My car broke down Saturday at 5:00 p.m., their after hours line was great. They picked the car up with a flatbed within the hour and took it back to their shop. They were able to diagnose and repair it promptly Monday. Their communication and customer service was fantastic and I was even able to pay for it over the phone and pick it up after hours utilizing their secure key lock box.
The staff was courteous and the customer service was great. Highly recommend their tow service and repair shop.
Brought our 135k miles, ‘15 Durango in for service of the suspension and brakes. Got an honest assessment of the work needed, couple things to watch for and one recommendation. Fully expected to replace those 2 watch items, but until we see fluid on the ground, only the brakes. 135k and only tires and oil changes. THANK YOU JOHN!
I have been going to Dick's Valley service for several years and always have received the best service at reasonable price. They will not try to sell you something that you don't need like you hear about other places. They are very thorough and if they do see something that needs attention they will let you know.
I called Dick's Valley Service for help in getting my car started. They sent out a service truck fairly quick. Austin the driver had a couple ideas to try to get it going. He got it started with the jumper cables, and no need for a tow. Thanks Austin for your good work!
Great, no, outstanding company who care about me and my old car! It can be difficult to trust some auto services but Dicks earned my trust. Plus the personnel are friendly and professional. Waiting room is comfortable and beverages available. John and receptionist are A+ !

Best towing in the cities by far. Recently had a blown engine on the interstate and Dicks Valley was quick to get my car off the road. After finding out the engine was blown Jon from service suggested I talk to my car manufacturer to see if they had an extended warranty and they ended up replacing the engine for free. Can’t thank them enough!

Had a bad day turned around by this wonderful towing company. Todd was friendly and provided peace of mind and assurance to me when my brakes stopped working on my car. He also showed up within 15 minutes of me calling. Price was reasonable too!
Was in a bind and the receptionist/dispatcher was very polite and courteous. I explained how my car was in theft deterrent mode, due to the cold and it stalling mid remote start. Service Technician came out and jumped it first before towing in negative degree weather, just to check. It started up, I drove it to the dealership and the theft deterrent system disengaged. Very appreciated they saved me a whole bunch of time and money. Highly recommend.
From their customer service to the driver we have had nothing but great service from them. They have had to do multiple tows for us recently and are so nice and professional to work with. Love that they even went out of their “district” for us as well and was even cheaper then the companies closest to me. Excellent communication from the different drivers. If you are need of a tow choose Dicks.
Friendly and professional. We were told upfront that the wait would be "hours," but they arrived within two hours on a busy day due to snowfall. We unexpectedly broke down two hours from home and needed to be towed to a shop. Thankful for the help and services. Stay safe!
Austin was great. He got there within the time frame they gave me. From the moment he showed up he was friendly. He asked us if we had a ride, when we said we didn’t, he told us to wait in the tow truck while he mounted the car because it was cold outside. Then after he drove my car to the dealership he offered to take us home since we lived nearby. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you Austin!

They are trustworthy and decently priced. I have been there 4-5 times and I have also used their tow service. Sometimes I get a bit anxious when dealing with car places as I don’t know a lot about cars, but they always put me at ease. They are thorough explaining what needs to be done and they get things done in a timely manner. I leave feeling like they really took care of my car. Excellent service!!
Fast and excellent service. From the front desk to the mechanics, great and kind people all around. Even the owner was thoughtful enough to greet me and ask about my visit. It felt great to support a local company that also makes an effort to support fellow local companies. I will definitely continue to have my vehicles serviced here in the future!

Had my big matco tool box hall by their special equipment toolbox trailer it was enclosed and it drops to the ground for easy hauling the drivers were very professional on time for picking up toolbox and took great care of loading it up on their special toolbox trailer and delivering to the my new job
