I work with Curtis at AAA on a daily basis. He always goes the extra mile to find me quality parts at great prices! If the part I order isn't up to my standard Curtis will call me before it even leaves the yard and find me a better replacement. I recently was at AAA Auto parts in Rosemount picking up some seats. My experience was a little rocky at first.. then this amazing young lady named Alana jumped in and took care of everything for me.. Its been quite some time since I've seen a employee jump in take care of everything needed and also go above and beyond and go out to the yard and get me additional parts.. I called they have the part it was ready waiting I feel I was treated fairly on the price and the three-year warranty is hard to beat given what I paid for it I will be back and so will you.

Had a good experience here I called and found out they had the seats I needed for my vehicle. They checked on them to make sure they were in good shape. Then called me back. I paid over the phone and the delivered them to their closest location, where i picked them up, quick and easy. 4 stars because there was grease on the seats from either removal or transportation, but they did grab extra trim pieces for me while they were there.

Called today looking for a radio for our van. They were able to find one for a great price. I then had him check to see if the radio showed up also for a different model of our van and he agreed that this part wouldn’t fit my van. I appreciate the honesty and the patience with my questions. You guys rock and wish you the best.

Bought a door for my explorer, and a grill for my Taurus recently and bought a rear hatch from this place in the past, parts are always in very great shape for the price, absolutely love doing business here, highly recommend this place as my service was great every time!

I have worked with them before and had good experiences with them every time, they are near a self serve auto parts and if you can't find your part there stop in at AAA, if they don't have it they can find it, new, rebuilt or used.

Hands down the best service I've ever experienced! One phone call and everything from there was handled for me. Bret was beyond amazing! He was on top of it all and the communication was superb!! Took a lot of my stress away. Everyone worked with me to get me my motor and ready by when I needed it! A huge shout out to everyone! Thank you all! I for sure will call again for anything needed!

Great customer service. Fair pricing. The only downfall is having to wait a couple days for the part. I understand why, but they were quick to get the part.

I always check in with AAA for their price before I consider new. Most of the time it is a no brainer. I save so much shopping used. My truck is a Frankenstein at this point. AAA has kept my truck running this long. Thank you all for the good service and affordable prices.

Walked inside @ 10:45am on 10/25/23 & was the first person in line. Customer Service Rep. came out of the back of the office, went to the computer nearest the wall, made eye contact with me, then proceeded to ask the gentleman behind me how he could help him. I was standing about a foot back from the counter between both computers and once he made eye contact he acted like I wasn't even there forcing me to wait for a female CSR to come out of the back to help me. Not sure what his issue was but it was terrible customer service on his behalf. The woman promptly looked at my receipt, got the part I was there to pick up and I was on my way.

People working are extremely nice and helpful. I drove from Duluth and they stayed open a couple minutes late to help me load the engine I bought. Only problem I had was with my engine. It had a valve stuck, probably just from sitting. They did reach out to me and try to make my experience better. They clearly care about your customer experience.

I have done business with them over a decade and when it comes to quality, you can rest assured that you are in good hands. George, is my go to guy due to his knowledge and know how. Shane the sales manager is also exceptional in dealing with customers and above all the prices are the best. I recommend you try them first before any other salvage yards.Parts are clean and not covered in grease and dirt. The entire staff have good manners respecting everyone regardless of who they are.

They don’t have parts in stock but they will lie and tell you that they do then they order the part from a different state and you are gonna have to wait for way longer then what they told you. Very dirty business I would not recommend buying from AAA. I spoke with a manager and she lied too. If you still wanna buy from them make sure they have the part in their yard, otherwise welcome to the world of waiting!!!

AAA has been a staple for ordering parts in good condition, for fair prices. George has been my contact for years and I remain loyal to him for his honesty, and fantastic service. Highly recommended by the industry.

Good people. I recently bought a used rear axle from AAA and even though it was the wrong spec for my truck they handled it very well from a customer service perspective and I feel they went above and beyond. Good folks - thank you, AAA.

Dealt with Chris on the phone regarding an alternator. The dude was super quick and helpful..had it paid, shipped and off the phone in 2 minutes flat. Will be using these folks again for sure!

Purchased a part online on a Sunday night. Went to get it first thing Monday morning and they didn’t have it ready yet. I explained to the sales manager that I was going out of town and needed it quickly. He took it upon himself to go grab it out of the vehicle for me and get me on my way. I didn’t catch his name, but he was fantastic! Good price on the part with great service. If I need anything in the future I will be going back!

They made me wait 5 days for a part I purchased, when I called today they said it was apparently broken? after checking again only to say they will resell it for more online. I have yet to receive my refund from them. Money is more important apparently than anything. Very disappointing.

The sunroof on my truck broke and flew off onto the highway. I placed an order for a replacement sunroof and ran into some issues at first, until Shane got involved. Shane’s knowledge, professionalism, and concern erased any doubt in my mind that I came to the right place. He followed up when I missed a call to pick up my parts, he listened to my concerns and was very polite and patient, and even helped me figure out that I had an after market sunroof which saved me time and kept me from buying the wrong parts. Shane is part of AAA so it’s a W for the team, but sometimes teams have superstars. Thanks Shane!!!

I worked with Zach. I ordered a headlamp assembly-which was exactly what I ordered and in great shape! The reason I gave this 2 stars was because I was to pick the part up at the East Bethel site (which I received a call from Zach telling me it was ready for me to pickup at the East Bethel site) but when I got there the part had been trucked to the Rosemount site. This was a Friday so I had to drive back to the East Bethel site on Monday afternoon to pick it up. I was told I would be given a discount for my trouble but to date have not seen a discount my credit card was charged the full amount I was quoted. I live 45 minutes each way away from the East Bethel site. FOLLOW-UP: Zach contacted me and apologized and gave me a discount for my time. I would contact AAA Auto Salvage again for any used auto parts I might need.
