Heartland (previously Galaxy) as I was taking care of my vehicles. They do a great job. They let me know what things need to be fixed now or what things to just keep watching for now. They explain what the problems are in terms I can understand. They do not pressure for up sales. They are honest with their assessments and pricing. They strive to get to know their customers and the vehicles.
And their oil change program cannot be beat.
Heartland Tire always takes good care of me. They give me great pricing, applying every coupon and discount available. They advise me what needs to be done as regular maintenance or more serious repairs like struts and shocks. They are very thorough and patient, never pushy. The tech who worked on my car also asked me personally if everything was ok. Also they had a loaner available for free. I had major maintenance and teapair work done on Friday and Monday last week. Now I think my 2014 car is almost like new again. Thank you, Coby, Mike, and Allen.
As always Mike and his team take great care of our vehicles and make drop off and pick up quick and convenient. Mike is also great to communicate what needs to be done throughout the process and does not suggest unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended and will go back in the future!

Prices are comparable to other auto repair shops. They run a clean store, friendly staff and honest. Got me in right away. I will return when my vehicle needs work. Being honest goes a long way with me.
Had a flat tire enroute from Brainerd to the cities, they bent over backwards to help me get back on the road. Got great tires, service, and gave me a loner car to go to a restaurant the recommended, If you like Hot Beef special,(Beef Commercial to some) go to the West Side Diner, a little dive restaurant with great small town charm.
My husband brought our car there and initially they gave us an accurate estimate for a best case scenario and a worst case scenario, and it ended up being the best case scenario! We greatly appreciated them being upfront about what we might expect. They are honest and took great care of our car. Highly recommended
As usual the service was great The personnel were especially kind of courteous. Mike is a shining example of what an employee should be he runs the shop very well takes care of his guys and really takes care of the customers. He checks on details informs you if there's anything else you need to be aware of and calls you and I have never been more pleased with a company that service is me. No one will ever work on my card except Heartland. Mike is the best
The gentleman at the Conor are very kind and wonderful to work with. The service was great because it was done very quickly speedy and correct. It's so wonderful that they even had a loner car. So I did not have to take time off of work or find another ride. Or wait for my vehicle.
Mike was friendly and transparent, and the technician was professional and did an excellent job. They were able to fix my vehicle and salvage the existing parts, saving me over $100. Additionally, I dropped off my car around 10 a.m., and it was ready by 2 p.m. the same day.
I have taken my vehicles to Mike and the team for several years. I always appreciate the straight forward and honest diagnosis of my cars. I had one garage that was going to charge $2k for a car worth $500. That company didn't thoroughly examine the car and assumed all the parts were unusable. Mike's team realized the damage didn't go as deep and was able to use most of the parts and rebuild it for $300. Great place for full synthetic oil changes - especially if you buy their black Friday deal with multi-packs of oil change vouchers. Nice waiting room. Also appreciate how they check the tire air pressure and top them off for free with oil changes, especially in the cold temps when tire pressure can often get messed up.

Mike and I did not see eye at first when it came to the damage to my wheel. After speaking with upper management, they agree that they will replace the wheel at their cost.
Mike reached out the the vendor and express his concern about the integrity of the wheel because he never had seen something like that before where the bolt holes can be bent up. Mike is not only concern about the damage wheel but the other 3 as well.
The vendor is going to inspect the damage wheel and may be issuing a recall on my entire set of wheels. Mike went above and beyond and want to ensure that my safety comes first. I will recommend their service.
