Got home after traveling for a week to a dead battery at the airport. No problem, Citywide arrived in less than an hour to lend a helping hand. Corey jumped my vehicle and i was back on the road. He was polite and courteous on a busy Super Bowl Sunday. Great response and service!

My car wouldn't start at home after sitting for 9 days while I was out of town. Mason arrived soon after I called AAA, got it started and determined that my old battery had little life left in it. I agreed to have him replace it. Excellent service all around.

Citywide towing is fantastic. The two drivers came to pick our car from a AAA call and they were really kind and helpful!

Shain was very prompt, courteous and provided efficient service. Suggested tips so this issue won’t occur again. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Quick service to Maple Grove. They were there within about 15 mins of me hanging up with them, which was great as I was certainly broken down in not the best spot. Curt was calm, collected and helpful as he helped me exit my car ensuring that I could safely get into his truck while he got to work loading it up.

I had a dead battery this morning and so I called citywide towing service for a jump. Shain saved the day within 10 minutes, with a smile! I am very greatful to have had such great service and be out on the road again. 5/5, would use this service again!

Efficient, thorough, and friendly service. I couldn't ask for better help on a frigid winter day when my hybrid SUV wouldn't start. Thank tou Shain for fantastic service.

I just picked up my vehicle from this establishment and was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the two women at the front desk. They were rude and made a discriminatory remark. One of them got off the phone with a customer that called the office and looked at the other and said, “They said they don’t have insurance, but look at the name *shows her paper* . That explains it.” This comment was inappropriate and unacceptable. Shame on them.

If you're needing a dead battery replaced and you're barely qualified to open the hood of your car, let alone replace it, call Corey F. He was incredibly kind, explained everything to me - I even learned a few things! I appreciate that he was quick and so very patient with me.

Incredibly fast & professional. Having my family save their number. Quoted me 45 minutes on an icy day and were able to arrive in 15 minutes. When they arrived to pull my car out safety was a top priority.

My car skidded off road late evening in snowy conditions. Police officer sent Citywide Towing in Blaine. Service was friendly, quick and they successfully got my car out. I was able to drive home. Greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help.

Yesterday my wife's car battery was dead. I used AAA and literally in about 10 minutes Corey A. arrived. Wow. But that was just the start. I walked across the street, with information I thought was going to be helpful. Corey's demeanor was like that of an all pro relief pitcher in the bottom of the ninth saving the game. He put me at ease throwing one pitch. I hopped in his truck, guided him to the wife's car. He had it up and running in seconds. All while teaching me, calmly, with the alarm blaring to just simply press the 'unlock' button while noting some cars are different. It seems all products and business strive to be 5 Stars but the secret sauce is the employees behind the scenes. Corey is tops, what a pro, he saved the game and walked away like it was no big deal. It was to us.

Shain did an amazing job tow my 78 f150. The truck was rusty and moved a little. He got it hooked up and on the truck in 10 mins. He cared about the truck and made sure nothing was going to fly out of the bed when he was on the road. When we got to the house, he with no hesitation made sure to get the truck in the ride spot. Absolutely amazing job. Thank you shain.

Got a few jump starts from Corey — one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and genuine technicians I’ve ever met. He completely turned around what started as a really rough day full of car troubles and tears. Corey was so personable and patient, and he made everything feel manageable again. If you’re reading this, thank you so much for your help — you’re doing an amazing job, and you genuinely put a smile on my face!

It’s unfortunate when someone has so much to do and locks their keys in their SUV. This happened to me this morning, but fortunately, I knew exactly who to call.
One call to Citywide Towing, and the keys were out of my truck in less than a half an hour. Curt was extremely professional, kind and courteous. As the night service manager for Universal Truck Service, I deal with this situation with my own customers and know that it isn’t always a pleasant situation. Thank you, Curt and Citywide Towing for taking care of me today!Oct 13, 2025 -
Towed a totaled car. They were open and let us in to grab things from the car and was easy to communicate. The office was a little toasty for summer temps but otherwise very nice to work with.

I’m not sure if this is the right location but Chad responded to my AAA call to SOS and he was SO friendly and quick - which has been on trend with the last couple of times I’ve needed support and City Wide shows up! I would definitely recommend!

My daughter ended up in a ditch on the freeway. Kyle came and was very calm and friendly. He helped us think through the possible solutions. We were both in shock but he was very reassuring. He reminded me to contact my insurance to see how much was covered. It was completely reimbursed! I don't think I would have remembered to do that, so it was nice he took the time to remind me of that!!

In spite of AAA‘s horrendous, dispatch and customer service today, Shaun came to my rescue and saved me and my Honda. What a great dude he is and such a nice person. Citywide is very lucky to have somebody as customer savvy as Shaun is who truly epitomizes what customer service is all about. Whatever you’re paying this guy, it’s not enough. With customer service in general in a free fall all these days, it’s nice to see somebody who cares like Shaun. Way to go Citywide for having the right man on the job!

Is there anything worse than a dead battery on a frigid Minnesota winters day? Fortunately, Corey came to install a new battery in my Toyota, and I’m good to go! Corey is quick, efficient, friendly, hard-working, and knowledgeable—has great customer service skills. He’s a wonderful ambassador for Citywide and for AAA! Thanks, Corey!

The drivers stole my $70 Rain X snow brush. I got my car totaled outside my apartment last week & I had used my snow brush 5 mins before the accident, placed it on my backseat. I got hit in the front end. There was absolutely zero reason my back doors were open. It did not get lost - again I used it right before I left - or fall out at the scene. Its a 4ft long snow brush that extends 6ft +. It doesn’t hide. The dispatch swears up and down that the drivers don’t go into the vehicle…
how else do you explain that? The first responders clearing the scene took it? The cops wearing body cameras took it? No.
There is no explanation other than the only other person (your towtruck driver) who had access to my vehicle in between my accident and it getting towed.
I did not have time to roll my drivers window up, after getting checked out by paramedics - so you had access to the inside of my vehicle as well.
I attached a pic of my car to show that it was the front end - again no reason the backseat was even checked out at the scene of accident. It didn’t “fall out” And to show the drivers window - proving access.
Happy holidays, total your car and become a theft victim in the same day!
** they replied saying they take this seriously & will look into what happened. I’ve received ZERO communication from them since this. No type of reimbursement. Nothing. Really not cool around the holidays AND a total loss.Jan 09, 2025 -
My work van broke down on the way to a job. When I called city wide towing they got out to me within 30 minutes. Towed my vehicle to the repair shop and me back home. My work van is an extended E350 van and most tow truck drivers struggle to get it on there flat bed . CHAIN M. Had everything he needed and knew exactly how to get it on the flatbed safely. Driver was very courteous and drove safely. I am very pleased with the service from this towing company and am very grateful I could be saved so fast!!!!

Do not hire this company they send drivers that don’t know how to drive. Apparently this pickup truck is “too hard to maneuver” so he needs to block the alley causing non of my neighbors to be able to get out. Someone needs to get this guy a bike since he doesn’t know how to drive.

Yesterday was the first time in 25 years of driving that I've had to call a tow truck. Today is the first time I've ever had to review a "service".
Prior to your driver showing up to haul my vehicle I was having one of the worst days in recent memory. Unfortunately choosing your business only made it worse.
The brakes went out in my truck while driving and I ended up smashing it up a little bit in the process of getting stopped. I reluctantly called a tow truck after a few calls to friends came up empty.
Your driver met me at my truck in Northtown at 5:30. I hopped in my truck to steer it while he pulled it onto the bed. In less than 10 minutes he was loaded and ready to go. He asked if I would be at the drop site (my house in Oak Grove) and I said yes. I asked him if he had GPS or something to make sure he got to the right place and he assured me he'd be alright. I told him we have two driveways, one concrete and one gravel, and that he should back down the second one (gravel).
I left first and got home right around 6 (it's 19 miles from where the truck was). At 6:30 he still wasn't there. At 6:45 my wife called to see what was going on. The dispatcher said the tow was completed and he dropped it at an address that wasn't our house and we didn't give you. I looked up the address and it was about a mile from our house. He said he'd send the driver back out to make sure it gets to the right place.
I drove there myself and could see my truck, left at an abandoned farm house with a driveway that's probably a city block long. There is no mailbox at this property and therefore not even an address marked. I have no idea how or why he picked this place. I also have no idea why he thought it was alright to drop it there without calling me first, or to even think it was weird that nobody was there after I told him I would be at the drop site and gave him specific instructions.
At 7:00 I called the dispatcher back while I was looking at my truck and asked if he'd give us some sort of refund if I just limp it home from there and save his driver a second trip all the way up here. He said "absolutely not", and that the driver would be back up there in 20 minutes.
At 7:55 he finally shows up at our place. Immediately tries backing into the wrong driveway first. I had to run out there and stop him, then direct him to the next driveway. After getting him into position to drop my truck he takes all of the chains off and has the truck sitting on the bed at an angle and says "alright, it's all yours" as if I'm just going to drive it off. I said "it doesn't have any brakes... Can't you just lower it slowly with the winch?" "Oh yeah." Only problem is the winch wasn't even hooked to my truck this time. How the hell did he load the truck the second time?
He proceeds to jerk the bed around so that the rear wheels slide off the bed and onto the ground (the truck is in park). He then tries to use the tail of the bed to half ass lift and push the rear tires to get the truck farther backwards. This results in the bed slipping off the tires and slamming into the driveshaft. That was impressive. Then he decided it'd just be best to drive his truck out from under mine with the bed still tilted, basically gouging the hell out of my yard and driveway. That was even more impressive. Now I get to fix my broken truck and my driveway.
The lack of communication, level of incompetence, and just flat out laziness of this guy was just wild. And the fact that we had to pay almost $300 for this "service" is completely asinine. What an absolute joke.Sep 19, 2024
