Avoid this shop at all costs they are better more professional shops in the area these guys will tell you you need xyz to fix the issue on your car and then charge you for it not actually fixing it then when you call them about it they will tell you they’ll look at it then when you get there 10 minutes later oh we need you to come tomorrow no sorry no nothing for just making me drive for no reason then I come the next day tells me he won’t look at cause he heard what I said when I walked out cause he wasted my time so I bring it in to a different shop the part that was the issue the whole time that they said they checked was actually bad and my mechanic had to re do some of the work cause it looked like a third grader did it and turn out the issue the whole time was a sensor I asked if they checked before doing all the other stuff first they said yes but turns out that was what was bad the whole time so they didn’t check it like they said and no where in the receipt does it say they checked the sensor I URGE YOU AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST
I’ve lived here in BP for 5 years and have been burned twice by “reputable” auto shops. I don’t expect it to be free but I want it to be honest. I stopped using the last two shops because I caught them each in a lie about what my vehicle needed.
I recently went to BPAuto Service based on the recommendation of a neighbor and I was very impressed. They were upfront about the costs and to my surprise they were able to clean up and reinstall my current part saving me hundreds of dollars. It’s now a month later and everything is working fine. I am so glad I found Brooklyn Park Auto. I had been having brake trouble for some time and had my Honda seviced by another shop. Frustrated with their inability to fix the problem - I brought my car to Brooklyn Park Auto.
I was so impressed that they took the time to ask questions and find out what was going on both in the initial phone call to set up the appointment and then again when I dropped it off. That is a rarity in many shops who are more concerned with quantity of cars they are able to push through rather than quality of service being provided to the customer.
I explained what was going on and the mechanic was pretty certain he knew exactly what was going on and HE DID! My brake issue is fixed and brakes have been running like buttah! Smooth and no issues whatsoever.
As if the customer service couldn't be any better - they took video of the problem to SHOW ME when I picked the car up and explained in detail what happened and what they did to fix it.
Great customer service, fair pricing (less expensive than where I was going before), efficient and accurate service! What more can you ask for?!!! A+++

It's surprisingly hard to find a competent, honest and fairly priced mechanic who stands by his work these days, but Nooh is all those things. Can't recommend enough

these guys gave me a quote for pads and rotors $200 less than another mechanic in town. They totally helped me to see that I was being ripped off by the other guys! I appreciate this place And will definitely bring my car to them in the future!
This place was amazing from start to finish! Looked at my vehicle even though someone i personally know took some of my vehicle a part to try and fix it. But the person I knew was not sure and couldn't finish the job and when I brought my vehicle here they figured it out within a couple hrs. Very reasonable place. Will definitely use this place again for any auto repairs.
Great service. Priced lower then the quotes I could find other places online! They were honest and trustworthy. Very good at communicating. Just moved to Brooklyn park and will be using them as my mechanics for now on.
He was very thorough with my diagnostic and honest about the repairs being more than what the car was worth and that is much appreciated. for the next 3 months while I'm here in Minnesota if I have to go back to take my car anywhere I will bring it back to him.
I called over 9 to 10 mechanics/businesses/mechanic shops and they all said that they were not available and they had no openings and I said this was an emergency because I have a Cadillac Escalade stretch limousine they had an electrical issue and the alternator went out there was two alternators and they replaced one that I already had that was brand new in the box, so I called these guys thinking hopefully that they would be available and could save the day,
I just dropped off a whole wedding group at the church in this Cadillac Escalade stretch limousine I didn’t tell the wedding group that battery lights in the dashboard were going off and the alternator was going out I played it off as if everything was gonna be OK and I called this mechanic shop and they said if you can be in here in 10 minutes will work on your vehicle and we can look at it.
it only took them about 14 minutes and the car was up and running electricity was being charged to the whole car and power in the whole back the radio The air conditioning and they installed the new alternator I have already bought! Noah is a wizard at what he does literally I would’ve been screwed and we would’ve had a refund so much money to these people because they would’ve been stranded on the road in a Cadillac Escalade stretch limousine thanks Noah! He reminds me of the mechanics at the Mercedes dealership! Fast and efficient but also checks over everything to make sure he didn’t miss everything is was shocked because I used to work at Mercedes for 4 years !
They definitely will be having our car come over to there shop in a heart beat if there is any issues with our fleet of limousines!
Had my 06 sequoia rack and pinion replaced. Brought my own part so was only charge for labor. Took a little longer as expected though due to the infamous MN rust. Would highly recommend.

My caliper started leaking the day before I called, and they were able to get me in the same day. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They even offered us a ride home after we said we would just be walking a mile home while they were completing the repairs! Plan on returning here for future auto care needs.
My car got stranded from a dead battery, had the tow truck but we were away from home and had nowhere to bring it. Called multiple places, and due to the holidays none were able to help us that day (which I understand). However, we called this place and they were able to take care of it right away despite having other cars. The quoted us a fair price ahead of time and couldn’t be more happy with the experience. If you’re in the area, definitely check it out next time you need service.
Note: Location is sort off odd, pushed back with some other business in a small lot. But do not be discouraged.

I recently took my Buick Enclave to their shop. I was nervous, as this was the first time I have used them and this was a big project with a full timing kit change. Craig and Noah were very up front and polite. I did have a few additional struggles after, in which Craig and Noah made it right. One of the issues had nothing to do with the work they completed. Noah and Craig took the time to explain, show me, and even help me with cost to get it fixed, knowing it was additional monies I wasn't expecting. The other issue they took full credit for and even came to me to get fixed. It's easy to give great reviews when everything goes right, but I am still giving a great review when things didn't go perfect. The truck now runs like new and I will be back again for sure. Best Auto repair shop I've ever been too! Great quality work, they show their work (you know your not being ripped off or take advantage of by selling stuff you don't need) & my favorite thing, they let you bring your own parts in! HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone I know!
I brought a car here for a Pre-Sale Inspection. Noah took the time to thoroughly check out every part that could have issues. He discovered the transmission had been replaced - this is something that didn't come up on Autocheck or Carfax, so it was good to have that information. I called him on Thursday and was able to come in Saturday, even though the shop is normally closed then.
Noah is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel confident that I knew what was going on with the car and this helped me at the dealership. The price for the inspection was even better than I expected as well. I think I just found my main mechanic!

This is the best service that I've received in the state of Minnesota. The customer service is the best in town. They had my car running like brand new. They even followed up to guarantee their customer satisfaction. It feels good to know that when you have car issues there is a place in town that will get you back on the road riding good!

This guy was awesome. Had to bring in my car that needed a lot of work. Went to another shop and got quoted for $2500.00 A friend of mine told me to check out Brooklyn Park Auto. I was able to get all the work done at a much lower cost than what I was quoted from the previous shop. I've found it very hard to find an honest mechanic but this shop really took care of me i will for sure be back for my auto needs.
Noah is an excellent mechanic, knows his stuff and is very honest and friendly. I never felt, as a woman, that I'm going to be taken advantage of going to Brooklyn Park Auto for my auto repair needs (which have been huge lately). Will definitely bring all my car issues to Noah in the future.
Noah is a great mechanic. Hes excellent at diagnosing the problem, giving you an up front estimate and fixing only what needs to be fixed all at a VERY honest and resonable rate! I've been in a few times already and have been very satisfied!
