My car shuted of 30 miles away from Minneapolis then I call these guys Minnetowta Very great price and was really quicker then I thought He was able to drop me to shop I wanted.
My vehicle stopped working on 494 in the dark and cold. Amin was there within 25-30 minutes. He was not only friendly and efficient, but accurately assessed what was wrong with the vehicle. Our insurance agent also had to contact him for receipts and she said he was excellent to work with and would recommend him to others.
I had called a dispatch for a tow at 12:30pm and after 3 towing companies, not showing up or calling, and 9 hours later, Amin from Minnetowta Towing picked up my car within 30 minutes of being contacted and had my car to me within the hour. I needed to have it towed and put in my garage. He had it in the garage in under 10 minutes. He was polite , funny, efficient and very kind! Absolutely amazing customer service, I left the airport with 3 flat tires at 12 am and needed assistance fast, I only had to wait about 15 minutes and my car was on the truck heading on home. The price was not bad (did I want to pay it? No! But for the time and how fast things moved I can’t even complain). Hoping I never need another tow but I know who to call in case I do :)
