Marketplace liquidation is the only place we shop for pallets, period. Angela is an amazing person to work with, as well as the rest of the team, they really are there to help. They do a great job ant explaining how pallets work, what you can expect and will even try to help you find the best one for your needs. Not to mention they are all very kind nice people. Anyone who knows about buying pallets understands there is a certain risk that comes with the business, unless they are manifested and new, but I can confidently say you can search around for as long as you want and pick what’s best for you with this company and they do not ever rush you. There is not enough good things to say about this business, if you’re on the fence just go and check them out!

Been going here for years and I've never felt anything other than kindness and helpful!! In the world of buying pallets the mystery is part of the fun for me, when I need to know exactly what im getting i go to the manifested pallets, those have minimal risk. My preference is the Target Pallets. There is always value and a margin i can work with! Amazon mystery boxes are fun but a bit like pull tabs.... sometimes you win big, sometimes small, and inevitably there are duds... but I have never been told any different. Amazing Place and People. Pallets in general are a bit of a gamble in what you may get but the service and honesty of the staff here is great and they are very upfront with what to expect with each type of pallet. They have manifested pallets for those not wanting to gamble that are at great prices too with less risk. We have gotten some great items over the years, but it can be hit or miss which happens when you are buying liquidation pallets, so go in knowing this and be smart with what you plan to purchase and what you can resell if that's your plan. We have shopped other liquidation warehouses in the area and this is our favorite by far.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this pallet company. They were not upfront about the type or quality of merchandise included in the pallet I purchased, especially considering the high price—for baby child merchandise I had no interest in. I specifically told them which items I did not want, yet those were the exact items I ended up receiving.
When I contacted them to try to resolve the issue, they refused to help or offer any solution. For the amount of money I spent, I expected transparency, honesty, and at least some level of customer service. Unfortunately, I received none of that.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning for future business and cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for fair treatment or reliable merchandise. Not to mention I was also charged a tax on the retail clothing items.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience while shopping for and purchasing my first pallet for resale!. We scheduled an appointment to meet Angela and look at their inventory. I’ve been going here for about two years, but bought my first pallets last year.
Angela, Tristan, and the whole crew, are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about liquidation. I could talk and have talked to them for hours about everything liquidation. They will not push anything on you at all and want to help find the right pallet or case lot that you are looking for. They’ll also help you look through a pallet and show you what is potentially on it.

First of all, I was so impressed with this warehouse! Clean and neat and Angela was very knowledgeable about the inventory. Her tour covered everything in efficient time and she welcomed questions. I haven't even received my first shipment yet, but working with Angela has been wonderful so far, she has been extremely helpful and kind and I look forward to working with this company in the future!
This place is a Gem! We’ve been wanting to buy pallets locally and wanted to try Marketplace Liquidation for a few months.. I was a bit skeptical and thought the reviews were “too good to be true” that was not the case! I know everyone talks about Angela but I have to also, she is absolutely AMAZING! She was extremely helpful and shared so much knowledge about getting started. We bought our first pallet Friday and back on Monday for another! We’re forever customers now!

Let me start off by saying Angela was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have been buying and reselling pallets for a few years now and buying from this place was a first. I purchased a Target pallet along with a few Amazon coffin boxes. Because the pallet I purchased was unmanifested, I had absolutely no idea what I would be getting. After going through and adding these boxes to my inventory, I can now say I have definitely made my return and then some. For those that are concerned of the negative reviews, my words of advice are, don't be. To be a successful reseller you need to have inventory built up along with multiple selling platforms. While not every buy will put you out ahead, most pallets will over time. I feel absolutely confident that Angela and her team will do right and help you reach your reselling goals. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
I usually purchase all our pallets from online liquidation companies we were on the verge of purchasing our next shipment but had always wanted to check out this place. (And we have dealt with nightmares with not being able to really even speak with person when something goes wrong. )Finally did, Definitely cancelled our order and bought 3 pallets from these guys. Best customer service ive experienced in a long time! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knew their stuff. There wasnt a question we had that went unanswered. Gave honest recommendations, no sales pressure and they very transparent and fair. Honestly did not expect to purchase anything on our first visit but had such a positive experience that it was hard not to want to. They really make everything easy, clear, and comfortable. Pricing is very fair. Saved so much money not having to deal with shipping.

I have been to Marketplace Liquidation multiple times with my wife and brother in law as we explored a new business venture selling pallets. The process seemed a bit overwhelming but upon our first visits our anxiety quickly faded. The staff was absolutely AMAZING and extremely welcoming, we've been back 4 or 5 times and already seems like we've built a friendship with all of the staff. I would highly reccomend to any newcomers. We have not been disappointed by one pallet and have had wonderful profit and success. 5 out 5!
Had an incredible experience at Marketplace Liquidation! It was my first time ever buying a pallet and my anxiety prior was through the roof. The staff here were so incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process step by step without putting any pressure on me to buy. Highly recommend them! So happy I found marketplace liquidation and for me it’s way closer to home and I started by buying 1 target , which was amazing then I went back for 1 more ( I ended up with 2) and within 3 days I have bought 2 more , the pallets I bought have been quality brand new clearance , maybe I got lucky but 3 so far have been amazing I have not picked up the other 2 yet. Also Angela and her entire family have been so helpful with loading and wrapping and just over all everything.. hoping to see more amazing pallets in the future .
