I was in a horrible situation. I was stuck really bad and it was midnight. Purcell Towing answered my call and got there in less than 30 minutes. Very professional, super friendly and easy to work with. It was the first time I got my car stuck but he was fast and efficient. Even after I got my car out he called me to make sure it was still running smooth and if I was okay. He's an expert at his craft. Would recommend to anyone. A+ service.
Great experience with Chris! He handled my 30 year old truck with care and even pointed out some problems with my exhaust and rear dif I would have never noticed. Very good at explaining the whole process and no hidden charges! Would definitely use Purcell again and recommend to others.

Chris the owner from Purcell Towing did an amazing job when I got stuck with my AMG. I needed the car to be towed immediately and was rushing, but Chris arrived in less than 30 minutes, which was incredible. Initially I was worried about potential damage to my car and specifically requested a flatbed tow truck. Chris came fully prepared—not only did he have the perfect flatbed truck for the job, but he also brought additional equipment to prevent any scraping. His attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.
Chris’s extensive knowledge about cars truly stood out. Despite my rush, he took the time to explain things clearly during our interaction. I only wish I hadn’t been in such a hurry because I gained so much insight just from our conversation. I was stuck on the side of 35 in Lakeville with a tire blow out and Chris (owner/operator) came right over from Apple Valley. He provided top notch service from the initial phone call through drop off at the tire shop. Extra perks of roadside advice, tire information, and a phone charger made the experience as pleasant as possible.

Chris is absolutely great! He made sure everything would work out with the tighter space the vehicle was in and he was so great at explaining. He has an amazingly equipped truck and even offers refreshments. Rate was NOT bad for a random tow on a Sunday. 100% recommend!
This guy is Aces!! First time customer and he was there in 35 minutes to move a non running stereo project vehicle inside a mini storage unit. Not only did he get it out safely without us needing to push it. He helped get it inside the new storage unit without any hands on pushing on our part!! He was clean cut, well spoken and very polite and kind! He really went above and beyond with a move that could have/should have been a lot more trouble than it was! His truck was very clean, well maintained and had a 4 door cab so customers wouldn't have to find other transportation separately from the tow if need be!! Sadly I can't remember his name but remember he is the owner of the company. All I can say is this the only company I'll be calling in the future if im needing a tow in his service area!!! My pick up burned inside my brother's garage, which was a total loss. The company that contracts with State Farm was scared (literally) of pulling my truck out of the garage, so I called Chris, at Purcell Towing and Roadside Assistance. Communication with Chris couldn't have been better AND he arrived when he said he would. He has all the tools, equipment and experience to do the job right without cutting corners. Chris pulled my truck out of the garage without leaving rubber drag marks on the cement driveway because he had the right equipment and knowledge to avoid that. Amazing service! Our van broke down in the middle of a snowstorm and our insurance company spent over 12 hours trying to find a tow for us but they were unsuccessful. We were urgent to get our van off the road and back to our place before the next storm (coming in the morning) so we started making our own calls. Chris answered his phone immediately, was extremely kind and was available to help right away! The other companies are currently running about 15 hours behind, quoted higher rates and have poor customer service. Our van was towed 11 miles on snowy roads after 9pm and was home within 35 minutes! This man is professional, efficient, detail oriented and kind. We will be calling again! Oh, he even left us cards and a pen! :)
