I sold an older "junk" car through U Pull R Parts. It was a super easy experience. The tow truck driver, Gary, that picked up the car was professional, very nice, and helpful. I opted to pick up cash from U Pull which was also an easy and fast experience even though they were really busy having a sale. It looks like a decent place to find parts as well!

I recently sold an old vehicle to U Pull R Parts for scrap. They went above and beyond to help make this process simple, easy, and hassle free. I was especially impressed with Megan and am very grateful to her for working with me on some complications on my end of the deal. Her and her staff were very friendly, patient, and understanding and I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking to sell a vehicle or needs to remove junk vehicles from their lives - go to U pull R Parts. They also offer economical solutions to those needing to make repairs ot improvements to their vehicles. Me and my husband recently sold one of our cars to U Pull Our Parts and I can not say enough positive things about it. I talked with Adam who was so friendly from the get go. He quickly and accurately took down the information on my car and scheduled a tow for the very next day! I was very impressed by his customer service and speediness. It seemed like he actually cared about getting us a good deal The day the car was picked up was smooth to which I am very thankful for. If we ever need to sell our car again, we're going to U Pull..

I have been going to U pull for years since 2015 and for years this place has always been a great place to go to as well as be at. After today though I will never step foot in a U pull R parts again. Slow customer service in all of my years shopping here I have never had slower and as horrible customer service as I have had today. They nickel and dime you for every thing now even parts that are one piece assemblies like a door latch oh its got a small motor in it for the lock well that's an extra $20 right there. There charge the customer for every little thing they can has all ready out grown its welcome. I used to look forward to coming to U Pull R Parts but now I will be going to other yards around the state due to the simple fact that they over charge and don't enforce there own rules about not removing oil pans and items along those lines making parts worthless to buy as well. From here on out its going to be buying parts from other yards or online because it will be cheaper and frankly easier and less likely damaged parts from people not following the rules.

I've been coming here for 20+ years, lots of places have parts for cheap, but the customer service here is amazing. Both MN locations are great, but specifically the Rosemount location. Steven was the one checking me out, after spending a few hours in the yard, I was dying of thirst. He gave me a free water, and I downed it in about 1 minute. Then he gave me another one. This place will always have my business and recommendations, thanks again!!

I seriously hesitate to write this review, as my son goes there all the time and gets great deals on parts. They have alot to pick from. However, today is Sunday, and my husband and son went there to pull parts on a car he already found the other day. Dad went to help. We live south, so it takes about 30 minutes to get there. My husband and I have a prior engagement in Cannon Falls at noon. The plan was for him and our son to be there right at 9am when they open, pull the part, and come home to get ready. They were there at 9:03 and no one there. We are on limited time, so I tried to call their office but just a long-winded message, so I pushed 0 key but disconnected me. It is now 10:13am, and my husband just called. Tow truck came in along with 2 employees. He said more then 12 customers were also there waiting, but left. One hour and 13 minutes AFTER they state on the website opening at 9am. Now, our plans are ruined as my husband will stay to help him, and just myself will be at the event. Sorry, but that's horrible in my book for any company.

I came in today to get a VIN number from a vehicle may got parts from a few months back. The counter person was very friendly and helpful when I explained my situation. I was referred to Ryan he was quick and knowledgeable and professional. He was able to look up the vehicle and provide me the VIN needed. I enjoy doing business with U-pull R -Parts Rosemount.

I used to go to Upull all the time about 5-10 years ago. The last few times I've gone you know what employees are trying to hit bonus yes they do get a bonus, for selling you more stuff. They will nickel and dime you with thier "blanket parts picing". Really all this is is an excuse to generate revenue on smaller parts (I advice checking prices on most small items before purchase as some will be cheaper new then the price at upullrparts). They do have employees I would give a 5 start review to and appreciate thier assistance I want to mention these employees by name but wont as I dont want them getting yelled at for not "blanket parts pricing" or "if it u-bolts or unclips" they'll charge for it, but to the ones charging for 6 nuts and bolts on a $500 total can go pack sand.

I need a specific part for a car, I went in to U Pull, I got a 15% discount coming in for the first time. I had to get a wheelbarrow at the entrance to get any part I pulled. Customer friendly place and their yard are well arranged.

Easy in and out. Staff is friendly. Bathroom is a bit nasty….There is a portapotty in the yard also.

Place is very unique and special. Staff are friendly and are knowledgeable in helping you find the vehicle in the lot. This place has helped me and others save a lot of money and time when much needed parts are a lengthy delivery away. Remember to clean after yourself and keep the place tidy or else you suck!

I stopped in to find a headlight assembly after I smacked into a deer and had a 5 hour drive ahead of me. I spoke with Megan and she was amazing at helping me find what I needed. 20/10 if I am ever in the area again I will be back !

I CANNOT get enough of UPull! I love to pull parts, spending time with my twin brother. Building our cars up with nice oem parts from both UPull MN locations is a dream come true! I credit UPull for helping me make my car exactly what I wanted it to be! Sincerely thank you!!! (Two year before and after over 100 yard visits later!)

U-PullR helped me out with a very odd problem. I had a 5th wheel sliding hitch in the bed if my F150 that was no longer required. The hitch weighed over 450 lbs. With extreme courtesy and consideration the management utilised their equp.ent to lift out the hitch

Yard has decent selection, they have cars coming in pretty frequent and the pictures posted on facebook page is a nice touch. Been going here but recently they try to upcharge you on every little piece connected to the part,at both locations it seems to be who's working that makes the difference. Trying to charge for an emblem glued to the trunk seems a lil ridiculous to me .

Amazing place! I had a car I’ve been needing to get rid of and was struggling to do so. I called this place up, they gave me an estimated quote and when I ended up going there, i got more $$$ than i was quoted! Whaaaaaat! It took us about 10-15 mins if that to do the entire process so i was very satisfied with that :) Extremely friendly workers as well! 10/10. Thank you for your help!! I really appreciate it!!

Megan is a great person and has really great customer service like literally the best and I always appreciate her so much because she’s so kind and helpful and knows how to do her job really well and very professional overall she is quite frankly the best🔥🙃

This is by far the greatest place to get used auto part. Yes you have to pull your parts but that's the reason why they give you such good deals. For instance I just bought an engine for my Ford Fusion the engine cost $267 I believe it was with a 30-day warranty you can get them even cheaper without the warranty but who's going to do that they also have a $25 core so if you had the old engine. I just found out about this place this winter and I bet I've been here 20 times since then. Only down side is that the people that work behind the counter they don't really know what there talking about if you have a question. Also they're kind of rude they never really smile or help you much this is at the East Bethel location other than that I give them five stars because like I said the prices are phenomenal and that's what it's all about

I went to U-Pull in Rosemount for a rear brake line splitter. The price was good. But the best part of this visit to U-Pull was Megan. She was smiling and was in a very good mood. To make a long story short it was a pleasure to work with her. Hopefully the next time I go to U-Pull to get something she will be there. The place is really going downhill, used to go all the time. But now they over charge on parts, went to get a headlight assembly for a 98 gmc and they wanted 40 dollars just for the assembly no bulbs. I went down the road to oriellys and got a brand new one with 2 bulbs for 41.99. Also it depends on who’s working if they will let you in a half hour before they close or not. Some of us have to work and it’s very aggravating dodging traffic to make it there by 6 with 3 dollars cash in hand ready to be in and out and they tell you they close at 6 now. So it really depends who’s working on what kind of service you will get. Yank at your own risk My response to the owner is I was not there after 6, I was there actually minutes before 6 and the office was was mopped and the entry was chained closed when I walked in so this tells me that they were cutting off people well before I got there. If you’re gonna make a time make sure your employees stick to it.

The gal that manages the place was awesome! Helped me load a heavy door in my car that was challenging! She stuck with me and us girls got it done! Thank you!!

I was pleasantly surprised with what I call “good customer service”. I had a laundry list if parts I was on a quest to find, (probably a little ambitious) I used one of the provided wheel barrows (2 wheel style) easy to handle. Checking out at the end was extremely easy and Meagan was considerate and helpful. All in all a great experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back for parts for my vehicles Thanks to the crew at u pull r parts

Total scam on the pricing. I asked upon arrival the cost for a wheel spindle and was quoted 18 each. I removed 5 in the blazing heat. I went to pay and the total was 233.00. Absolutely a disgrace

The folks at pull your parts were very courteous and helpful,saved me about $230 for a 1/2 Of work, also helpful with my service dog with water , SEMPER-FI PULL YOUR PARTS!!!
