For all the great experiences I’ve had with car accidents and road side with AAA. I remember getting in a car accident on a super hot day and the driver stoped at a gas station and let me use the bathroom and get hydrated. Just even the follow up when coming to the vehicle. Care & handle I’ve had when you had to send a different bed to get the vehicle. You guys are incredibly careful and i’ve noticed a huge difference since you have stepped out. Keep doing great business & thank you for taking care of your clients.
We use these guys for our DOT inspections and maintenance for work and they are great! Always helpful and reliable. Last time I dropped one off they asked if there were any concerns amongst the techs, and that question was enough to spark the memory of the tires and bearings that we had all been discussing just the week prior and I would have totally forgot to mention anything about it if not for that simple question.
Austin did a very professional and friendly job towing my vehicle to the auto shop from my home. He was also great with my kids and finished the job with a picture of my vehicle safe and sound. :) thanks a lot!
As the Vice President of Sparkling Klean, I have been fortunate enough to have Dick’s Valley Service haul, drop off, and pick up several of our boom lifts that we utilize for exterior window cleaning services. DVS has consistently demonstrated punctuality and professionalism with their hauling services all with providing superior customer service. I would highly recommend DVS to anyone in need of hauling services.
I just brought my Western plow in for service due to a hydraulic leak. Derek is amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took ample time out of his day to explain the work he did and the functionality of the product. I can tell you that Derek will be my go-to going forward, not only for Western plow, but for any other service that I need on my truck. The experience from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend working with Derek if you are shopping for snow plows or need your plow serviced, and would also recommend doing business with Dick’s Valley Service, Inc.
Dicks staff has always completed excellent work on my automobiles. Never have I felt unnecessary work was recommended. Actually, I asked for work to be done one time, they checked my record and told me it had been done last year. Very happy customer.
I just had Western MVP3 ("V") plow installed by Derek at Dick's Valley Service. I couldn't be more pleased and impressed. He did a wonderful job installing it and then making sure I was fully 'trained' on its operation and removal procedure. With many years of experience, he's the guy you want installing your plow!
Dick's Valley Service is an honest, fair, respected and reputable company. My car recently overheated on a below zero day and I was in my car freezing. Once the flatbed arrived, the driver helped me into his truck and turned the heat on high to warm me up and checked on me while he loaded my car onto the flatbed. He was super kind and caring. I have been using Dick's to maintain my car for many years. They are a reliable company with outstanding employees. The employees are treated fairly and have no reason to ask for unnecessecary services. The employees have nothing but good to say about the owners/management. That says a LOT! The employees reflect the owner's exemplary character. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I HIGHLY recommend Dick's Valley Service!

This reply from them is a prime example. I was never arrested. No clue why they are saying this. They changed their response to seem like nice better people and try to gaslight me. Terrible management.

The most friendly and knowledgeable and honest mechanic shops I have ever been to. They helped me get the van there safely and got it done ahead of time. Kept the cost down. Great job!!! The staff was great when I picked it up to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Needed tires changed (putting on winter tires). Because I had the tires already on wheels, I wasn't charged a dime. Great service, very friendly, and fast. I couldn't have asked for more.
My car broke down Saturday at 5:00 p.m., their after hours line was great. They picked the car up with a flatbed within the hour and took it back to their shop. They were able to diagnose and repair it promptly Monday. Their communication and customer service was fantastic and I was even able to pay for it over the phone and pick it up after hours utilizing their secure key lock box.
The staff was courteous and the customer service was great. Highly recommend their tow service and repair shop.
Brought our 135k miles, ‘15 Durango in for service of the suspension and brakes. Got an honest assessment of the work needed, couple things to watch for and one recommendation. Fully expected to replace those 2 watch items, but until we see fluid on the ground, only the brakes. 135k and only tires and oil changes. THANK YOU JOHN!
I called Dick's Valley Service for help in getting my car started. They sent out a service truck fairly quick. Austin the driver had a couple ideas to try to get it going. He got it started with the jumper cables, and no need for a tow. Thanks Austin for your good work!
Great, no, outstanding company who care about me and my old car! It can be difficult to trust some auto services but Dicks earned my trust. Plus the personnel are friendly and professional. Waiting room is comfortable and beverages available. John and receptionist are A+ !

From their customer service to the driver we have had nothing but great service from them. They have had to do multiple tows for us recently and are so nice and professional to work with. Love that they even went out of their “district” for us as well and was even cheaper then the companies closest to me. Excellent communication from the different drivers. If you are need of a tow choose Dicks.

They are trustworthy and decently priced. I have been there 4-5 times and I have also used their tow service. Sometimes I get a bit anxious when dealing with car places as I don’t know a lot about cars, but they always put me at ease. They are thorough explaining what needs to be done and they get things done in a timely manner. I leave feeling like they really took care of my car. Excellent service!!

I blew a rear tire and unfortunately my jack wasn’t large enough to replace the flat myself. They were fast, punctual, and professional. They had me on the road within 20 minutes!
