Brooklyn Park store. Was told they had the items I was looking for. Arrive there. The girl behind the counter is literally cursing at another customer. Oh boy I'm next in line. After sitting there for a half hour while this girl was asking everyone to find my items, she went to look for them herself only to return 30 seconds later and tell me she can't find them and she will go through all the rows of tires later and give me a call if she finds them. What an absolute joke. I called a day in advance to check if they had them, and drove 2 hours for absolutely no reason. Girl at the front counter is beyond unprofessional and needs an attitude adjustment.
they wouldnt check condition of the parts on their shelf. i drove 4hrs to be disapointed. 2 stars because they had the parts and listed the correct paint code.
I encourage you to read these reviews before doing business with this company. I bought a transmission from them brought my core to them, got the transmission installed and it is bad. I got a quote to fix it and called abco about getting a refund. Their response is take the transmission out and bring it back..... but cant give me my core back. How do I get another transmission somewhere else without a core amd paying the core charge!Thanks abco for taking my money and selling junk!! And costing people money
It's kind of a hassle that they have 5 locations in fridley and Brooklyn center and you might have to go to multiple places to get all you parts but other than that they are the best for getting what you need to get your car back in the road without having to pay a shop to Fix your vehicles.
Front desk people are awesome. Person who brings the parts on the forklift is no joke, great operator and far from lazy. Unloaded my core and return and had new stuff loaded before i was even done w paperwork. Great parts, great policy’s, great prices nothing much more to say.
I like most parts I've received and it's always a pleasure working with most except for a couple bad seeds but it's not very classy to mention names just happy I made friends along the way
They have a good variety of parts and their prices are okay, but it's usually kind of a crap show, sometimes you have to look at several parts before you get a good one, and they have 5 locations, and when you come to get 4 things, you might go to all 4 locations to get them. And they don't condense the parts for a business. So as a business, you will have to go to 4 different buildings and pay your driver for all of that time.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Today they didn't have the part I needed... but we have gotten a replacement car door from them.
To fix our existing door we were quoted $1750. Instead we bought a used door from a-abco for less than $400. We were able to match make, model year and color.
See picture for example of parts. The door I was looking for today had more damage than the door I was trying to replace.
They have many more parts than doors.
Great parts, really friendly service. Wish they had told me which location to pick the parts up at when I was given the quote. Ended up going to multiple locations, didn't know they had 3 stores not just 1.
Terrible
Called, was told the part was available, and that they'll put our name on it. Agreed and said were coming to pick it up. Went to pick it up and can't find the part. The employee kept insinuating that we should have called to check its available... Except that we DID do that!! Employee admitted to being unorganized. Ridiculous joke of a company.
This place is awful. Customer service reps and cashiers are just the rudest people I've ever met in my entire life.
I emailed my rep about picking up a part at a certain, I was completely ignored.
If you're a shop find somewhere else to buy from.
