Trent was AMAZING and this was easily the quickest and most efficient tow job I’ve ever had. The woman who answered the phone to provide a quote was pleasant, and I literally had a quote and tow set up in less than 5 minutes on the phone. Couldn’t recommend this company more!
Tony helped tow my car from St. Louis park to a mechanic shop in Burnsville. Great experience he called me when he arrived and I had to go into work so I was not with my vehicle but he handled everything and got it to its destination! He sent photos and text to confirm he dropped it off. Greatly appreciated and great customer service from Tony!
I had to get get a tow last week and my experience with these guys was amazing! They were friendly, got to me within 20 mins and helped calm me down when i was freaking out. Hope i wont have to call them again but definitely highly recommend to everyone i know.
Towed my car that had a bad flat to the dealer. Awesome communication and even allowed me to leave the car so I could get to an appt. Driver texted me with a picture when it got dropped at the dealer so I didn’t have to worry. So glad roadside assistance called this company!

My fuel pump went out and had it towed to a shop. After replacing the fuel pump the car was not drivable because these guys bent my tie rods so bad. When I called they denied the possibility that it could be their fault, but after talking to the shop they admitted it and paid to have it fixed. I asked for a refund for the tow since they caused so much damage and I had to go without my car while it was getting fixed again. They said they had to seek approval and would call me back after that weekend. They never did.
Our tow truck driver JR, was the best. I had an issue with my Mini Cooper, on a Friday evening. I live 3.5 hours away from the dealership. JR took on this job and was to my house by 1030pm. He was knowledgeable and took great care with my Mini. I would highly recommend this tow truck company. Thanks for getting my car to the dealership, safely.
Having used various towing services, I had yet to be impressed. However, after my recent experience - I'd say Discount Towing is the Gold Standard for towing services. Their team is absolutely amazing & the woman I spoke with is a Rockstar! Met my autmotive needs (even while I was flying) in an expeditious and very reasonable manner. As far as I'm concerned - there is no competition. Thanks DTM!

If I could rate these people with no star, I would I called them because there is an unknown vehicle in my driveway blocking me from getting out of my garage. I called them and asked them if they could remove the vehicle. They said they cannot. I asked them to give me a phone number to somebody who could, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I would give this company zero stars never again.

My wife came out of a doctor's appointment to find that her car didn't start. We tried jumping it for at least an hour before calling Discount Towing, and I'm so glad we did. The service we received was phenomenal, from the phone call until we got the car home, everything was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend!
Found Discount Towing of MPLS through a quick google search. They were courteous and at my vehicle within 20 minutes. They took care of my car with great care, delivered it to the auto shop safely, and even secured the broken ball joint and axle to prevent any further stress on the vehicle until it gets fixed the following morning.
What started off an extremely stressful night worrying about dealing with a broken vehicle that was blocking our only other vehicle in the garage, we instantly had our minds out at rest due to Discount Towing’s professionalism and extremely reasonable pricing.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I just recently moved here and first time driving in snow, my car died on the interstate and Nick saw us in distress. He was so kind to get us out so we wouldn’t get in an accident on onto the nearest exit so we could safely be towed away. He made sure we were good and even gave us some waters!! I was left stranded thanks to roadside assistance through my insurance. Just so happened one of their guys was sitting in the parking lot near me and asked if I needed help. He offered to change my tire for me to get me on my way safe and sound!! Walked me through everything he did, gave me advice, and made sure that I didn't have any questions before he left. I'll be keeping their card for ANY future service I need!

Called for roadside assistance through safeco, my insurance company, after I had decided to play hooky from church and drive down a minimum maintenance road about a quarter mile off the highway to visit a local dam. It was an adventure. All was good until I couldn't get back when my tires kept spinning after we backed put. Eventually RJ found us waving him in, where he kindly drove us back to our stuck car. Very slippery and little room to turn around. Tow truck got stuck, then we got it unstuck. This happened about 4 times. Same with my car. RJ was really great, had a stellar attitude and was clear he wasn't going to leave us (even if he could). It was warm out so that made our struggle alot more bearable. He got his truck back to the main road, and we eventually were able to gun it the full length back, floating over the newly formed ruts from when the truck was stuck. Felt like we were racing to the finish line. Ha. I learned RJ has been on the job just a few months, and that this experience was his most frustrating challenge yet. I am embarrassed that I got myself into that predicament, but glad we could add to his arsenal of experience in case he finds himself in that situation again... but hopefully not because of me! RJ, you were freaking awesome and I thank you. -tiffany and chris with the Mitsubishi in the woods.
