Had a flat on SB Hwy 60. I called Windom Towing for help. Within an hour, I was able to get back on the road!! They didn't have a replacement tire but had recommendations for shops at my destination. Super Service!!

Coming home to Central Wisconsin from South Dakota got a slow leak in the 4 horse trailer tire. No problem changed it. Got half way through Minnesota and a different tire stripper apart. Went in the trusty google to see about getting 2 new tires. Friday at 6pm every one was closed except Windom Towing. A nice young man Tayler answered the phone and checked his inventory. We were in luck they had the tires we needed. Drove over and Taylor met us in the parking lot. Told us where to park and started working. Lest than 45 min we were back on the rode feeling blessed. Prices were very reasonable and Tayer had great customer service.

Quoted 155 over phone, then after repairing tire, changed to 283. Says it's because it was a semi tire. Didn't explain this until repair was complete. Highway robbery, should've taken my chances! Then they must not of had cat eye tight on valve stem because 2 hours later I had a flat tire again.

Jed very quickly and very professionally responded to our daughter’s flat tire on a Saturday evening. He asked her to stay in the car to make sure she remained safe. We were so grateful for his help - an incredible out-of-hours experience.

Our camper tire fell off literally right outside the Windom Towing Company’s shop. We lost our lug nuts and needed new ones. Gator came out and WALKED to our camper, across the ditch, carrying a drill. He removed two lug nuts from one side of the camper and put them in the wheel on the other side of the camper so we could at least get off the road. We operated our own jacks, and picked up his drill sockets for him so he wouldn’t lose them. I asked how much we owed him for his time and he said the office staff would even up with us. We walked into the shop and Gator described what he’d done. The office lady said, “Sounds like an $85 service call.” It cost our family $85 for 5 minutes of this guy’s time and use of the drill. They’d have one star, but the guy was nice at least. We would choose the other shop in town next time.

Avoid this place. Charged me $85 just put my spare tire on. Took him 5 minutes. Never stopping there again!!

Had a breakdown coming into Windom. Called and the lady that answered was quick to transfer me to on duty guy. He was to us within minutes and had us going again very quickly. Great people great service.

I need my wheels retorqued after my oil change. Every place I've ever went for this has done it for free. I called Windom Towing and they want $20. Wow...checking elsewhere. Sadly, the economy is bad so the consumer always gets hit the hardest. :(

Huge thank you for saving the day! Truck broke down and had a trip planned for horse show, Jed and crew fit us in and got us rolling on a crazy fair week. Thanks again!!

Windom Towing is very helpful, honest and reasonable. They fit my car into their busy schedule because I was heading out of town. My car took longer because they were waiting for a part so they brought me home and then dropped my car off when they were done. Will definitely go there again.

I had a crew break down at 10:00pm three hours from home. Windom Towing not only got the truck towed within 30 minutes but also rented my guys one of their cars so my guys could get back to their hotel that night. Great customer service!

At 8:30 pm ,had a semi that was unable to start, they put in there shop. They had it fixed before my driver got to motel. Professional crew, and a great experience. Definitely use them again!

I had a part burst in my GMC Terrain, and it caused all of the oil to leak out. As a result, my engine was destroyed. Windom Towing helped me so much throughout this challenging process. They towed my vehicle to their lot before a snow storm hit. They did not charge me to keep my vehicle parked in their lot for a few weeks due to the unfortunate situation of my vehicle being inoperable. Mary was great at keeping in touch with me over the phone as we made plans and arranged times for my vehicle to get towed to a salvage yard. Of all of the places that my vehicle could have broke down I am glad it happened in Windom. Windom Towing LLC has a wonderful team, and I am grateful for all that they did for me. I would highly recommend their services.

Awesome service. My airlines were frozen and the mechanic had me thawed out and rolling again super fast.

Alternator died in my car a mile out from windom while moving to minnesota. I called AAA at 10 pm. They denied me service. A policeman called Windom towing and they came out and helped no problem. Unfortunately for me, they were incredibly busy. It took a couple days to get my car in, but they called me up to let me know the quote and got it done. For me. Cost was reasonable as well.

Got a flat just outside Windom on our travel trailer. We were on the last 3 hours of a 16hr. Journey with kids and dogs. Got us in to replace the flat and gave us great advice and quality service. Thank you for relieving some of the stress of our journey home ?

Beware of this company. Called to see if they can fix a serpentine belt on my Excursion, the tech called me and said he would call around to find parts. I said that was okay. 20 minutes later, the tech shows up without a part and says they are booked for a week anyways. Then proceeds to charge me 125 dollars for an after hours service call. He simply could have called me back and let me know he didn't have any parts. Not sure why they felt the need for a service call when they didn't really do anything. . . Except collect 125 dollars.

Avoid this place at all cost, I blew an air bag, got to there shop was told they had a new air bag so I dropped my trailer, get inside and sure enough it was the wrong one, they made a couple of calls to find one but couldn't so they capped it off so I could leave and tried charging me almost $300 for 20 minutes of labor and a sch40 cap, I told them no way so they dropped it to $150, said its because it wasn't scheduled repair, never have i been charged extra for unscheduled repair not even by the dealer! To bad it didn't blow in Mankato peterbilt would probably be $300 but it would've gotten fixed!! What a joke, by the looks of other reviews they take advantage of non locals who have no other options.

Windom Towing was highly responsive to our needs. Our truck had blown a tire and needed to be towed. They got the truck picked up quickly and got it delivered to our mechanic promptly.

We drove an hour and a half to get a few items we missed from inside our totaled car the previous week without first checking if the shop was open on Saturdays. The shop owner (or driver on call) had already grabbed what we needed from our car and took a break from baling hay to drive into town to make sure we got what we needed--all with a friendly smile. Definitely above and beyond!

We had tire issues, Jed got us in, figured out exactly what we needed, ordered the correct parts, got it all fixed, all in a very timely manner. We are customers for ever. Professional, polite, courteous, great customer service. Thank you!!

Had a blowout while traveling through town in my RV. The crew here was very helpful and friendly, plus they had me back on the road with 4 new quality tires in less than a day. Highly recommend.

Broke down with power steering leak. Took it to Jed and he fixed it quickly and for a fair price. Got our family out of a bad situation. Looks like my son will make it to college today.....thanks to Jed and crew!!

Great place. Just had to change a valvestem that broke. Didn't have to take tire/rim off or anything. I did 1/2 the work. Took 10 min. Oh yeah and I waited 45 min for him to get there paying two of my employees $20 a hour. $95
