Middle of the night during a winter storm around midnight. Granted it was cold around 30 below with high winds. Had a flat. Local officer came to help and called JPR. JPR refused to come out because he said he was drifted in. There was no snow. This company is not reliable and should not be trusted.
They were very nice folks! Also helped me put my tire (replacement for a flat) back on my vehicle & quite efficiently too! Thanks again & I'll always recommend your company!!!
Doug is one awesome person. There is no better way to describe him. I broke down on a 2500 mile trip and he helped me out every way he could. He turned me on to a shop to replace my transfer case on my truck, stored my 24' enclosed trailer until I came back a week later to pick up my truck and trailer. Thank You Doug.
