U Pull R Parts JunkYard in Rosemount (MN)

I went to U-Pull in Rosemount for a rear brake line splitter. The price was good. But the best part of this visit to U-Pull was Megan. She was smiling and was in a very good mood. To make a long story short it was a pleasure to work with her. Hopefully the next time I go to U-Pull to get something she will be there. Use to love this place but the last time was the last straw. Got charged $2.78 each for 4 cup holders when I only had 2. Someone left 2 screws on the counter that weren't mine but some how they ended up on my receipt. ill had receipt tomorrow morning.

I was pleasantly surprised with what I call “good customer service”. I had a laundry list if parts I was on a quest to find, (probably a little ambitious) I used one of the provided wheel barrows (2 wheel style) easy to handle. Checking out at the end was extremely easy and Meagan was considerate and helpful. All in all a great experience. I CANNOT get enough of UPull! I love to pull parts, spending time with my twin brother. Building our cars up with nice oem parts from both UPull MN locations is a dream come true! The place is really going downhill, used to go all the time. But now they over charge on parts, went to get a headlight assembly for a 98 gmc and they wanted 40 dollars just for the assembly no bulbs. I went down the road to oriellys and got a brand new one with 2 bulbs for 41.99. Also it depends on who’s working if they will let you in a half hour before they close or not. Some of us have to work and it’s very aggravating dodging traffic to make it there by 6 with 3 dollars cash in hand ready to be in and out and they tell you they close at 6 now. So it really depends who’s working on what kind of service you will get. Yank at your own risk My response to the owner is I was not there after 6, I was there actually minutes before 6 and the office was was mopped and the entry was chained closed when I walked in so this tells me that they were cutting off people well before I got there. If you’re gonna make a time make sure your employees stick to it.

The HONDA GUY These people are very friendly and good business oriented individuals. I had to sell my used car before I could move back to my state of residence . Yet , no other company offered me a reasonable deal For my car . It was when I call this one company that i decided I was going to take their offer which I found very reasonable. Big ups 👍👍👍

Was so heated after finding out I was charged for washer fluids, hose tubing, and washer fluid resevoir pumps, but ya Boy Vinnie helped me out and gave me a refund. All I got to say is $22 for hose tubing that connects to the washer fluid resevoir pumps is insane when compared to the $11 cost for the resevoir itself. 5 star review because Vinnie made me feel better after talking with him.

I need a specific part for a car, I went in to U Pull, I got a 15% discount coming in for the first time. I had to get a wheelbarrow at the entrance to get any part I pulled. Customer friendly place and their yard are well arranged.

The time has come when I needed to let go a vehicle, called in an spoke with Jeff who was very helpful, answered all my questions and I was treated with respect, I had follow up questions and everyone was very helpful and courteous when I called. U pull makes it very simple to sell a vehicle, and the best part, you are paid on the spot.

The boss told me they had a motor here, and we agreed on price over the phone. I drive all the way here for them to not even have a motor. I think it's ridiculous that you would mislead someone over the phone like that.

This is by far the greatest place to get used auto part. Yes you have to pull your parts but that's the reason why they give you such good deals. For instance I just bought an engine for my Ford Fusion the engine cost $267 I believe it was with a 30-day warranty you can get them even cheaper without the warranty but who's going to do that they also have a $25 core so if you had the old engine. I just found out about this place this winter and I bet I've been here 20 times since then. Only down side is that the people that work behind the counter they don't really know what there talking about if you have a question. Also they're kind of rude they never really smile or help you much this is at the East Bethel location other than that I give them five stars because like I said the prices are phenomenal and that's what it's all about

It was my first time coming here and I cannot remember the young man’s name,Very very handsome young dark male.He has a smile that can make anyone’s day!Everyone on the team was very helpful but this young man went above and beyond my expectations.In addition to that he gave us a very good laugh!He is the reason you have gained another customer and will gain many more.I will be sure to tell all my mates about this young lad.Very authentic and has a personality that is unblemished to say the least,We watched him clean and sweep everything alone and felt so bad.His answer was “I do it now,So that one day my children won’t have to” GIVE THE YOUNG LAD A UP -Dan R

Part buyers beware! They will charge you for every small little thing. Looking for headlights for a 02 suburban. If you know you know they aren’t just one entire housing. Cashier wanted to charge me for the main headlamps $36 for each and the headlamp mounts $12 each and another $12 for the “parking lamps” (the lower portion of the housing assembly) overall wanted $120 for the headlights alone. ($60-$70 if I order online) Another $77 for the mirrors which I would’ve been fine with if she wouldn’t have jacked up the price on the headlights. It boggles my mind you are supposed to save money yet they want to charge you for every small little thing. Definitely won’t be getting my business anymore.

This place is great for the DIYer or anyone looking to reuse parts and keep your old car running for as long as possible! Malik was super helpful in finding the right part for my car. The first part I picked ended up being slightly the wrong size, but that was on me for not paying attention. The 30 warranty made it super easy to come back and exchange it for the right parts and get me back on the road.

Read up and know what you are doing. This place has price fluctuations ranging from "really great deal" all the up to "wouldn't have cost me any more to get it new - without all the extra work" shop around and price things first.

This was ABSOLUTELY unreal. I can't believe I drove over an hour to get here today to find a today only closed sign. We even called about coming this weekend, you think they would have told us then.... I will NOT be returning and I am NOT happy. Another customer also pulled up as we were here too. Ridiculous. Nothing on the website either ☹️ the excuse of the weather is no excuse at all. The weather was known all week and it wasn't a surprise and there was still nothing posted on the website.

Different price different day I buy trunk spare tire cover over 5 times Today they fell like changing the price Keep strait face people I don't have to come there and feel like one gangster employee will charge me what ever they feel like at the top of their head So I said I don't want it & her answer tells a lot FINE I WILL SELL IT TO MY Buddy then. I think she is supposed to be the manager & she thinks she is untouchable.... She can do whatever she wants I will like ownership of this business to give me a replay on this matter

This Establishment needs to really needs to evaluate its business practice. Here is what is possible 1) management & employees could be the problem here ( its ran like the worse than anything I have ever seen) 2) or the company is not serious about its reputation or doesn't care A lot of theft is clearly visible In my many visits here prices change dramatically for the same exact item I understand its not easy to get educated employees here but good leadership guidance can help offset that I come here with no conference and extremely on guard especially when I am at the register Can't believe this kind of management is in Minnesota I hope ownership will really transform this establishment s Operation If ownership is reading this review understand that you are being ripped off drastically by your managers and employees 1000%

I have been here 3 times to date. I normally go here for GM specific stuff. Could not be more happy! Building a project car and have needed stuff like clean rear bumper, bigger fuel injectors, dash assembly, wire harness, etc. I have saved tons of money on great items. Thanks!!

I am very disappointed in this place with my experience today. 2 days ago I came in and bought tires for my car. Turns out I had to get rims also. I came back here and for rims and explained I was in and bought the tire and now I had to get the rims. I asked if there was a discount because I was just in there. No. Now if i would have purchased the tire on the rim at the same time it would have been 111.00 cheaper. I had to pay a warranty on the tires and then a Enviro fee on the rims. I asked what that fee was for and was told that's just a few we charge everyone. It's another tax. What kinda answer is that. I feel totally taken for with this ordeal. I feel I was basically doubled charges and now I have to pay to have the old rubber taken off the rims and disposed of. Where is the savings coming here now.

Terrible!!! Tried to get a bumper, fender and hood. They wanted to charge me for the foam, mounting pieces and everything that comes with those parts. This is why I never come to this 1 always bad service
