If I could give a negative star I would. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A TOWING SERVICES EVER. Rude, demanding and have a self proclaimed policy in place where you pay at one location and then have to be "escorted" to a secondary location (private, unsecured residence) to retrieve your vehicle. We were in a deer strike accident where the vehicle was totaled. If that wasn't stressful enough we had called for a tow but before our tow could get there State Patrol called East Central Towing to have that vehicle impounded. Thank goodness for Leaf's Towing!!! They were a god send. They were willing to jump through all of East Central Towing ridiculous hoops to get our vehicle back home safe and sound. WILL NEVER PATRON ANY OF THIS FAMILIES (East Central Towing) BUSINESSES.......EVER!!!!
In spite of some misunderstandings they were kind, professional and went above and beyond for me as a customer, I would use them again and recommend them.

My vehicle needed to be towed after an accident. The dispatcher was very kind on the phone and the driver was very courteous and professional while loading my vehicle and towing it and very fast to get onto the scene. I'd definitely call them again.
A request was made to East Central Towing to have a car towed recently. ECT charged my credit card immediately $483+ and dispatched a truck. Their policy is to have an electronic waiver form completed, before allowing their driver to hook. The form was texted with a link that is broken - 404 error (and trying to find the form manually on their website is futile), so the waiver form never was completed, but the truck and driver apparently were on site and waiting for the form. A phone call was made by ECT, but could not be answered because of work commitments, so a voicemail was left and so wasn't replied to. Shortly after that time, the driver and truck left, never towing the vehicle, but keeping the full payment.
Bottom line for East Central: 1. Do NOT dispatch a truck and charge a card until a waiver form is completed (as per your policy stated on your website). 2. Fix your link and website. Terrible process...
Super nice guy, made it really easy to navigate through a less than ideal situation. Chris recommended the the closest auto repair facility to save us money. He even completed the paperwork, so we didn't have to go out of our way even more. We highly recommend this company.
I have no idea what happened the other night of March 4, but i’ve never been more perturbed in the lack of professionalism by a business. The other night my friends and I got trapped in some snow in Forest Lake around midnight, we called east central towing and they said they’d have someone out in 30 minutes (after not asking any additional info about our vehicle). We wait until forty minutes has passed before calling again to get an ETA, where we’re promptly sent to voicemail. We figure the line must be busy so we waited a few more minutes before calling again, we get sent to voicemail even faster. Two more times sent to voicemail we realize whoever was working had no intention of answering our call, so we waited another thirty minutes before calling another towing company. They asked for information not only about our whereabouts but what kind of car we were driving, where our car was positioned, etc. The other truck got there within forty minutes, and finally got us out around 2am. If you weren’t able to do the tow, you should’ve said something before leaving us to wait in freezing rain for over an hour. Absolutely abysmal service.

Bought 2 vehicles from them, had a problem with the first one but they took care of it and the second one was great,.! I'd like to get another one if needed and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle.AAA+++
Had my transmission go out in my Suburban on the way home from vacation over the weekend, East Central Towing was able to dispatch a truck to me right away, kept the vehicle for me until Monday and dropped it off to a local shop for repairs. Great service, very responsive and I didn't have to make the 3 hour (one way) drive back to Rush City to take care of the bill, let me do everything right over the phone.

Dan went above and beyond to help me get towed last night. Not only was he reassuring but he went out of his way to text us pictures of my car in the lot, and my keys in the drop box. Great experience with excellent customer service!
A gentle by the name of Dan went above and beyond retrieved a spare set of keys from me. Drove to my house went above and beyond to make a tow and also gave a very affordable cost... If you want good people go with these guys
The driver was very kind to my daughter, he explained everything and he listened as to where to go. Response time was acceptable ( from the time of dispatch to arrival ).
I called East Central and requested a wrecker to come pull a small tractor from a ditch. They requested I sent pictures via txt. I sent pictures and patiently waited. Rush city to me is 28 miles. At 1 hour and 30 minuets I still don’t have a truck.
They then won’t answer a call from me. Claim that they haven’t seen the pictures after I sent them multiple times.
The man on the phone originally said they would have a dry run fee of $50 if they weren’t able to get it out, which I was more than ok with. Yet.... still no tow truck.
If you need to be saved from the side of the freeway this is the place to call! The staff arrives quickly, works safely and gets you back to safety! Thank you East Central Towing!
East Central saved me when my jack failed after a tire blow out. They were great! Very nice and helpful. Great service! If you need help, give them a call.
