Great place to bring your corrugated cardboard at no cost. I appreciate being able to just check in let them know I’m there and drop off my cardboard. Thanks for providing this great service for the community!
I dropped off a couple of old chairs and rugs. If I'd known how easy it was, I would have done it a long time ago! The woman at the front desk was great and the process was easy.
The front desk lady who’s name I didn’t catch but she has curly hair, was super kind and helpful which I haven’t ever had at any recycling place. So thank you to her also place was really affordable.

For the price that they want to bring something there to get rid of you can get rid of it through your trash company for the same price. Keep that in mind and I sat on hold for nothing and the lady that answered pretty much knew nothing.
Truck drivers as soon as you turn onto Holyoke Ave take the first right and go through the car parking lot. If you're following the signs that say public drop you're going the right way hop onto the scale, turn engine off and press call button. They'll tell you everything you need to know. At 7am on a Thurs it's really quiet and lots of room to maneuver
I’d give it 0 starts if I could. Front office staff is over the top rude and hold everything up. Best of luck to you if you use this facility. I never will again.
Went here to drop off all the demo materials from a master bathroom including drywall, tub, sink, toilet, tile, etc. Was very quick and the helpers made it super easy to do.
The guys working here are very fast and friendly to truck drivers. This place is well organized and clean to its best. In & out of the scale so fast .. I’ll definitely pick up a load from this customer again.
Picked up load of scrap paper here and the woman working in the shipping office was terrific. Very friendly and helpful. Scaled in got loaded scaled out in a flash.
Very cool place. Clean lobby with nice info-graphics of what the plant handles and how the sorting works. I requested a tour just because I was interested in where my recycling went. We got a friendly tour guide who gave me and 2 friends an in-depth look at the plant. We got to walk each section of the plant and view how this complex machine (and its skilled workers) refined the constant stream of junk into useful bales of resources. He knew a lot about the capabilities of the plant, how each section operated, and answered every question we had. I gained an appreciation for the work that happens to my refuse and picked up a couple tips on how to avoid giving them processing issues. Would recommend a visit for any interested folks and/or kiddos.
