Ball joint on my front tire broke off. I called 3 other places and they were all busy. These guys picked up after 1 ring, I gave them the details of the problem and they were able to send someone out immediately. Cost was $108 to move my car out of the road. A man with a flat bed came out and told me my options were limited with his truck (said my tire would most likely get torn off and my axel would tear up the road), but could call his buddy with the right truck for the job. Buddy comes out and they worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done. No additional cost for the second truck. Gave good advice and did a good job, would recommend.
Told me $96 on the phone, pulled up with a flat bed got my car on, tow truck driver said $146. . Thank God I had just enough. Commenting only in hopes of dispatcher and tow truck driver have better communication ? Or dispatcher have accurate prices, dont rob the poor man! Please dont take advantage of good people in tough spots! I am grateful for your business but hopefully you can make some improvements!
I can’t say enough good things about City Wide. Everyone there is so knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and so nice. I’ve used their towing and repair services multiple times for multiple vehicles, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The best review I could give is to say this: I trust them. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The folks at Citywide were my heroes today when my tire blew on 35W and took part of the front of my car with it. Brett towed my car and was courteous and professional. Then the staff at Citywide immediately worked on my car to make it drivable so I could get it home. I was a bit rattled by the emergency situation and they were kind and clearly knew their stuff. If I lived closer, I'd be a repeat client for routine services sure.
My situation is rather complicated and unique. I will tell you that the owner of Citywide Service and his employees were courteous, MOST KIND, and completed the necessary repairs to my vehicle so quickly. There is absolutely Nothing that they need to do that would improve the quality of service that I was provided. Thank you Brett & Bryan ... and my mechanic. I am profoundly grateful.
This shop is the best! Customer service is out of this world every time we have a problem. The prices are fair and they don’t rip you off. My 82 year old mother just had her new/used car in to have her car tested before she bought it. They are so patient and said they adopted my mom S their grandma. Vet seeet people and I trust them completely.
Monday April 27th 2020, I was in an accident and the very next day I had to come here to get stuff out of my car. The blonde lady at the desk was being very rude towards me an demanding me to go by myself in the back an have no help to carry anything out of my car. She had kept grinning an being smart towards me and was very frustrating. The prices of these people are outrageous an ridiculous, 400$ for them to tow my car just a few miles. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Completely in awe with these people.
Professional and courteous. My FJ Cruiser needed to be towed to my mechanic on a Sunday. The service was excellent. They arrived in a timely manner. Went right to work to put it on the flatbed truck. The price was very reasonable - less than I thought. I will use them again if i ever need to be towed. I reccomend Citywide Service Towing.
Tom is an excellent mechanic! Great and honest service while being reasonably priced. Had an issue with my power seat and he was able to diagnose and repair it quickly. Highly recommended.
I cannot say enough good things about Citywide service. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is top notch. More importantly they are very honest and don't try to upsell you on repairs that aren't necessary. Plus they offer a 5% discount to AAA members. Jacinda and the guys are simply the best!! Quick, fast & reliable. Called because my car broke down, driver Randy was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Hopefully never have to call a towing company again, but if I do, I know who to call!
I have AAA and Bryan from Citywide Towing came out because I couldn't start my Jeep. The customer service Bryan provided was top notch. I am very pleased with Citywide and Bryan. He got my Jeep started, tested my battery, explained that my battery was 4 years old and after testing the battery twice explained that I need a new battery. Bryan installed and sold me the right battery for my jeep and we got to talking and I told him I'm going to have to install the new hood lifts I have so the hood stays up when needed. Bryan offered to quickly put those on for me which he did. Now I will tell you, that's certainly going the extra mile. Bryan certainly is a person who cares about people and really does like to help people. Plus Bryan is an excellent people person. I wholeheartedly recommend Citywide Towing as well as Bryan.

Horribly rude customer service. I asked a simple question and was met with a very aggressive tone, talking down to me like a child, and completely unwilling to provide any information over the phone about MY OWN vehicle which was stolen and ripped apart before it was towed here. Now I have to waste time driving to this place to deal with them in person. Not excited.

Citywide Automotive repair has been hands down the best repair shop I have been too in the last 10 years. Knowledgable, friendly, honest people who go above and beyond to help me out. offered to pick me up the next day to come get my car after repairs, replaced my license plates and screws when they saw they were missing. really excellent people, service and quality. I will be refering everyone I know to this Auto repair shop. Extremely excellent experience.
I've been patronizing Citywide for years. They always do a great job. They NEVER over-charge - and they only fix what needs fixing. They never try to "scare" you into additional repairs. I've never had them come in "over" the estimate.

The ladies in the office provide the WORST customer service. In person, their friendliness was mediocre and over the phone it was non existent. I was always transferred from one lady to another and each lady I talked to argued with me in a raised voice. They were very unwilling to do anything I requested even when some things were required for my insurance company. It also seemed very unprofessional for them to be able to smoke their ecig cartridge in the office. Overall, this experience was trashy, unprofessional, rude, and a big headache. Management should be taking a closer look at who they have in customer facing positions. I will not be returning or recommending their business to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with the courtesy, professionalism and car knowledge of everyone I’ve interacted with in the last few days at Citywide. What started as a dead battery lead to new keys and a parts repair analyzed and done quickly in this super cold, super busy time of year. From Curt, to the receptionist, to Rob, Matt and Bryan I met one after another stand up, hard working, good natured people. Everything turned out great in the end. I’m pleased to have a reliable smooth running ride back on the streets. No one wants car troubles of course but I’m relieved to have found such an honest reliable business I feel I can count on in the future. A good mechanic in an honest business is hard to find. Got my rv towed by these guys , it was fast, and they are certainly freindly. Once i got it home, they gave me advice on how to fix my 1976 camper , which not alot of other places even had a idea of what might be happening. They also loaned me a tool i needed. Great guys. Highly recommend
