I had a very disappointing experience with this company. During delivery, they damaged my trailer roof, e-tracks on both sides and also bent a heavy duty expensive load bar all just because the unloader was either careless or didn’t know how to take it out properly. and instead of taking responsibility or even trying to resolve the issue, they denied everything. I provided all the necessary proof, but they refused to acknowledge their mistake. This shows a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. If you value your equipment and want peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking for a more reliable company that stands behind their actions.
Went to store and they sent me here to pick up the item .You ring a bell and they have no inside customers area.You stand out in the cold and rain for 15 minutes waiting on them to get your part then. Terrible.
Nice to have a relatively close warehouse, not gonna lie I’ve waited at the customer pick up for a half hour more than once, waiting for a part that should have been ready on will call. I’ve also been in and out in five minutes before too, but when you’re standing there and someone else shows up to pick up parts the first question they’ll ask is how long you been waiting?
Order your parts and it takes 45 minutes to an hour and a half to get them. And a lot of times they aren’t the right parts. Orielly has gone down hill in the last 20 years since they blew into town and began the takeover. Starter out as good prices and now they are overpriced garbage.
Need to work only appointment for delivery they are fast once you are in dock. If you come early you will wait they wil call you if there is missing appointment. Before you. No over night parking
7am appt, checked in on time and got a door within 10mins. Unloading was fast; less than 25mins spent in the dock. Friendly folks. Would deliver here again.
The service sucks. Those who work there serve you in a bad mood. Yesterday I went to pick up some brakes and I had to wait 30 minutes. I had to ring the bell 3 times to ask them.
If you are delivery here, appointment is very important. Be on time on your appointment. The receiving door will open five in the morning net
my appointment was five they give me a door 5:05am and they finish unloading 5:45am
The lady provided good service, but they are definitely understaffed. There were 2 people waiting for someone to answer the doorbell. Took the service personan another 5 minutes to answer the door. Didn't seem like enough people to pick the orders and answer the buzzer.
The checking receiving office it’s unprofessional she’s look like New hired She took my phone number and 4hours sitting my truck then she say door 18 , 19 wait then Is empty almost that 4 hours waiting her call anyway, it's not a good place a truck drivers . I hate people dealing like that the Truck drivers showing disrespect
Absolutely amazing service. My husband and I ordered the part we needed from AutoZone, and we went to pick it up they didn't have it and were no help at all mind you we ordered the part 2 day's ago... SOOOOOOO WE CONTACTED O'REILLY'S AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART IN THEIR STORE, BUT TOLD US WE COULD COME PAY FOR IT, AND TAKE OUR RECEIPT RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD, AND PICK IT UP AT THEIR WAREHOUSE. I LOVE LOVE LOVE O'REILLY'S THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT WE NEED WHEN WE NEED IT, OR THEY WILL ORDER IT IMMEDIATELY OR LIKE THEY DID TODAY HAVE US PURCHASE THROUGH THE STORE, THEN GO STRAIGHT TO THE WAREHOUSE TO PICK UP WITH OUR RECEIPT. I WOULD GIVE 10 STAR'S IF I COULD.
If you want to find this place look for the skeletons that have been waiting to get their parts. Whoever runs this probably never had to pick up a part from here because they have you ring a doorbell then I sat outside for 10 mins and am still waiting for someone to pick up my part for me. No benches or sitting area but at least they have a nice new cigarette but holder so I can wait on the ground free from butts. Seen lots of employees walk by one even asked if us three customers were texting eachother but none asked to help or seemed in the least hurry. I’ve spent so much money here they can afford a bench for me to sit on.
Well it's just awesome we had the long weekend days and we did came in so late but we made it thank God appt was at 5 am got there at 9 am and they told us they would work on something for us so we sat there and less then a hour we was in a dock thank you guys Sara and all the crew just great many blessings
Horrible service. I understand that it's the distribution center and I get it...they get busy... but I arrived at 4pm on a Friday. Rung the door bell and an older employee answered and grabbed my receipt for my part. A different customer arrived at 4:15pm and got his part at 4:20pm. At 4:25pm an employee came out, so I figured I would ask her how long it would be.... she said she would check on it. 4:28pm the employee who grabbed my receipt came out and said "someone is grabbing your part".... 4:32pm the young lady who I had asked about the part came out with my part. Thanks to her, I didn't have to wait an additional whatever amount of time. Overall, I would not recommend. Just go to Autozone.
Stopped by today to pick up a part I had ordered from a local store. The service was very good and they went out of their way to accommodate a special request from me.
It's consistently taking about an hour or more to pick up parts from this warehouse. Nobody seems to care. They don't even come to the door to acknowledge you for over half an hour.
I came to pick up a tool and waited 10 minutes for them to take my invoice and go pull it. Watched employees park in handicapped spots, crash company trucks into the building while waiting 20 more minutes for my tool. Customers had been there for 40 minutes waiting for the items. Almost would have been faster to have them drive it to my local store.
Very good place for drivers I checked in about 15 minutes b4 8am and they was cool the assigned me to a inside doc I think it took longer for me to line up with the door then it took them to unload me was done by 845. Thanks again
Justin was very nice over the phone and helped unloading my driver 1 hour before his appointment.
He did have to wait few hours though. Try to check with them before you deliver, especially if you booked it with TQL, those guys always lie
Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have part, they will arrange to get rapidly or hold at warehouse. Our first choice for auto supplies, and we buy a lot.
