I recently brought my vehicle in for a windshield replacement at your shop. While I appreciate the work done on replacing the windshield, I was very disappointed with the condition of my car when I received it back.
The interior of my car was left dirty, with dust and debris on the floor and interior panels. Additionally, there were noticeable smudges and stains on the A-pillar fabric and the exterior of the car around the windshield area. This level of mess is unacceptable, especially after a professional service.
I trusted your shop to not only perform the replacement correctly but also to return my car in the same clean condition as when I dropped it off. I kindly ask that you address this issue. At the very least, I expect a proper cleaning of my car to fix the mess left behind.
Aaron was excellent to work with, he was super kind, gave me an estimate in an extremely prompt and professional manner, and was awesome to talk to! He treated me very well and helped me navigate and work through everything step by step, made the process incredibly easy, 10/10 experience! Had to bring in my car for repair due to a minor collision. Cannot express how satisfied I am with the work that was done by Caliber Collision! Not only was I able to get in earlier compared to other places, they were extremely thorough in even the finest of details. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and were able to get me my vehicle back earlier than expected. He made it extremely easy & was very thorough during the repair process. The tech Joe showed me exactly what they’d do to make the repair perfect, results made my vehicle like new. Very pleased with my experience!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the repair service from Caliber Collision. Not only did my car take a month and a half to fix, but the work is still incomplete. I was charged full price, yet I have to bring my car back because the hood and the trim under the passenger-side door still haven’t been installed. Because of the delays, my insurance coverage for the rental car ran out, and I now have to pay $500 out of pocket to cover the extra time.
On top of that, my car now has new issues that weren’t there before. My charger no longer works, and my car is overheating faster than it used to. When I brought this up, I was told that nothing was touched, but that doesn’t change the fact that I now have additional problems after getting my car back.
I was also promised that choosing aftermarket parts would give me a lifetime warranty and speed up the repair process, but that clearly didn’t happen. Instead, I paid full price for incomplete and subpar work, and now I’m stuck with additional costs and issues. This is completely unacceptable, and I need someone higher up to step in, take responsibility, and fix these problems immediately.
They told me and my insurance company that it took 3 weeks to fix it but it took about 5 weeks. They didn’t said before the service.They said the cost about $7,500 but finished $11,500. Thought they tried to take more money from my insurance. Please don’t try your service in here.
This was my first time being hit, and I have never been in this situation before. I was unclear on how to handle it and what was the best way to get my car fixed. I had the privilege to receive help from the Auto Body Professional Benjamin Awaijane. He helped me throughout the whole process of my transaction with Caliper Collision. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my car and he answered every question I had. Overall he relieved all the stress I originally was going through. Going forward I am going to recommend everyone to go to this location and work with Benjamin Awaijane. Benjamin Awaijane is the best out there and there is no one that can substitute his work!
They didn't tell me Insurance wasn't covering damage I would have paid for out of pocket. Felt like I'd have my car back in the 4.5 weeks they estimated per updates given. Instead was extended twice and turned out to be almost 7 weeks. Then 7 miles of driving check engine light came on. Took to dealership. Turns out Caliber dropped a bolt in engine during repairs. Needless to say I would not recommend to anyone.
I wish I could add a great review like so many others here, unfortunately, there were issues with the work I had done. I needed a windshield replacement due to a large, spreading crack. I have a Subaru and went to my local dealership and saw they worked through Caliber for auto glass services. I then booked my appointment through my insurance company. The communication to get the appointment set, drop off, and pick up were excellent. No complaints there. Once I got the car home I noticed that there was a piece near the review mirror that was not reattached correctly when they replaced the glass. I called the shop and they gave me a number for the glass people as they did not have glass onsite. I called the number and it was someone's private number so I never received a call back. I called the shop again and talked to a different person that gave me a different number and informed me that when they have glass cases they call Caliber glass and someone comes to their shop and does the repairs there. I called that number and informed the woman that took my call about what happened. She was apologetic and said she would email her manager right away and I should expect a call later that day. No call came. Meanwhile, the piece the wasn't correctly reattached fell into the housing where the eyesight camera is and I could not retrieve it. It had been nearly a week and still I never received a call. I called back to the Caliber glass and again the woman was apologetic and said she would escalate it to her manager now. Not long after I received a call from the general manager and he said he would dispatch someone to my house to take care of the issue. Later that day a tech came (think her name was Becca) and worked on the car. She got the plastic piece out and reattached it where it needed to go. As she was leaving I noticed that the housing where the eyesight camera is was now cracked where it hadn't been before. I managed to get her attention before she pulled away and told her what I saw. She took a look at it and was apologetic. She took several photos of it with her phone and said she would send them to her manager. They would order a new housing and Caliber Collision would call me once the part was in and replace it. It's now been over two weeks and I have not heard a thing. This is the most drama I've ever had in getting a windshield replaced. I'm assuming this place does great work when there are no issues, but when there are follow-up things that they did wrong, they don't know how to handle it in a timely manner, or in my case, at all. This is the first time I've used Caliber, but I will not use them anymore after this. If you decide to use them after reading these reviews, I hope things go well for you and they do the work correctly the first time. If not, good luck to you. Be prepared for frustration.

Seems every first snowfall our daughter finds herself in a non at fault finder binder. Going through the other party insurance Caliber was on the list and conveniently near. Ben was the staff member that assisted us and kept us updated throughout the process. There was also other staff members I had a chance to connect with (Fred and Sunny) was also amazing. Fantastic people! Front desk gal was super sweet to me, as well as the gentleman who showed me the damages to my car. They both talked me through the process and answered any question I had. As someone who’s never been in an accident before, and didn’t know what to expect out of repair shops they blew me away. They even cleaned my car out for me, and I wasn’t expecting that at all! Recently, I had some major repair work done on my vehicle and worked with Joe. The team that worked on my car did a great job and worked hard to remove the rust and seal the metal to prevent rust from returning. Auto parts were delayed from Honda and Joe worked diligently with me to keep me informed and continued to connect with Honda to find out details on arrival time. I was running out of time with my rental car and insurance coverage due to Honda's difficulty in obtaining certain parts. Joe was helpful in providing me with options that could help me out with this difficult situation. Once the parts were received, Caliber got my car in tip top shape and wound up being done ahead of schedule even after the delay from Honda!! I attribute that to Joe and his team for their persistent care for their customers, consistent communication with the manufacturer along with myself, the client.
