We may be the last stop for a vehicle on the highway of life, but we're really just the beginning for valuable metals to be reborn. After a car gets picked over by industrious DIYers to keep their cars on the road longer, its remains are crushed and sold to metal recyclers. Then all that metal gets the chance to start a brand new life as a can, or hammer, or wrench or even another car!

I have been to the yard in Rosemont, MN several times now and have fortunately been able to find the parts that I was needing. Those would be a cam shaft position sensor for a '10 GMC Acadia & an '01 Toyota Camry, throttle position sensor for a '10 GMC Acadia, a shark fin roof antenna for a '13 Hyundai Veloster, & several misc. Parts for a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman AWD. The employees are always polite, friendly, & knowledgeable. I would check their website for current inventory before you go. And keep in mind that the vehicle itself may be on the lot, but there's no guarantee that the part you are looking for is still on the vehicle. They offer a 15% discount to veterans in addition to their already low prices. The parts can be returned if they are faulty.
Sold them a vehicle and was told the check was in the mail over a week ago (I live two cities over). Still no check, now we're getting completely ghosted by them. They won't answer the phone, respond to voicemails or respond to emails.

I was just here couple days ago, and then charged me MAF sensor and the Engine Air filter box due to it was connected and They said MAF had molding? On it so they charged me Trim molding i took the sensor off and Question them about the Trim Molding on MAF sensor? Due to its a built in gasket and got my money back they also Charge me Rear wiper arm with blade? Even though the blade was busted they still charged me so i had to remove that to get a refund PLEASE NOTE WHEN GOING READ UR RECEIPT WHEN LEAVING THE DOOR THEY WILL BE STINGY

Chris was great and helped me find the parts I needed, and was very friendly as well, would totally go there again! They also held the car I need needed one extra day so that I had the time to come out and pull what I needed.

This is definitely the place (Rosemount location) to stop in if you need any kind of part for your vehicle! Especially myself being mechanically inclined and needing help finding a part that I had no idea how to go about. When I arrived I spoke with Randy and he went above and beyond to help me through the process. He listened, asked questions and guided me through the process. I really appreciate his willingness to help and patience with me.

It's a sweet place to go used parts for a good price ...well most things they got pretty petty on a screw or bolt that goes with what ever part but they need there .36 lol
I totally dig the staff. They in no way make me feel odd going there.. ( ya know, cause I'm a girl) . My trip this time wasn't fruitful, but only because I was looking for a really common part. The only thing that kinda wigged me out this trip was the other customers. It never had before. The demographic has definitely changed, and a couple of the men made me really uncomfortable. One dude kept getting really close.. so i cut my visit short... no biggie, now I know and will keep it in mind on my next trip! I will certainly go back. The always have a great assortment of Audi's and Volkswagens...

They nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. Few years ago u pull our parts was a great place to get parts at a great price. Now they charge you every possible thing they can.
I will definitely never return to Rosemount, the staff of that place treated us very badly and even laughed at us, we went on Wednesday 07/30, for some parts and they never helped us with information, I'm sorry I went to that place I always go to East Bethel and they are very friendly and always help us with all the information we need, from today I will only recommend my mechanical colleagues to go to East Bethel.
I came in to get some parts today. it was a headlight assembly. When I went to pay for it they tried to say that it was two separate parts. that the bracket that is attached to the headlight and can't be separated has to be paid for separately.
I dealt with randy and mark. They both admitted that it can't come apart but still wanted to charge me extra above just a headlight assembly.
When I ask to talk to their boss they got all upset. When one of you guys get in tomorrow get a hold of me.
They charged me for a part that had a bracket that was attached. From the factory it was welded on. I had to pay for the bracket that was welded on. Even with talking to the guy behind the counter “sorry man. Not my rules”
I truly understand it’s a business and that’s how it works, but if I wanted to buy it new, I’d get a bracket without paying separate for it.
My first time visiting your yard and while I didn’t find everything I was looking for, I did find a couple of items I needed but had forgotten. An amazing place and very well laid out. In addition, Chris and Steven were not only helpful, and thoughtful in offering water on a very hot day, but were among the best in customer service. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and very efficient.
I may not always need to come to U Pull R, but when I need an OEM part for my 2001 Tundra, yours Will be my first stop. Thank you!
Dominic did a great job getting me checked out with a new bumper for my old rusty Chevy truck. Dominic ran out to to parking lot with the lug wrench I forgot at the counter...Thanks. and the bottle of water after a couple hours in the yard on this 90 degree day was much appreciated.
Fortunate enough to have a salvage place in this state thats local most places don't have one accessible or a salvage yard location in general otherwise pound per pound if you willing to get a little dirty you can save yourself a ton and meat interesting people

N....comparison it's like a rip off going to the local auto part store once you get into adding up prices for products that are remanufactured or branded for a lot cheaper..

Well organized place. They require closed toe shoes to enter the yard and a $3 per person entry fee. They do have shoes to borrow if necessary but best to use your own!
Megan was such a great help!! I asked a question and she was prompt and polite, and made it easy for me. At the Rosemount location, the guys were nice too. Having car issues can be stressful, encountering nice people while trying to get parts makes the whole situation a little easier. Thanks!
It was my first visit with my dad at the Rosemount location. Staff was very helpful with questions and Dillon explained the whole process to us, he even helped dad get set up to have specials texted to him. Great customer service!
Needed help locating a specific vehicle to pull a part i had forgotten to order so i can replace the old worn out one. Luckily there was one in the yard and Dillon was kind enough to guide me to its location. Now I'm able to get my car in working order before my trip tomorrow

I called this morning after my van broke down. Dawn was SO helpful and friendly, and gave me clear instructions of what I needed to do. The process was easy, fast, and I had an extra $400 I wasn't expecting to have when my vehicle was beyond repair. I will definitely be recommending this place to others!
Upull is genuinely the only good junkyard in the Twin Cities. The staff is friendly, the selection is really good and it’s far more organized than most junkyards. Good selection of inventory and while prices have gone up, it’s still extremely competitive and a lot cheaper than getting stuff from a salvage yard. Plus, if you comment enough on the posts, you’ll get recognized by Megan
My bank says I was charged twice. The cashier said that the first one had an error, so I had to pay again. I'll call tomorrow to follow up (or Monday)
One must be 16 years old and up in order to be in the junk yard. Understandable for safety, unfortunate today.
Well organized, well kept, lots of wheel barrows.
Inside there is 1 bathroom for any customer, then I saw a few port-a-potties within the yard, so relieving one's self won't be an issue.
$2 admission to pull parts for a full day, and then rather reasonable prices for the parts you remove yourself.
Great spot to practice auto mechanic skills and techniques.
AAA auto parts next door is part of the same company, and they pull the parts for you.
I will need to check their prices against new parts.
Good spot for a handy man like me.
I need a specific part for a car, I went in to U Pull, I got a 15% discount coming in for the first time. I had to get a wheelbarrow at the entrance to get any part I pulled. Customer friendly place and their yard are well arranged.
