We had a great experience with Five Starr Auto. Our car had a couple issues. They took the time to diagnose everything and always called us before moving forward so we could decide how much we wanted to put into the repairs. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The team is honest, friendly, reasonably priced, and works hard to get your car in and out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. It’s clear they really care about doing the job right. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.

Down graded employee broke part on brake/rotars I got charged. Always went to them for oil change all of a sudden in have $800 +work to be done finding someone else sorry
Was taking the kiddo to school when we got a “no oil pressure” light on the dash. I drove for another mile and then it started losing power and went into limp mode. Called 5 Starr and they helped us with the tow to their shop, and even picked us up due to the freezing temp. Figured out the problem right away and went from a possible new engine repair, to just replacing the oil sender and saving us a couple grand. Thank you for everything guys!
They made it really easy to schedule my oul change. Their communications were awesome and they were very affordable, without compromising quality. My 2003 Ford F150 had a problem idling in cold weather. Took it in twice , mechanics drove it around but it didnt act up. Told to bring back in a day when weather got cold. Never charged me for the 2 afternoon's they drove it around town looking for the problem. Amazing . When I took it back they found problem, gave me a estimate and stayed within it. Couldnt say enough for their honesty. Another time the same truck acted up on way home from work, pulled into 5 star close to 4 o'clock thinking I would have to leave overnight but they found the problem right away, put me ahead of a car they were working on, called parts place to make sure they had the ignition coil I needed, ran and got the part , put it in and had me out of there in 45 minutes. TOP TOP TOP NOTCH SERVICE. If you want it done right honestly and are a great price . Go to 5 star in foley. Best guys around.On 9 /11/ 23 I took my 2003.Ford to 5 star to have brakes redone. Bought 2 used rotors from Clearwater auto parts . 5 star turned all 4 rotors , installed pads and replaced a blown brake hose and had my truck done the nextday. 5 star is the only place around that still turns brake rotors .All the other shops just put on new ones tripling your bill. Kevin & scott were great to work with and I,d recommend 5 star to anyone looking to have their brakes done. Turning your rotors instead of replacing will save you HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. 5 star is TOPS . Brakes are smooth as glass and I liked that Kevin did a follow up the next day to make sure everything was good.Tookpathfinder .in.nov 1 for a sensor that was giving me trouble. Gave me a really decentquote, fixed it and actualEdward under the quote cuzthey found cheaper part. Great service and follow up. 5 STAR IS TOPS. ,Took in pathfinder on May 28th for a ignition coil . Foind problem.and called 2 hours later that vehicle was ready. Great mechanics. Would recommend 5 star auto to anyone looking for quality work done at a affordable .price.
I am very pleased with the work they did on my car. I brought it in because of a service light and a bunch of codes coming up. They were upfront with what they found, they communicated with me at every step, and they were honest in only fixing what was needed. A lot of places I have been to had no problems adding a few things to the work order. It is hard to find an honest mechanic in today's world, but I can say I found one. And I will be bringing my vehicle to Five Starr Auto anytime it is in need of service. Thank you Kevin and your team for the honest service, and for getting my car up and running again.
Very trust worthy. As a woman I am always on guard , thinking auto repair services are going to try to take advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge. I found Kevin and Scott to be very sincere And just part of My team trying to get my car fixed. ..( I have a old used car that hit a deer twice. ( Me only once). They are for me and I trust them.
I had been to a few different auto repair shops one did work that came to almost a thousand dollars. 3 months later the very same thing went wrong again that’s when a friend had told me about 5 Starr Auto Repair
They fixed the problem and multiple other things since then. They are Friendly, trustworthy, and honest.. Those are qualities in this day and age that are hard to find.. I refer everyone I care about to them and wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my vehicle! They have always been helpful and honest with me. Great work done at Five Starr with great prices. I get my oil changes done there, have had multiple services done including brakes and wheel alignment, and my car is still going strong. I've recommended friends and family and none have been disappointed. I hope you give them a shot!
8/24/23 We had a flat tire in Foley after exiting a construction zone. Kevin and his team were amazing. I called and they got us in immediately! Took 10 minutes and were on our way. Thank you for much Kevin and team! We are very thankful!
Good mechanics are hard to find, and these guys are amazing! They were honest about the repair I needed and didn't need, instead of just selling me all of it. I REALLY appreciated that. And they did a great job on the work that was done. Definitely recommend!
Kevin and his crew are always fair, honest in their diagnoses, tell me if something can wait or needs to be done soon, and thorough in the repairs they make. I have never had an issue here. Kevin is a great guy to deal with. He's a great example that you can do it right, be honest, and run a successful business. I've had almost everything done to our vehicles at Five Starr over the past, well, a long time, ever since he bought the business from the previous owners, for whom he worked as a mechanic and fixed our vehicles himself back then, too!
While running errands today, noticed my vehicle check engine had come on...had my son give 5 Starr Auto a call to see if they could work me in...Yes! ...and more...had a diagnosis and needed oil change and estimate on soon needed repairs...then on my way again, very pleased with the service. Had no heat in my loves car for weeks in all this cold weather, brought it to Five Starr Auto Repair and in less than 30 minutes they had the heat working and very pleased. Value at it's best, it was very affordable. Great service, great team!
Dropped my car off after hours and they had me ready to go the next day. They even washed my car which I wasn't expecting so that was a nice surprise. They were super nice and professional on the phone as well. I give Five Star Auto a 5 Star rating. No pun intended. :-)
Each time we use 5 Star for our 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee we are completely satisfied. Both Kevin and Chris re really professional. Our grandson is in the cities and can only be available on Friday. Each time the work is completed in that day for which it was scheduled. They work around our schedule which makes life for us just fine.
