This towing guy is great… Brad works easily with you and his towing fees is awesome… better than most of the towing company I’ve met and up charge you so much for less than a mile… help me twice already and i would love to keep doing business with him.
Merritt's auto made it easy to get rid of my old vehicle. They answered the phone right away and were great to work with. I would use this company again when the time comes for my next old vehicle
Car broke down and Merritt's was able to schedule after work hours to come pick up the vehicle. I received cash for the title when car was towed. Merritt's was flexible and punctual and friendly. He even scheduled a time for me to pick up my garage door opener the next day because I forgot it in the vehicle. Nice guy, easy to work with.
Had an old pick up sitting in my yard for several years finally got it out of the backyard called Merritts they were here within 25mins. . . . Ten minutes later truck was gone

I give Doug & Cash Merritt towing 5 stars. They were 100% professional with reasonable prices. Customer service over the phone was another 5 stars. I found a couple other towing company’s were kinda rude and sounded like they didn’t want to do the job you can tell Doug loves his job which makes it easy for him. The truck he drives is in good condition and a truck that you’d want your car on and could trust. I drive a 2012 Audi A8L with the suspension riding low & needed a jump. He did that within a few seconds and it only took a couple minutes from when he arrived to when he left to get the car on and out. I recommend him 100% he’s a life saver. Took a lot of stress of my hands with his help. I’m thankful I found him because the whole process was a stressful.

I called around to a couple places. Brad took my call a little after 4pm. He said they were finishing up dinner but he could be over after. He was at my house in 20 minutes and gone within about 10 more. Nice flat bed was able to pull my car out without marking up the driveway and I didn't have any keys for it.
That car sat there for 2 years and he solved our problem in 30 minutes. My wife was elated!

Extremely fast service, after the first call, they were out in 15 minutes, paid, and towed the vehicle away in ten minutes. The driver was courteous and friendly.
I Called Merritts Towing to get a friends car off Hwy 694 and bring to a Roseville shop the made it as easy as possible for us and had the two done and to the shop within about 45 mins of the call and 30 was drive time.
