Anderson Auto has been doing regular service for me for the past 5 years. I think that they do a really good job for a fair price. And for me it's convenient.
I had just bought an old truck, which I had no experience with. I planned to drive it across the U.S. full and with a U-Haul trailer. I only had a couple days, and the truck needed an oil change. Anderson Auto took me on the spot and had it ready in an hour. Great service!
It's the weekend before Thanksgiving and I decide to take a last minute, impromptu trip to Arkansas. I realize my car is almost 1k miles overdue on an oil change. I call my mechanic and he can't do it. So I call around, knowing it's a long shot to find someplace to take my car right before a holiday weekend, but Anderson Auto was able to get me in last minute. Now I can drive with peace of mind that my car is up to date on its scheduled services. Thank you Anderson Auto!
Full time rver so we travel all over—whenever we have car trouble we hope for the best and worry about being taken advantage of because we’re from out of town (and generally needing service quickly). That said: brake problems so we pulled in here at 10:30 on a Tuesday morning with no appointment and left by 1:30 that afternoon with a new brake pad. Good and quick and no overcharge. Recommend fully.
