Minnetowta Towing is a true lifesaver! We had a tire blow out on the side of the highway after midnight and they were one of the only companies to answer the phone. They showed up super fast and ready to help in 9 degree freezing windy weather. My car is lowered and needed extra steps to get on the truck bed and the driver handled it all without a problem. Had to get towed this morning after my car broke down. Other places weren’t answering, but Minnetowta answered the phone right away, got my car in 25 mins and safely to the destination! $195 for about 5 miles which I felt was fair compared to other places, but most importantly, they were prompt and vehicle was delivered safely so NO complaints.

Took over 4 hours from contacting them for a tow to my car getting picked up. In the process of loading my car they caused $1500 in damage. They denied that their driver damaged my car, even though the broken off piece of my car was put in the passenger seat. I tried calling to get assistance and was yelled at by the person who answered.

In my eyes, there is no disputing that your company damaged my vehicle. I did not have the foresight to document the state of my vehicle prior to having the car towed. Even though I had pictures of my vehicle from just a week prior, my insurance advised it would be a tough case to go through.

I had a great experience with them! The price was the best found in Minneapolis and they were willing to work with me to even drop off the key with the body shop. Minnetowta went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
First, yes they towed the car to the place they were supposed to without damaging it so I gave them 2-stars for that. However, the price is outrageous. For a simple 2 mile tow they charged me $243. Before they hooked up the car I asked how much it would be approximately and they pretended like they had no idea, clearly I should have taken that as a warning to call someone else, unfortunately I had already waited an hour for them to show (despite saying it would be 30 minutes)
Amin was amazing. Super fast; got my benz on the flat bed quick and secure. Way better prices during the day versus using emergency services. If you dont need a truck during the wee hours of the night; just wait til morning and call Minnetowta. Itll be cheaper and more reliable using this company.
