Since your truck drivers don't care about the speed limits and others on the road, I certainly will not care to patronize ypu all for my business nor will I recommend you all to others. Maybe the owner should ensure drivers are being safe and courteous when driving branded corporate vehicles.
exceptionally good and friendly service here. paul is a master of customer service, something i've come to appreciate more and more these days, especially in this case as i'm not somebody who knows a ton about cars, & i was grateful for his kindness & patience. he went the extra mile, double- and triple-checking to make sure i got exactly the part i needed, and for a super reasonable price; not to mention much quicker than i expected -- i was in & out the door, part-in-hand, in under 20 minutes. not sure how they can navigate through the thousands of parts they must have in stock so efficiently, but these folks clearly have a very slick & organized operation. my only experience here so far, but for what it's worth i was super impressed. can't overstate my recommendation for aaa auto -- will definitely be back next time i need to d.i.y. my car!!! thank you folks

Let me share a real life experience with regard to buying auto part from this junkyard sale! When you purchase any junk part from thus company, they are super friendly! Sadly if you found any issue on the part and you came back and talk to them about the issue, all them become African wild dogs!!

What makes them to make money is the location, reputation, yard, cheapest, Pretending to be professional and big company. Indeed it’s all fake and lie. When they sell it to to any parts, they will tell you it’s tested and working as it should be! Thats is a”white lie”!!. Please… please, don’t buy any transmission and engine from this junkyard! I would recommend anybody out there to rebuild the original item and spend money than paying for such a crappy junk yard. Trust me you loose more money if buy any parts from aaa!!! I bought used engine 5K for my infinit QX56. They told me it’s tested and running good. The mechanic installed it and charged me $5K! Unfortunately, the mechanic found out there was a timing issues again! part plus labor costs me another additional $6500 altogether is $11500 +5K= 16500 Thats a huge loss!! Then after I found the same descent vehicle similar color, year and mileage having the same timing issues on Facebook raker with 2K!
Please….. Please if you don’t read my experience and learn from my failure, I guarantee you will be regret!!!
AAA’s part ready for pickup status process isn’t working. Called in the morning, and was told that parts are ready for pickup status process, got the message. Drove for 30 minutes, and they tell me that parts are still on their way. An hour wasted and causing car repair delays.
I've dealt with AAA a few times now and they're consistently awesome! Especially Kelly... She literally saved me a month of work by going above and beyond. She managed to track down 2-year-old info for me that saved me tons of time and money. Give her a raise! Her eagerness to help us truly noteworthy. I can't thank her enough

So glad we found this place, they have great prices compared to other used parts stores near the Twin Cities. They offer warranties on their parts and could get everything we needed (huge inventory) Customer service was exceptionally excellent and the offices/receptionist (and bathrooms) area was extremely clean unlike other used parts stores. They pull the parts for you. Will be returning every time I need a used part, this is my new used vehicle parts store.

UNRELIABLE AND FULL OF BS Doesn't even deserve one star. I had ordered a part for my truck they made me pay in full b4 recieving. I had been promised I could pick it up in 3 days it has now been over a week. I explained the urgency of my part and the need for it to come in on time. Now I get the famous idk and I will call you back later. They have totally crushed my family's hopes and dreams to make it to the 4th of July camping trip.
I believe Paul the gentleman working the counter in Rosemount provided me with probably the very best level of customer service that I have ever experienced in my nearly 50 years on this planet! Extremely helpful and although he didn’t have what I needed he picked up the phone to locate one in their network of recyclers. Very informative and great personality that’s willing to go the extra mile for the next guy. I will definitely be looking to AAA the next time I need a part.
I am a regular customer of AAA. I normally speak with Brett. He always gets me the parts I need in a timely manner. I order a lot of parts from them and always feel taken care of. They have lots of parts and even order stuff in for me sometimes. I would reccommend them to anyone.
My vehicle was giving me issues over the years and it finally gave out on me and I ended up needing a motor. I got one motor from another salvage yard which ended up being junk once it was installed. Making a bad situation worse I had to eat the labor to get the junk motor uninstalled. I ended up finding AAA on car parts and got connected with George. He made the best out of an already bad situation and really helped me out with the price of the motor. He was informative with what kind of warranties they offer and was always available at anytime I called. 10/10 would recommend AAA to anyone and be sure to contact George at EXT 3040

This store is trying to sell used parts for more than the dealer sells them for. I came to buy a grille for my car, the manager announced the price of $400, I checked the company's profile on eBay, this grille is sold for $350, when I asked why, the manager replied that I should buy it through eBay. But the company needs to pay for delivery and the auction commission. I don't understand their principle of pricing and working with clients. I have the impression that the managers are selling their personal parts and not the company's parts.
I can't say enough positive things about the AMAZING service I recieved from Kendra, Paul and a few other outstanding members of this store who went above and beyond to help me resolve a seat belt issue in my Ford Fusion. EVERYONE was so patient and friendly over multiple visits and spent several hours searching out replacement seatbelts (which are not standard for this car). In the end one of the guys (so sorry I didn't catch this wonderful guys name) who worked there was able to problem solve the issue with my exsiting belt clip and in the end saved me A LOT of money! THANK YOU AAA
