I just brought my Western plow in for service due to a hydraulic leak. Derek is amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took ample time out of his day to explain the work he did and the functionality of the product. I can tell you that Derek will be my go-to going forward, not only for Western plow, but for any other service that I need on my truck. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Dicks staff has always completed excellent work on my automobiles. Never have I felt unnecessary work was recommended. Actually, I asked for work to be done one time, they checked my record and told me it had been done last year. Very happy customer.
Dick's Valley Service is an honest, fair, respected and reputable company. My car recently overheated on a below zero day and I was in my car freezing. Once the flatbed arrived, the driver helped me into his truck and turned the heat on high to warm me up and checked on me while he loaded my car onto the flatbed. He was super kind and caring. I have been using Dick's to maintain my car for many years. They are a reliable company with outstanding employees. The employees are treated fairly and have no reason to ask for unnecessecary services. The employees have nothing but good to say about the owners/management. That says a LOT! The employees reflect the owner's exemplary character. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I HIGHLY recommend Dick's Valley Service!

Needed tires changed (putting on winter tires). Because I had the tires already on wheels, I wasn't charged a dime. Great service, very friendly, and fast. I couldn't have asked for more.
My car broke down Saturday at 5:00 p.m., their after hours line was great. They picked the car up with a flatbed within the hour and took it back to their shop. They were able to diagnose and repair it promptly Monday. Their communication and customer service was fantastic and I was even able to pay for it over the phone and pick it up after hours utilizing their secure key lock box.
The staff was courteous and the customer service was great. Highly recommend their tow service and repair shop.
Brought our 135k miles, ‘15 Durango in for service of the suspension and brakes. Got an honest assessment of the work needed, couple things to watch for and one recommendation. Fully expected to replace those 2 watch items, but until we see fluid on the ground, only the brakes. 135k and only tires and oil changes. THANK YOU JOHN!
I have been going to Dick's Valley service for several years and always have received the best service at reasonable price. They will not try to sell you something that you don't need like you hear about other places. They are very thorough and if they do see something that needs attention they will let you know.
I called Dick's Valley Service for help in getting my car started. They sent out a service truck fairly quick. Austin the driver had a couple ideas to try to get it going. He got it started with the jumper cables, and no need for a tow. Thanks Austin for your good work!
Great, no, outstanding company who care about me and my old car! It can be difficult to trust some auto services but Dicks earned my trust. Plus the personnel are friendly and professional. Waiting room is comfortable and beverages available. John and receptionist are A+ !
Best towing in the cities by far. Recently had a blown engine on the interstate and Dicks Valley was quick to get my car off the road. After finding out the engine was blown Jon from service suggested I talk to my car manufacturer to see if they had an extended warranty and they ended up replacing the engine for free. Can’t thank them enough!

From their customer service to the driver we have had nothing but great service from them. They have had to do multiple tows for us recently and are so nice and professional to work with. Love that they even went out of their “district” for us as well and was even cheaper then the companies closest to me. Excellent communication from the different drivers. If you are need of a tow choose Dicks.

Dick’s Valley Service is the best!! They are trustworthy and decently priced. I have been there 4-5 times and I have also used their tow service. Sometimes I get a bit anxious when dealing with car places as I don’t know a lot about cars, but they always put me at ease. They are thorough explaining what needs to be done and they get things done in a timely manner. I leave feeling like they really took care of my car. Excellent service!!
Life savers I blew a rear tire and unfortunately my jack wasn’t large enough to replace the flat myself. They were fast, punctual, and professional. They had me on the road within 20 minutes!
