Great support. Chris, one of the front associates, made the process very easy for us, since this was our first time. Really appreciate he and his fellow associates. Thanks guys!!

Efficient coordination of vehicle pick-up, and they were prompt on the day they said they'd arrive. However, it's been six weeks (and two follow-up calls), and they've failed to pay me a dime for my vehicle despite agreeing for a rate that was fair at face value. Very disappointed to have to continually ask them to hold up their end of the bargain.

I stopped at the east bethel location first searching for some scarce parts for my 11 DTS and my buddy was looking for some TDI parts as well with no success. I called rosemount and asked if they could show me the condition of the vehicles I was searching for so I didn't waste a trip for a possible stripped car. Megan got me the pictures within a few minutes and informed me since we paid admission at the other store we didnt have to pay again, which I didnt know. She was very nice and willing to go the extra mile for us, which ended up in a successful trip getting the parts we needed. Will be back next week to load up on some more parts thanks to Megan!

This is the best junkyard; I've bought many parts from them, and they've almost never been bad, except for one engine, but the refund was immediate, and they were very friendly.

This place used to be solid and now they nickel and dime you at insane rates for parts. Yard is a complete mess too because everyone is stripping the parts down to exactly what they need. For example, bring an intake manifold and fuel rail up - they charge you for every hose and sensor and wire on the thing, not just for an intake and fuel rail. They double dip hard on the pricing. Today I bought a chunk of exhaust - it was a resonator and a muffler and they counted it as 5 exhaust items. What this leads to is less business. I’m spending more time at the yard removing wires and plugs and hoses off stuff and throwing it on the ground instead of running and grabbing more parts. Unless they are running a big sale, it’s literally cheaper to just buy stuff from a breaker or from eBay. They seriously need to consider their approach here.

Amazing team! They always help me find what i need. I desperately needed a new key for my car and they found me two in great condition! Not to mention all the other good stuff i found in the yard. Thank you Megan, Chris, Aubrie, Dillon and Dom!

I went to upull Jan 13th , and I am a regular customer that spends a lot of money here . I cut a core support for a Subaru , got the radiator, condenser, cooling fans and a rocker panel, when I went to the register the total came up over $500…. I was gonna get charged 3 times for the core support I cut that should’ve costed me $50. Anyways I went to my car to grab cash and found my door was locked . I fell earlier in the day and lost my key, it was around closing time and I was desperately trying to find my key, I was told “hurry up bud” “we gotta go home” and was not helped in finding my key. I was told they were gonna lock up and leave and I had no choice but to wait outside in the cold and wait for a locksmith. I wasn’t helped and didn’t receive anything I went for . Instead I lost all my parts I pulled and am down $400 . For a key that was lost in the yard .

TOM was wonderful today with helping me find a replacement battery for my car :) He noticed I was searching and struggling a little, and then took it upon himself to search my Make/Model and find me an exact match. Then he went searching in an alt storage area to find IT and carry it out to me. Such courteous and awesome service!!! Thank YOU Tom!

Had a great experience working with Chris. Answered a few of my complex questions. Always a great time coming to u pull. Happy to see folks like Chris going out of their way to answer questions in-depth and not just shrugged off. Hell of a man, I’d be honored to let them raise my offspring in my absence. If I had kids. Give him a raise damnit.(the guy begging to not have the two mitsu lancers crushed)

Would not recommend! Just find what you need elsewhere. Absolutely terrible prices. I asked for 10% less and they let a $400 deal leave. The big tall guy is not going to amount to much.

Nice place to get parts for a decent price. I wish they had cameras on the yard to go after idiots who love to destroy parts they can't buy/want. Also, their new pricing policy is kind of ridiculous, for example, if you buy a bumper, they will charge extra for every single parts (like grilles, sensors, fog lights, etc...) in that bumper, which sometime, makes it more expensive than buying it at a regular recycling facility.

This place is an auto salvage / junkyard that sells used car parts and their customer service is awful. They close at 5:00 PM and I arrived at 4:42 PM. I was not trying to pull parts, I only wanted to check if a specific car part was available so I could come back the next day. Instead of helping, the supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me to leave and said they were closing “in 5 minutes,” which was false — there were still over 15 minutes before closing time. The supervisor showed no respect, kept repeating that I had to leave, and made it clear he just wanted to go home early. This is poor management, disrespectful behavior, and bad customer service, especially for a business that depends on customers. I would not recommend this junkyard to anyone looking for used auto parts if you expect basic respect and professionalism.

They try charging for double parts on parts like headlights where brackets are built into the bucket assembly’s and demand you take them apart as separate part when it’s literally the anssembly lmao. Employees treat everyone like thieves trying to rifle through our tool cases etc like we’re in tsa at the airport. If anyone is thieves it’s these guys giving scrap value for cars from customers and making 1000s off each car on parts sales .

Had an incredible pick on there Wheelbarrow Sale day, today. Probably about $700 worth of parts, overflowing the wheelbarrow. The only catch to this sale, there's a PVC square just inside the door it has to fit through, as wide as an SUV tailgate, maybe 5 feet tall. Awesome day picking. Car folks, y'all will love this place.

I have been to the yard in Rosemont, MN several times now and have fortunately been able to find the parts that I was needing. Those would be a cam shaft position sensor for a '10 GMC Acadia & an '01 Toyota Camry, throttle position sensor for a '10 GMC Acadia, a shark fin roof antenna for a '13 Hyundai Veloster, & several misc. Parts for a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman AWD. The employees are always polite, friendly, & knowledgeable. I would check their website for current inventory before you go. And keep in mind that the vehicle itself may be on the lot, but there's no guarantee that the part you are looking for is still on the vehicle. They offer a 15% discount to veterans in addition to their already low prices. The parts can be returned if they are faulty.

Sold them a vehicle and was told the check was in the mail over a week ago (I live two cities over). Still no check, now we're getting completely ghosted by them. They won't answer the phone, respond to voicemails or respond to emails.

Chris was one of the most helpful, thoughtful, and honest people I’ve ever encountered at any business. He answered all my questions and put up with me taking my time to ask. Excellent service from this gentleman. If you’re looking for car parts, refer to Chris!

Everyone here has been awesome to work with, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. A personal thanks to Megan, Joe and the manager at East Bethel for all the help in searching for a long out of production part for my friend’s Toyota. I am so grateful and humbled for all your help and dedication. This one part will return her favorite car to the road. Thank you all! Cheers! John

This is definitely the place (Rosemount location) to stop in if you need any kind of part for your vehicle! Especially myself being mechanically inclined and needing help finding a part that I had no idea how to go about. When I arrived I spoke with Randy and he went above and beyond to help me through the process. He listened, asked questions and guided me through the process. I really appreciate his willingness to help and patience with me. Thank you again Randy!

I came in to get some parts today. it was a headlight assembly. When I went to pay for it they tried to say that it was two separate parts. that the bracket that is attached to the headlight and can't be separated has to be paid for separately. I dealt with randy and mark. They both admitted that it can't come apart but still wanted to charge me extra above just a headlight assembly. When I ask to talk to their boss they got all upset. When one of you guys get in tomorrow get a hold of me.

Well organized place. They require closed toe shoes to enter the yard and a $3 per person entry fee. They do have shoes to borrow if necessary but best to use your own!

Upull is genuinely the only good junkyard in the Twin Cities. The staff is friendly, the selection is really good and it’s far more organized than most junkyards. Good selection of inventory and while prices have gone up, it’s still extremely competitive and a lot cheaper than getting stuff from a salvage yard. Plus, if you comment enough on the posts, you’ll get recognized by Megan

My bank says I was charged twice. The cashier said that the first one had an error, so I had to pay again. I'll call tomorrow to follow up (or Monday) One must be 16 years old and up in order to be in the junk yard. Understandable for safety, unfortunate today. Well organized, well kept, lots of wheel barrows. Inside there is 1 bathroom for any customer, then I saw a few port-a-potties within the yard, so relieving one's self won't be an issue. $2 admission to pull parts for a full day, and then rather reasonable prices for the parts you remove yourself. Great spot to practice auto mechanic skills and techniques. AAA auto parts next door is part of the same company, and they pull the parts for you. I will need to check their prices against new parts. Good spot for a handy man like me.

I need a specific part for a car, I went in to U Pull, I got a 15% discount coming in for the first time. I had to get a wheelbarrow at the entrance to get any part I pulled. Customer friendly place and their yard are well arranged.
