Feist went above and beyond my expectations. We have AAA and needed our AWD Traverse towed to our house. Feist showed up quickly and did a wonderful job of getting our vehicle home. If I could rate the driver and the company 10 STARS, I would.
Woke up to a flat tire and called AAA. They sent someone from Feist Towing over. He arrived faster than anticipated, was super friendly, and helped me get my tire changed! Thank you!
Ben and Katie from Feist Automotive were both very friendly professional, experienced and efficient. Within minutes of my call to AAA Roadside Assistance we received a communication from them letting us know they were on their way to where we were.and kept us informed until they got to our location. We had to have our vehicle and travel trailer moved and they came prepared with tow trucks to take care of both. They both made it an easy and seamless process and we were so thankful that Feist Automotive was the Towing company that came out to take care of us. They did an excellent job! Today, my husband and I had to have our GMC Envoy towed because the rear upper control arms broke. My husband called Feist towing and within a half hour Katie showed up to tow the Envoy. Katie was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend Feist to any others who need towing services.
Feist as a company dispatched through AAA does a good job. Feist, as a minion of HOAs, trolling streets for unsuspecting people who miss the infrequent or poorly marked areas of no parking restrictions, are NOT good people. A little common sense and grace in this racket would be good. A payment to release my car which was NOT lifted off the ground was rudely demanded. There is a Minnesota state statute that states if the cars wheels have not been lifted, they need to release it. Apparently, according to Feist manager, this is a "gray" area that Feist is taking full advantage of and lining their pockets. If the payment is not made on the spot, they would tow it and double the cost. The driver said they couldnt take a check. And when my friend, the homeowner had $150 cash, I asked for a receipt to which Tony told me they don't give out receipts. I'm supposed to trust handing over cash with no accountability or documentation for it? To which he said usually they get a card. Which I found out later that was misinformation. I am disappointed in Feist for not allowing their drivers to exercise common sense and assess a situation. I am also amazed and disappointed the Maple Grove Police Department who have absolutely no power over the Almighty HOAs.
I called AAA for help with my car. The driver from Feist (Tristan) showed up shortly later and took care of my vehicle in an extremely professional and courteous manner. He kept a positive attitude despite difficult conditions and turned a bad situation into a positive outcome! Many thanks!
"Within the hour" = in over 7 hours
I called AAA and they scheduled my tow. I received a confirmation from Feist at 5:31pm. I was told to expect service within the hour so I waited with the vehicle, as AAA said I had to. Eventually around 7pm I called to check in because my ETA on Feist's provided link said over an hour ago. I was told they would be getting to me next and it shouldn't be more than 45 minutes. Thankfully I asked if I could leave the car, because I am a human being and have things to do plus need to use a bathroom and feed myself occasionally. So I hid the keys, was assured they would communicate that to the driver, and got a ride.
7 hours after scheduling the tow I still hadn't heard anything and needed to go to bed to work in the morning so I called again and was told they were finally going to get to my car but the driver said nobody told them the key had been hidden, which is absurd. What if I had gone to sleep at midnight instead of calling first? I am very unimpressed with the slow service but above all the fact I was so grossly mislead on when to expect my tow. I'm glad I didn't waste any more of my night sitting with the car because I could have been there until 12:30am. I would absolutely not recommend this service.
We called AAA for the recovery of a breakdown on the interstate. Tristan was kind and patient as someone had to pick the FIVE of us up. Terrible situation and he was so kind through the entire thing. Kind, professional, quick, great follow up! Highly recommend.
I've been dealing with ongoing car issues for over a month, and during that time, Shane has been an absolute lifesaver. He assisted me with towing on two separate occasions and always put the customer first. Despite the frustration of having to tow my vehicle, Shane brought a positive attitude and made the experience as smooth as possible. The service was fast, efficient, and seamless—truly top-notch!
Shane was wonderful!!! Not only did he get to me very fast. He also was the ultimate professional. We were broke down on a busy city street. He knew exactly what to do. He got us hooked up and towed to our destination with no issues. Would.recomend Feist and Shane to anyone in need
Shane and Dylan were both so helpful with trouble with my tire. Dylan helped try to remove it, and when he wasn’t able, helped put in a referral for a tow, which happened to be his dad! Such positive gentlemen that i’m so grateful for!
Jordan was excellent!! I had a flat tire and he arrived quickly, explained everything, and got me home safely. Would recommend Jordan / Feist for future tows!
Triple "A" and First Towing definitely get an "A" in my book. To cut a long story short, Scott (Feist Towing truck driver) was truly exceptional. You really cannot teach or buy outstanding customer courtesy like he possess'. Great job scott and I wish you all the best.

Unfortunately gave myself a flat trying to get out of the parking lot at work, called triple A, & Fiesta shows up a bit later, Jordan did a great job, it was raining and dark and they got the spare on my car within 5 minutes so I could get home!! Thank you again
WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I called AAA who dispatched a tow truck from Feist. On the phone with AAA I told the gentleman I was not with the vehicle, but he dispatched the tow truck so I thought it was fine. Lo and behold, AAA requires you to be with the vehicle when the tow truck shows up. The dispatcher never should have called Feist in the first place. The driver (Cody S.) was livid, rude, and short with the woman at the mechanic (where the car was to be picked up). This woman was not AT ALL to blame for the mixup but was harassed anyway. I offered to pay the driver above and beyond what was charged--I just needed my vehicle to arrive at my house. I was not able to take a cab to the vehicle as I was at home with my infant. Truly stranded. When your job is literally to HELP people, you should possess at least a tiny shred of compassion. Cody had none. So disappointed with this mess of a day. I've complained to AAA as well.

THEY RUIN YOUR VEHICLE AND THEN DENY IT EVEN AFTER PROVIDING PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE.
AAA sent them out to simply get the keys out of my car and they couldn't do it. They punctured the seals of BOTH my driver and passenger side doors and chipped the plastic window coverings! I submitted the claim to AAA I received a call from the GM Trevor who tried to say it wasn't their company BUT I SAW BEN, THEIR EMPLOYEE BREAK IT.

First time working with this towing company during Labor Day weekend and my family and I had the worst experience. Customer service skills are severely lacking at this location and the guys at the front as well as the general manager, Trever Meyers were little to no help. It’s 2024 and the only form of payment they accept is cash, thus inconveniencing customers to go to the ATM. Second, we were advised proof of ownership was needed to obtain our vehicles however, they were unable to go into said vehicles to get the necessary documents they were requesting, even after we consented and authorized that it was perfectly fine for them to go inside the glove compartment. Due to the fact that all government offices were closed for the holiday, we had to go to the Brooklyn Park police station in attempt to get them to communicate with us and from there that is how the reporting officer on duty was able to provide us with a copy of our registration. This towing company makes it unnecessarily difficult to obtain your vehicle especially during a holiday. Please beware.
Arranged a tow through AAA and Feist came to save the day. They arrived fairly quick, explained everything, and we're super friendly and easy to work with - less hassle then dealing with AAA. Definitely the kind of guy you want showing up when you're having a rough day. Overall, if you're looking for a tow or help they have my vote.
My car broke down and this towing company was sent out by AAA and I couldn't have had a better experience period the truck came quickly. The driver Cody was amazing and professional and it was clear that he had lots of experience in towing cars. I definitely recommend this company And I will call them again if ever, I am in need of towing services.
Scheduled a tow through AAA today and the driver was probably the most helpful tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered (and I’ve encountered many!). Completely blanking on his name, but he deserves all the kudos. Thank you so much for taking care of us and our Jeep today! You have no idea how far a little kindness in a very stressful situation can go. Highly recommend Feist for when your vehicle is being feisty.
I lost two tires to some bad potholes yesterday and I needed a tow. AAA sent me to Feist towing where Antonio was sent to help me. Antonio was so kind and helpful, on a day when things don't seem to be going your way it's always amazing to have someone make it better. Antonio made this not so great situation into a pleasant one. Big smile on his face and was able to get me to my destination safely and soundly. If I ever need another tow this is the company I would use. Thanks again Antonio for your help and for brightening my day.
Jacob showed up quickly at our accident scene and was very efficient. An accident is always a scary, terrible experience, especially on the highway. But he got our car towed to safety fast and we were on our way home in no time. He was very friendly and did an excellent job.
I’m a huge fan. Mitchell was our driver and very quickly and carefully got my son’s car off the highway ramp that it broke down on and out of the way. He was very contentious and good at his job. I would totally use them again.
I’m from Georgia and contacted Trevor to repossess an automobile for me. I submitted the documents he requested and it was probably only 10 minutes later he contacted me to let me know he had possession of my vehicle ! Very professional, and seems to be an honest company… when you are from another state you never know who you are dealing with. If you are looking for repossessions, I feel this company is someone you could trust..
When my car needed to be towed, Brian from Feist was there in under 30 minutes! He was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I was having a bad day, but Brian helped make it better! Highly recommend!
Andre is great! My tow arrived in 10 minutes! Super professional, he was able to tow my car home and was even able to park it in my garage without a single scratch or dent! Amazing experience! Great customer service.
