My mom was up there and spun out In the snow and hit a guard rail he was very helpful help her with a tow and took me to take the car to the auto shop and let my mom stay at his house and let her use one of his vehicles to me he is a very good person and I highly recommend you go thru him service his the beyond the best and I am grateful he helped my mom out so much thank you

We got a nail in our tire and ended up waiting for 3+ hours for insurance roadside assistance. Thankfully, Mike pulled into the gas station we were at and was more than happy to help us out. We canceled our roadside assistance and are so happy we did! He tried hard to patch it for us on site but couldn’t due to the angle that the nail came out at (not his fault or lack of experience, just didn’t have the tools for the difficultly of the patch) so he ended up changing our tire for us. It was quick and he even filled the spare with air for us before sending us on our way. He was so kind and real fun to chat with! If you want honest and knowledgeable service, call Mike.

There's not a better tow service around! We needed a long distance tow for our truck and trailer. Mike responded to our call immediately and was very professional. Mike came and saved the day for my family. We were on our way home from our 6 hour hike at the bean and bear trail in Silver Bay. He jumped my vehicle and instantly knew that was the problem. Just before, we had someone try jump starting it and it failed to turn over. We thought it was the alternator, but Mike's 30 year experience really helped in this situation. I was ready to get my vehicle towed and get my family back home but Mike saved me several hundreds of dollars and helped address the issue. He told me he was up working since 5 am that evening (it was 10 PM at the time) and he still had smile on his face to provide us with his awesomeservices. He definitely was our guardian Angel. Can't recommend him enough.

He picked up my car when I was hit (as a pedestrian) at nearly same time that my car was hit by a second driver. The whole situation was such a mess of all sorts, and the last thing I could deal with was an impounded car; well, Mike has been very understanding throughout the process and that made all the difference.

I broke down today on the freeway and Mike came to get my car. Communication was perfect and service was super fast. After finding out what needed to be done to my car, I decided to do the work myself as it was pretty simple but costly at the shop. I called Mike to ask how much it would be to get it to my house about 3 miles from the mechanic. He showed up within 20 minutes at 8pm and brought it to my home…free because he had towed me earlier.

Was told it would take two hours wait until leafs would be available called Mike and he made it here in fifteen minutes unstuck in ten minutes, was cheaper than leafs , awesome job.
They did shuttles for the Flickabirds 4th of July fireworks. It was awesome. One shuttle was a tractor with a trailer and the other was a tow truck with picnic tables.
They didn’t make money on the shuttles but I am glad to be a part of the awesome shuttle and I hope they consider doing it again in the future.

Mike was our road Angel. He came out on a Sunday in 90 degree weather. After he checked over the problem he met us at a gas station in Rush City. He fixed our camper tire problem, was very polite, knowledgeable, and just a great guy. What a gem!!!!
I was in a HUGE mess. I had locked my keys in my car around 6:30pm. I had filed a claim through my insurance for roadside assistance, and they said they wouldn’t be there until 11:00pm. I was getting extremely anxious because I would’ve gotten home late. Then, on a Google search I found Mike! I gave him a quick call, and he charged me way less than what other companies would have. He got there within 20 minutes and I was on my way! Thank you Mike! I totally recommend this company.
Mike is the best! My battery would not turn the engine over, I called Mike and he came and jumped my battery. Then followed me to Rush City Tire and Auto so I could leave my car for a new battery, then gave me a ride home and even took me to the Post Office so I could mail something! And he wasn't even going to charge me, but I said no way I have to pay you. I finally talked him into taking something, but I don't think it was enough! Now if that isn't service and kindness I don't know what is! I would recommend him to anyone that needs his services. He's the best!

Got stuck in the Mills Fleet farms gas station in Cambridge, MN. My car for some reason the shift gear won't work been acting up lately so I decided to call the towing truck and bring it to auto shop. Mike's towing company has the availability and came in less than 30 mins. For some reason my car start up again and he told me to drive back to where I wanted to bring in and won't charge me anything.I was so happy because His very professional and friendly. I do highly recommend him. We been using his business twice now and we gonna use it again in the future.

Greatest tow service I've ever had. Was on my way to the Lake hauling my fish house and swerved off the road due to icy conditions. Slid sideways into the ditch, called Mike's towing he was there in 20 minutes and back on the road in ten minutes. Mike was super friendly and professional. A real bs kind of guy. Would call again absolutely.
Mike is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Car broke down on 35 in Rush City at 10 PM on a Sunday evening. Mike was there in 15 minutes. His first concern was getting me and my family into his truck for safety. His next concern was if we needed a rest stop. Our driver was amazing from the time I placed the call for help to the time he dropped us off for repair. He made sure my 4 kids were safe in his truck before doing anything else. Called a few places to see who could get our car fixed right away and made sure that we were safe and didn't need anything else before leaving us. Top notch service in my book.

I unexpectedly got a flat tire five minutes into a 1.5 hour drive on a Friday night. Mike’s was the only open business in the area. Mike answered the phone right away, volunteering to help me however he could; looked at my tire, helped me with the donut, making sure it was stable to drive 70+ miles on, giving astute advice on what to do and what not to do (I know little about vehicles). Hands down the best service I have ever received from any towing/tire business! I would recommend Mike’s Towing to anyone!

Mike was super helpful! I mistakenly locked my keys in my truck and gave Mike a call. He was super nice and let me know that he would be on his way immediately and would call when he was close. Mike's towing was great. He brought us home, in Plymouth, MN. It was the end of the 4th of July weekend, traffic wasn't good but he was very pleasant and got us home. Hopefully I'll never have to call them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate. Great Job God bless you.
