Good store, but their hours are terrible for folks needing stuff on the weekend. I usually goto Mound or Delano now for automotive needs.

They dont carry allot on hand but can get what you need next day normally. Maybe same day if you call early

So what happened to the store? I have been in the area 25 years.now we all have to wait in line,or there's a sign she is delivering parts.fine.....why the change?!! You don't change the wheel if it's not broken.i got some things today,but it's just not the same.missy was a super help,am missing her already

Watertown NAPA is the only one I go to anymore. Great people, good amount of items that you need in stock, and they will find it if they don’t have it.

A note on the door says Mask Required....we will ask why. 3 customers in the store, only 1 had a mask. I will go to another NAPA.

Friendly staff, especially Bob. He is extremely knowledgeable and works diligently to find you what you need. They also sell Amsoil at this location.

Very disappointed, went in a 5:30 pm to exchange my argon tank, looked like the high school hangout. Every one stood there stared be at me, and guess what no tank.they didn't even know what it was. Toll Welding in Plymouth here I come. Delano NAPA here on out.
