GREAT customer service love it they can make a quick of your order history and are more than willing to help in every way.
