I brought our 2014 Avalon into Arvu with no heat on the passenger side. We were looking at an 8+ hour job to remove the dash in order to gain access to the heater equipment.
Tom suggested that previously they have had some success doing a heater core flush. That did it, saving us several hundred dollars.
Everyone we dealt with at Arvu were honest, fair, knowledgable and friendly. I left Arvu thinking that I received more than my money’s worth of service.

Great shop to bring your vehicle/trailer to. The staff is friendly and reliable. All repairs are quality repairs. If you have questions the technicians can answer your questions without problem and even show you the issue on the vehicle. They do a digital inspection on every vehicle that shows you pictures of checked areas which is super awesome! Highly recommend
I was in desperate need of a brake line repair and after seeing reviews and talking to Tom, I decided Arvu was the best option for me. It took a few days, clearly because they're very busy doing amazing work. I was told due to needing parts I would have to wait a few more days which stressed me out, but David found the parts and worked a miracle on a Friday and called me just a couple hours later to tell me that my car was done!! That was amazing and the news I needed badly, they made my day much better. They did an amazing inspection that told me everything in full detail about every part of my car. I think they're by far the most trustworthy auto shop that I've ever dealt with so A BIG THANK YOU to Tom and David for their amazing work. I will be back and I have already recommended them to family and friends!!
I went in a few time now and every time I go in I have experienced excellent service! They trust you know your car and always do everything they can to get the job done in a timely manner. From oil changes to a full examine! Thank you for all you guys do!
I had an amazing experience with my daughter’s car. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to make sure I understood everything and was so patient.
Went in for an oil change without an appointment. They got to it right away. Was sent a link to show what was checked/done and anything they recommend for the future. Knowledge without pressure.
Stopped in a while back with a question about my engine after a light had come on. They did a bit of research for me and sent me on my way. It ended up being a fast fix under my warranty. Appreciate them not taking advantage and suggesting my dealership.

We started going to the Watertown location 2 years ago and we have been extremely happy with the service work and integrity. Tom does not try and sell you something you don't need like many dealers do. Great customer service- just dropped my car off and I was going to walk home, it's starting raining and Tom offered to take me home. This kind of customer service is missing in so many industries, but not at Arvu- Thanks so much for always treating us great!

Tom helped find us tire repair service for our Borealis Bowls Food Truck when we were not able to drive it out of storage. I had great help with the guys fixing a power steering issue. They got me in right away. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. Reasonable price for great work. I would highly recommend, and will definitely give them my business in the future.

I was told that he could replace my wife’s brakes using our brake parts but decided after the whole day of having the car he wouldn’t and would charge us for parts he would supply. Then became very rude and told us to come pick up the car. I would never do business with this place even if it was the last repair shop on earth. Horrible customer service!!!
