The customer service I received at this store was amazing. All I needed was a replacement bulb for a headlight. I asked if someone might be able to help me get the old one out because I had tried that morning and was unsuccessful. Jose not only replaced the bulb, he showed me how to do it. After testing all of my lights (not just the one he replaced, he tested my turn signals and brake lights too), he told me that next time I need to replace one, I could come in an they would help me to make sure I could do it myself correctly.

Went to pick up a part my husband ordered, and it took the young man behind the counter 20 minutes to find something that was exactly where it was supposed to be.
Marina Theis , The General manager is the go to parts specialist at the Chaska store. She is very knowledgeable and courteous .She will assist you with the utmost professionalism. Check it out you won’t be disappointed!
I was in the store around 3:00 pm I bought some items for my work van and the lady who works with them thought I was stealing a $1.99 accessory and it was embarrassing because she said it in front of all the customers
My family and friends always go to that store because they always serve us very well but she doesn't

Sloooooooow. I stood in like for 5 min to get a battery and some tools ti swap it. Went back in to get a wrench and waited literally 20 minutes while the only guy in the store worked with someone clueless on the phone.

The Chaska,MN location is the worst. 3 times I've placed a order online for pick-up at there store. Each time I receive NO email saying the order is ready. Go in and find out if it's ready. They never bothered to pull the order. Maybe management needs too do a better job of training there employees at this store
Pretty chill and convenient. The staff seem to always help out as much as possible and answer questions. Even as far as seek further information to help all of your needs. After all. Don't we love it when someone has a brain for us younger generation
I've had to stop in here a few times over the past few years for various reasons. Every time, the staff has been super helpful. Today, Courtney was incredibly kind in helping me out. He even walked me through adding the antifreeze to my car as he did it so I'd know what to do the next time. Thank you all for your continued excellent assistance!

Just called Sunday, December 1st around noon to ask if they had a compatible antenna for my truck, told him make, model, and year. “I don’t know, you’d have to come in and look at what we’ve got”

Have stopped several times at this store and always receive quick and knowledgeable help. Today was the day after -30 degree night, so when I stopped, several people were in buying batteries. Still was able to get helped quickly and I appreciate the rewards program which keeps track of my purchases so I don't have to keep receipts. Never disappointed here!
First, All the good guys left and went to the Shakopee Store?, now nobody asks if you need help. Matter of fact, they don't even say Hello. Second day I went in, Miguel asked me if I needed help. He actually helped me out alot, was very kind, and didn't talk to me like I didn't know anything. However, he is usually running parts..which means the one guy that was helpful isn't there all the time. Shuck's!
