My car died at church in Saint Paul and he hauled my car back home to Brooklyn Park. He quickly got my car home in about 2 hours from when I first called him.
First of all, let me start of by saying, I called 3 supposed 24/7 towing companies in the area with no response before making contact with Sal at 24/7 Towing Company. Don't even bother wasting your time calling other towing companies, Sal at 24/7 Towing Company is where you want to take your business! Sal is an absolute gem! He's professional, patient and extremely understanding. My situation was quite complicated as I was calling from Omaha, NE trying to assist my 76 year-old uncle in the Brooklyn Center, Minnesota area. At the time, my uncle appeared to be experiencing some confusion. A Good Samaritan had picked him on the side of the highway but the car was left behind. Upon speaking with Sal, he immediately jumped into action. I paid for the tow and received the receipt via text thereafter. I then gave Sal the make, model, color and year of the car. Sal inquired about the keys. At that time, I quickly realized my uncle had the keys with him at his hotel. Sal without hesitation offered to go to the hotel and pick up the keys. Very generous... Sal rode up and down the highway until he found the car, confirmed the personalized plates, retrieved the keys from the hotel and towed the car to the designated placed. He sent confirmation via text to include pictures of the car at said designated location when the job was complete. The communication was excellent throughout the process. He called me when my uncle mistakenly stated his hotel was in St. Paul. He called from the highway . He called when he arrived in the hotel lobby for the keys and from auto shop/drop-off location. When all was said and done, I was delighted that the other towing companies didn't answer because Sal was a pleasure to do business with. He put me at ease during a concerning situation with my uncle and me not being familiar with area. He showed care for my uncle. Thank you Sal from Tiffany in Omaha, NE!!
Sal was great. On time, prompt respond to call and text. I had my motorcycle towed to my new house. I contacted Sal 2 days prior, date and time was set up via phone call and text. Got a quote over the phone and confirmed it via text. Sal texted the day of and an hour before arrival. If you ever had issues with poor customer services from other companies around town? Then I would recommend using Sal to anyone. Super professional, finally someone who actually knows how to run a business the right way.

I was nearing three hours waiting for Triple A when 24-SEVEN Towing showed up in 30 minutes on the dot. Let him know I had been on the phone back and forth all evening and the gentleman was incredibly accommodating and said I’m on my way, if AAA comes through call me and I’ll turn around. I decided to cancel through AAA and pay out of pocket. I was blocking the majority of an entrance to a hotel, in a compromised position, and 24-SEVEN understood my sense of urgency and came through. I can’t recommend them enough. The gentleman was kind, professional, thorough and skilled. I was confident my Jeep was in good hands the entirety from Brooklyn Park all the way to Monticello. Horrible customer service. Had to leave car with key in it to get picked up because we waited over 4 hours for the tow to arrive.
Driver said no key was in the car when he arrived, said he looked "4 times" for key...company charged us anyway for no tow. We went back to look and key was sitting in plain view between 2 seats in cup holder. Liars and cheats! Manager argued with us and would not resolve. We are out the money and have to find some other reputable company to tow! Do not hire this company!!!!
Car wouldn't start after grocery shopping, tried jumping. Called three other places and they wanted twice as much. Arrived earlier than quoted, very friendly during the whole process.
I hope I may not need a tow again anytime soon, but when I do, I know who I will call first.
Miscommunication through text due to Google generating different business phone numbers. After resolving that issue, he came on time and took care of my lowered vehicle professionally. He even sent me a picture and called me after dropping off my vehicle. Great work Sal. Highly recommended!
