When I tell u, I know nothing about cars as a 53 year old woman...I called the Brooklyn Park Batteries plus and spoke with ANNA she told me to come in when i can so i came right away...SHE WAS AMAZING she knew her stuff totally. I thought I'd be there for a while, but like I said i spoke to her before coming...once there she jumped right into it, she thought it would be more challenging to change my battery, she showed nothing but poise, got me in and out in like 15-20 minutes as my battery was a lil more difficult to put in. My 2019 jeep battery was apparently like 6 years old (it said 36 months on the original)
My dad and I walked in and Anna the Assistant Manager was super friendly from the get-go! She was impressive actually she knew her stuff and was so nice and made me feel at ease as I HATE dealing with car issues. She offered to carry the battery to my dad's car

I took my car in to have the battery replaced and they said they could not get it out because it was the wrong size.
I told them they put it in 4 years ago and they said i must have ordered the wrong size.
I explained I used their website that asked what type of car and it still shows this as the correct size.
They said it was my problem and refunded transaction
Batterys plus response to my negative google review was they wanted to correct the problem.
On Monday I was told the location was a franchise and they would contact me the following day imagine my surprise it is Thursday and have not heard a word.
Worst place to buy a battery bought a battery not even 2 months in battery starts to leak was never even installed on my boat store said they will not replace.
This store sucks! I brought in a dead motorcycle battery that wasn't even 8 months old. It tested 1 volt! The employee told me he had to put it on a charger for 3 or 4 days before he could determine if it should be warrantied.
What B.S.! I'll never do any business with them again.
I took my battery and bought a new one at fleet farm.
I searched online for a new battery for my Harley. Batteries plus had an ad with a coupon code that when applied made them the winners hands down. I ordered online, drove the 10 minutes to get there and it was ready and waiting for me. An easy inexpensive fix to my problem.
I have been coming to the Brooklyn Park location for years I get all of my battery needs here from AAA to D, car, Power tools, you name it. I have never been turned away because something was not in stock. The staff are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about all of the products offered, making suggestions without being overbearing or trying to pressure you into other products. The facility from the parking lot to the entire interior is very well lit and clean, ample free off street parking as well.
Brought my watch for a battery. Must have been a bad day for this store. The person working didn't have the proper tools. He basically scratched up the back cover of the watch and never got it off after working for fifteen minutes. I finally said I would take it somewhere else. He really tore it up. Now believe me I am reasonable and can work with people, but then the manager David got smart with me non apologetic. So badservice overall. Never go here again. They need to never work on watches without the proper tools.
The young man that helped me get my truck battery replaced was very helpful and patient. He explained everything clearly and was fast and efficient in replacing it for me.
I was able to find the button batteries I needed on the website with no problem. Very easy to order and checkout. When I picked up my items, the employee found it immediately.

I’ve purchased several batteries from Batteries Plus. Only had to use the warranty once. The warranty process was smooth. The batteries that needed to be replaced were discontinued, so they had to order comparable batteries which ended up being better than the original batteries purchased. The new batteries were more expensive, but I was not required to pay the difference. By far the easiest warranty claim I’ve ever made. Although I am an automotive professional, Batteries Plus offers better products and warranties than the batteries offered at my shop. The old saying “you get what you pay for” holds true and I will exclusively only purchase batteries for my personal use from Batteries Plus.
I worked with Tony J. a few weeks back and finally had to write the boss, just so I can try to get over the good experience and move on! Tony would be a guy I would want working for me. Great attitude and a big smile. You knew he meant it! He had a new battery in my car in about 20 minutes. I could have found a battery anywhere. I don't think I would have found a match for Tony J!
We had a wonderful experience last night. Tony & Tony was super friendly and helpful. We needed a new car battery. Before we arrived, we called the store and they went through all the options with us and even offered to stay after hours if needed to make sure everything was installed for us. We were in and out of there with our new car battery in 15 minutes. Just a wonderful experience. Thank you.
Excellent customer service. Battery in my Samsung Galaxy S6 was replaced with no apparent damage to my phone. Replacing the battery saved me about $1,000 versus the cost of a new phone. Thank you.
Excellent, quick and easy. I placed an online order for a battery pickup, had the pick up approval within 30 minutes. Dave was very friendly, brought the battery out, and made a quick replacement under 5 minutes.
Helpful staff, we had purchased a battery a year ago. We were gone for a week and the keys were left in spouses car with the lights on. Battery drained. They took it and tested, recharged and sent us on our way. Thanks to the warranty.
I made an online appointment for cell phone battery replacement. They were ready when I arrived, gave me a time frame for it to be finished. It was ready on time, returned in good shape. Person at the register was pleasant and thorough.
Bought a Duracell Ultra at this location a year ago for my car. Battery came with a 3 yr warranty. Dealership tested battery during a routine service and said that something was wrong with it. Voltage and cold cranking amps were low even after they charged it. Went in to Batteries Plus with my receipt purchase receipt and the dealership notes. Everything was handled professionally and the battery was replaced under warranty at no expense to me. Kudos to the customer service rep who took care of me today. Makes it highly likely that my next battery will be purchased at Batteries Plus. I am a happy customer.

I've bought new batteries with less than ten minute install. They have awesome value on bulbs too. Last time I was in, $0.17 bulbs!! Capable of producing key fobs as well.
Helpful staff, quick repair turn-around time, amazing selection of products. Great service overall. Got watch batteries installed while in store. Had a couple power tool battery packs rebuilt, now they all perform flawlessly once again. Will definitely return for future needs.
I made an appointment online so that they could replace the battery of an iphone. The technician first tested the cell phone to make sure that the battery was the problem, and after the diagnosis that took a few minutes, he told me to return later to pick up my cell phone in an hour and a half. The work was very well done. The cell phone has no marks that show it was opened. Excellent work and price!

They offer to install your battery (car) however when I pulled up, they were telling another lady that they are not able to install as the connector was corroded onto the post. When it came down to getting my battery installed, I was told the same thing. That I had to go to a mechanic and have it done. I took my battery and left. I got home and changed it myself. I have never done this before, and it seemed that if this is something that is offered at a company, the employees should actually do it, not tell everyone they are not able to do it. Also, the guy that was helping me was extremely rude. No customer service skills at all. However the man that was helping the lady when I pulled up seemed to be very nice.
Ordered on line. Received e-mail saying the batteries we ready. Showed up to pick them up and only one person working. Waited in line to find out that their stock was off. Ended up taking 1/2 hr to find this out. The associate called another store and had to drive there to pick them up.
The associate did the best he could to help but not enough people on duty. I expected that by ordering on line the pick up process would be much better.
