This service is so amazing. It was a very, very wintry, minnesota sunday night and my friend got stuck in my driveway. Whereas most all the other places were understandably impatient and costly, this service came out within fifteen minutes. was half the price of everybody else and provided a quality of service that was above and beyond......

Chris was incredibly friendly and attentive. Arrived within 20-25 min of my initial call. Absolutely took the time to make sure I had everything I needed out of the car before towing it, took the time to explain what he was doing and overall incredible customer service. I highly recommend him!

Purcell towing was FANTASTIC. He was so kind, the customer service was top tier, the price was very reasonable, and he was speedy with the service! On top of that, he went out of his way to come and tow us after waiting for 5 hours in a snowstorm since triple a couldn’t get any tow companies over to us. Would HIGHLY recommend!
Chris answered right away, he was very friendly and quick. I called him about our Pontiac G6 and he gave me a quote and was here within 20 minutes. When he got here, he talked with us and tried to help us figure out what was wrong with our car. He turned a horrible night into a good experience and I would definitely reccomed him/this company to anyone looking for a friendly/quick/affordable tow. I had to make a review right away, as I am still sitting in the car waiting for him to put our car up!

No one wants to need a tow far from home on a winter weekend night. But when we did, Chris was available, efficient, and very kind and helpful. He got the car in place with great care and lots of good advice. Highly recommend this service.

The best! Fast, affordable and great customer service. Daughter got a flat tire and they had the car picked up and towed to the location requested in less than an hour in rush hour and after a snowstorm. Would highly recommend.
Chris is an amazing person! He’s so knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service. I can for sure say he went above and beyond for me at a scary time for me. He remained calm and professional and helped me get my vehicle unstuck. Chris came to assist me when my car broke down on Thanksgiving, at a time when no other towing service would even answer my calls. He arrived quickly, conducted himself with exceptional professionalism, and offered very reasonable rates. He went above and beyond by providing helpful advice to prevent the issue from happening again. I would highly recommend his services.
Only charged me for service call after calling for a tow & realizing I just didn’t have enough gas in my tank. Also helped me push my car to the pump. Also took time out his day to help educate me about preventing future problems w vehicle. 100% recommend

Chris the owner from Purcell Towing did an amazing job when I got stuck with my AMG. I needed the car to be towed immediately and was rushing, but Chris arrived in less than 30 minutes, which was incredible. Initially I was worried about potential damage to my car and specifically requested a flatbed tow truck. Chris came fully prepared—not only did he have the perfect flatbed truck for the job, but he also brought additional equipment to prevent any scraping. His attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.
Chris’s extensive knowledge about cars truly stood out. Despite my rush, he took the time to explain things clearly during our interaction. I only wish I hadn’t been in such a hurry because I gained so much insight just from our conversation. What a wonderful experience! From the phone call to receive help through the end - the customer service was top notch! He arrived within 30 minutes, provided a transparent and fair price, and then took our vehicle to the repair shop, talked to the owner and gave them our keys. I was stuck on the side of 35 in Lakeville with a tire blow out and Chris (owner/operator) came right over from Apple Valley. He provided top notch service from the initial phone call through drop off at the tire shop. Extra perks of roadside advice, tire information, and a phone charger made the experience as pleasant as possible.

Chris is absolutely great! He made sure everything would work out with the tighter space the vehicle was in and he was so great at explaining. He has an amazingly equipped truck and even offers refreshments. Rate was NOT bad for a random tow on a Sunday. 100% recommend!
This guy is Aces!! First time customer and he was there in 35 minutes to move a non running stereo project vehicle inside a mini storage unit. Not only did he get it out safely without us needing to push it. He helped get it inside the new storage unit without any hands on pushing on our part!! He was clean cut, well spoken and very polite and kind! He really went above and beyond with a move that could have/should have been a lot more trouble than it was! His truck was very clean, well maintained and had a 4 door cab so customers wouldn't have to find other transportation separately from the tow if need be!! Sadly I can't remember his name but remember he is the owner of the company. All I can say is this the only company I'll be calling in the future if im needing a tow in his service area!!! My pick up burned inside my brother's garage, which was a total loss. The company that contracts with State Farm was scared (literally) of pulling my truck out of the garage, so I called Chris, at Purcell Towing and Roadside Assistance. Communication with Chris couldn't have been better AND he arrived when he said he would. He has all the tools, equipment and experience to do the job right without cutting corners. Chris pulled my truck out of the garage without leaving rubber drag marks on the cement driveway because he had the right equipment and knowledge to avoid that.
