Tonight I swung by unexpectedly to get a bulb for my tail light. I believe the young man who helped me was Yousef. (?)

First of all, he was one of the nicest persons I’ve ever had the pleasure to purchase something from, and he was extremely helpful. Provided amazing customer service. Offered to put the bulb in my car for me, and then once he did that he offered to put in The second bulb in my package In the other tail light. I was like well it still works, but he reassured me that once one bob goes the other will likely go soon after. The second bulb was black and would have went out anytime. Because of this young man’s awesome customer service when I need anything for my 2020 Nissan, I will only come back to your store. Good customer service is hard to find these days, I’m very thankful I swung through. Good job man! Good job, O’Reillys! I’ll be back!
Thank you, Mark, for being so friendly and helpful looking at my van today. I called to see if he could check my battery and he looked at it, the starter and alternator all for free. I definitely recommend coming here for your automotive needs. He has lots of insights and knowledge. I’ll be back again for sure!
This O'Reilly auto parts has very knowledgeable parts people and they actually know something about vehicles and don't need to rely on a computer to tell them everything.
The employees are patient and knowledgeable. They respect that if you are looking for a specific part that you know what you are talking about. Will pull it in advance if you call so it's at the front counter.
The Blaine store has NO DRIVERS on a Saturday but Spring Lake Park did so i had them get me the parts. So i think they will get all my business from here on out
Just had a great experiance, Logan was a great help! I came in with both brakelights out and Logan made sure that it wasn't the fuse. Thankfully it wasn't. He helped me find the right lightbulds and even changed them for me. It took less than 15 minutes. Thank you!

Would not recommend doing business here came in looking for a battery the computer was wrong no big deal but come back to get the right one and got attitude from Roman saying he looked by what I told him instead of just exchanging it for the right battery he had in front of him. He so
ld me a group 35 needed a 24 when I asked him for a 24 it pointed me at the batteries and told me to find it myself. I will be telling my corporate parts director about this and not doing business with any oreillys anymore
They were friendly when we were purchasing all the things spent hundreds in 2 days and when they said they would accept the recycled oil. 2 salesman had an attitude and one young boy just went off on us. After I asked him there was anything else we needed to do before leaving them. He said no, than complained about the bottles being dirty. I let them know you could have simply said we can't accept them this way. I clarified prior to walking away if we were set to go.
Very nice people on top of being knowable and extremely helpful. We had never met before, and I kind of feel like I know them. Thank you for all the help, and the truck is back on the road.
This store is always so helpful! The assistant manager Cyle is especially knowledgeable and gives excellent service. Every time I come in, I always leave with the correct parts and helpful advice.
I have been to O'Reilly in Spring Lake Park two times in the last few days and I can honestly say that Cyle truly has the best customer service skills of auto parts store employees I have ever dealt with and I have been to a lot of auto parts stores in the past It would be an understatement to say he was the most polite, knowledgeable and helpful employee I have ever met and anyone who needs Auto Parts which everyone does at some point and I'm sure everyone would agree to say that that is irreplaceable would be an understatement I definitely think he should get employee of the year and I can't think him enough I hope to never have to deal with anyone else for for my auto parts needs other than him thank you so much Cyle

They are making me a regular customer. They send you a coupon you can print out and keep in wallet. Better than average clerks with a sense of humor. Maybe the Boss is a funny guy. I wish they were closer. With a shop in mind I can study their Website to get a wishlist and such. I really don't like searching for prices on the Web the repair is stressful enuf. The folks there seem like it would be ok to change your oil on their lot I hope.
Had to go in for a headlight replacement. This guy named Logan was very helpful on helping me know what headlights I need. I suggest this place very well the workers are very friendly.
This store is terrible. First impressions walking in is that it is run down, dirty, and stinks... guy at desk couldn't understand my request (possibly because of a language barrier) even after I showed him a part number on my phone.
I'm typically an O'Reilly fan- but skip this store if you can. I was not impressed.
As always, these folks are super helpful and always have plenty of product in stock. Anything I need assistance with they help out and never judge me, despite my general lack of knowledge. They are my go-to auto parts store without question.
Dont go here. I stopped in to drop off oil and get synthetic oil for three Jeeps and filters. I brought my oil in after calling to see if they take used oil. They do 5 gal a day. I had 4
..no prob. And i was scolded for not having a spout on my oil can. Kiss my axx ! i will not come to your store ever again. Tell me if it needs a spout on the used oil can while im on my phone...dont wait to spout scold me when i come in and threaten not to take it. You missed out on about 150 dollar sale. But then again the guy behind the counter really wasnt doimg anything and i think i was interrupting his "i dont want to do anything time" terrible store. Terrible service
Very helpful staff. I have been there twice this week and I just told them the parts I needed for my vehicle, and they produced the parts I needed very quickly. So happy that my power steering fluid is not leaking anymore, and my windshield wipers work great and my brake light works again. Thanks guys!
sorry but need better service people! teach everyone there how to use the scanner we need people that actually know this stuff! sometimes the actual person that scans the car is busy and we have to wait.?? o'Reilly need to teach people everything about the store and its services! thanks
The young man behind the counter who helped me was wonderful. All other parts stores were closed or closing, the other two competitors staff,of the stores that I stopped at prior to O'Reilly's, didn't want to be bothered with what I needed. He graciously helped me with the parts, and saved me a whole lot of grief with getting my car back on the road. Thank you again sir!!
I had an issue with a bad battery I bought there (it lasted a week) and it was a horrible experience trying to exchange it out. It was mainly the attitude of the gentleman that helped me. I get it, I forgot my receipt at home but I was told when I bought the battery I was being put in the system because it had a warranty.... well come to find out I wasn’t in the system. Good thing I kept my receipt! I had to go home and get it. The guy that helped me was so rude and seemed unwilling to help without the receipt.
I had a service light come on and I brought my truck there to get it checked out. The gentlemen there were very friendly and extremely helpful! The young man who checked it out explained to me what the codes meant.
Four months later, I brought in my new vehicle which also had a service light come on. The same young man helped me out, once again explaining the code.
